Took our foster doodle and they made her look like a princess. Everyone is very nice, friendly, and welcoming. They love all the doggos that go for their spaw day ???????? ????

Fantastic service! Had to take our fur baby due to her hair being matted. They did a great job and only cut the hair down to where it needed to be and not all the way to the skin. She had no nicks or cuts either. Will be going back. Highly recommended.

Very friendly, agreeable and got my baby cut and groomed just right.

They take such good care of my dog and are always polite and professional. The groomer takes the time to explain the options to me so I get the exact look I prefer for my yorkie! Definitely my go to place!

I’ve been looking for a new groomer for my furball for awhile and just so happens that they dropped off some flyers at my job yesterday. I called and made an appointment for today and couldn’t have imagined how awesome they are. I almost cried when I came home and saw how handsome my furball looks! Definitely taking him back in the future.

I'm writing this before dropping my baby off for his 3rd appt. They're absolutely great here! I love them so much that I've moved away from Plano to Dallas and I STILL DRIVE UP THERE. They're super respectful, when I asked them to keep my boy a little shaggy because he was still a puppy and I didn't want him to look so "grown up" yet, they took my weird and vague request and did exactly that! Absolutely phenomenal service and people! They really put neurotic dog moms like me at ease <3 Thank you so much Hound Therapy!

This is the best place EVER!!! They made me so comfortable leaving my baby Samson.I was so nervous &scared to leave him with strangers. They did such a good job, trimmed him just as I asked Will never take my baby anywhere else. Thank to the whole staff

These guys and gals are great! They have great availability and are located right next to dog park for extra convenience. Take your pup to get haircut then take them to the park or vice versa! Reasonably priced. I use to go to PetSmart and that became too stressful so now I go here. Huge place and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Great service! And randomly, my dog came out of that place smelling awesome. The dog cologne was a nice touch!

We are so happy Hound Therapy has come to our neighborhood! We took our 7 year old golden retriever here for a long overdue grooming session and we could NOT have been more thrilled with our pups experience! Not only did he come out looking like a millions bucks, but this was also the first time a groomer has taken the time to educate me on the service she was going to provide. I’ve been to quite a few places in the Plano area and Hound Therapy has by far been the best experience we have had. Thanks for taking care of our boy! You’ve got a lifetime customer here!!!!

If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The prices are also a steal for what you get. I was very skeptical I'd ever be able to get my dog groomed (and my at home grooming definitely wasn't cutting it) but this place went above and beyond to not only comfort me but also give him the best experience possible. To give some context... My Yorkies attitude towards strangers most closely resembles the old man from Up. Even close family will struggle to pick him up without him alligator-rolling or snapping at them. No matter how perfect and amazing he is with me, most children and strangers only see a demon dog. With that in mind, I can't even begin to explain how impressed I was when I came back to see my boy looking absolutely fabulous with his tiny bandana and smelling amazing (and nobody had lost a finger!). I can't imagine going anywhere else, and will be recommending Hound Therapy to everyone I know.

Shannon and her team gave my puppies an amazing experience! The pups have not been able to socialize much due to the pandemic but Shannon took time to give Vinny and Orval playtime in addition to their grooming. We purchased a membership because I truly believe Hound Therapy will be my pups’ happy place away from home.

Just picked up Cooper my Shih Tzu from Shannon at Hound Therapy. I feel this was the best grooming he has received in his short 2 years! She is extremely knowledgeable and even though busy, spent all the time I needed talking about his grooming. I am very impressed!!! Thanks so much!

My dog looks great. He was very happy when I came to get him. He’s a little toot and they did great with him. They were very nice and let me know what was going to be done and when I picked him up let me know how he was. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.

My dog Kippie had a great spa day at Hound Therapy yesterday! Shannon and her team are absolutely the best and the facility is amazing!!! The online booking process was quick and easy. We tried to do a quick photo shoot in their studio, but Kippie was having way too much fun to sit still. #supportsmallbusiness

We have been here twice, once with our husky, and the 2nd time with our husky and husky rottweiler mix. The service was fantastic, and our pups were treated so nice! One of our dogs was really scared and they took the time to help her feel comfortable, which we really appreciated. Great place to bring your pets!!

We took our small dogs for grooming, one a scottie. We really like the way they look now!

First time we used this pet grooming business. Our dog was quite content with the care she was given. You could tell she came away happy. Very professional; prompt; courteous.

Nice and roomy, a Dog and Cat paradise

This was our very first visit here! Our experience with Hound Therapy has been great all the way from booking our pup’s appointment to picking her up. They made sure to ask what we had in mind for our dog’s haircut and the result definitely exceeded our expectations! Hound Therapy is very, VERY fairly priced. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Plus, you leave with a pup who looks, feels, and smells clean! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
