Love this place beautiful staff extremely nice

Waited in the parking lot after arriving. Used their app to check in and over a hour later I was finally up and then my name got move down the list from 1 to 3.. there were only 3 of us waiting the whole time. poorly ran clinic. If you value your time go somewhere else.

The visit was very pleasant . They treated me and my pet awesome. Will definitely return.

Amazing staff!! Seriously, they were so helpful and quick to see me. True animal lovers that made my Beaux Beaux feel comfortable and safe and I was so glad I found them! I will be back for sure:)

So for those pets who only have small issues, go here!!! Very friendly staff! They took care my cat so nice:) give her the right medicine and vaccine. The price just like the website show, no hidden fee, very reasonable! Making the appointment through there website, in and out, no hard time for booking, flexible! After 2 days of the treatment, my cat is stop scratching her skin all the time now. I’ll definitely take my cat back for them!

I have a appointment and drove all the way to the plano location , for someone tell me that i dont have the appointment, that they your booked for the day, and i have the confirmation on my email , they didn't care.

Wonderful, positive place. My dog nervous when I not with him. They had no issues so they must have made him at ease during the exam. Covid restrictions in place and completely safe.

I have never met a more caring staff. They took great care of my baby’s ear infection. My pet does not trust people generally, however she loved the dr and staff so much she let them check her ear without a problem. I was able to watch the entire visit through Zoom. And, even though I couldn’t be there, the staff held my pet and talked to her and kept her calm just as if my baby were her own. I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend this team to anyone who loves there pet. I have never felt better leaving my baby anywhere else, and never will again. Cant say enough about this awesome team!

We went to PetCare at Frisco as a walk-in to update a rabies vaccination for my dog. All staffs were very friendly and we received very good care on that day. Thank you everyone for your great service!

Best experience with a vet in many years. Needed a quick evaluation of a potential uti. Essentials was fast, competent and through. Professional and very reasonable. Will start using Essentials as our primary source for general pet care. If more in depth treatment is recommended, they tell you so and suggest other care before they spend your money. They a loving, caring and involved with the animals they treat. Highly recommend...we are recommending to our friends.

Very happy with Essentials PetCare walk-in clinic. My dog got help mid week, during lunch break. It was very easy to schedule the visit and we got plenty of time with Dr. Mac. Very glad that we have the place where I can take my pet with minor issues on short notice and get such a great help.

Took our dog there yesterday for the first time had a great experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and Dr Mac was very through explaining the exam and findings. Thanks again. ????

My dog was needing vaccines and was not acting usual. Dr. Mac and the others were very friendly and listened to my concerns. I never felt pressured and I felt like they really cared about my pet. Finances are hard after the holidays and Dr. Mac and the techs gave me options and did not make me feel bad or judged. The prices were even better than at SPCA and the care was personal. I will definitely take my other pets here.

Dr. Marie McMaughan and the staff were awesome. Very understanding and very informative. Excellent care at an affordable price. We will be back for sure.
