Terrible customer service and both our dogs came back with kennel cough. Board your pets anywhere else please.

This is the worse place, dog always comes home sick and throws up all day the next day from being at Doggies Wonderland. Trying to figure out what's going on with that. Its been 12 times till I've figured it is related to Doggies Wonderland. Also their webcams are a joke and never work. Check them out on their site to see what I mean. Worse setup ever seen for a business trying to appear transparent. Stay away from this place.

I brought my dog here because of the great reviews and when I drove by the dogs are always outside having fun. I really wanted to love this place but I dropped him off for his 6 hour trial and he came back with 6 patches of fur missing and several deep scrapes. When we picked him up, they brushed it off as him roughhousing with some boxers. I understand dogs play, but they must have been unsupervised for an extended period of time for mine to come back with injuries like this. Because he came back injured after just a few hours there, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Their price points are also quite high in comparison to the area. Edit: I sent an email with the information requested below and they responded very professionally. Hopefully this was just an off day!

I brought my Titan here when he was a puppy as a way to help work off energy. It was supposed to just be a day every other week but he loved it so much and the staff has been so helpful that he now goes 4-6 times a week while I'm at work. They wear him out with fun and games and I get to watch him run around all day. Everytime I see David he's got a new fun story about Titan. Actually most of the staff does. They get to know everyone's dog and tell them little details about the day and I think it really shows they care. I've looked into places closer to my work but I just can't beat the wonderful staff and room that he has to play here!!

We've been going here for years and our dogs love it! They are never reluctant to go. We have big dogs and small dogs and they all have a great time. The staff know our dogs and seem to really enjoy them. I highly recommend Doggie's Wonderland.

Our 9 month old Australian Cattle Dog loves going to day care and I love that she always comes home tired at the end of the day. The cameras are great to be able to check in on her throughout the day and I love that there the outdoor space is very large. Staff is very good at knowing her name and interacting with you during check in and out.

Great place. They knew my dog by name even though I rarely took him there. They give baths and treat the dogs really well. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

I love that place except for the fact they tried to say I was A thieving employee yet it was a coffee maker from the 1980s like give me a break if you don't want to believe I'm not a thief do give me at least a little priority and what I would be stealing is it wouldn't be a coffee pot

Our dog, a 10 yr old Australian Shepherd, loves this place! She pulls me in the door when we get there and is clearly happy and excited to be taken to the playground. The all-day open play keeps her active and has helped her to drop some weight, which is good for her arthritis. I love watching her interact with the other dogs on video cam. The staff is very friendly! Great rates too. She usually stays for a half-day, which is 6 hours. We also recently boarded her for 4 days and I was more at ease during our trip knowing that she was not kenneled the whole time and got to go out and play during her stay (only kenneled at night). She also got a bath before coming home. So happy to have found Doggie's Wonderland!

I have a doggy daycare 2 miles down the road from me but instead I drive 30 minutes to bring my puppy here. He is always SO excited to be here and the staff is incredible. I won’t take my baby any where else.

My fur-baby was 14 when she Crossed Over to wait for me, and she spent many, many happy days and vacations at Doggies' Wonderland. She loved being there. Your babies let you know, just like human children do. It wasn't just trust. I know they loved her, and vice versa.

My girl Sadie absolutely loves Doggie's Wonderland in Plano. She gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot! The staff is great. They call Sadie by name as soon as we walk in the door. Very impressive. Last week we went on a rainy day. Sadie played in the mud but they had her spotlessly cleaned up when I arrived. Thank you to the staff for taking great care of my girl!

I worked here for over two years, and I miss it so badly, I love this place, and will always be the only place I will take my dog, everyone is so nice and truly care about the dogs, and the yards are amazing, would rate higher if I could.

Doggie Wonderland is a fantastic doggie daycare and boarding place. The staff are so friendly and know all the dogs. Our golden doodle absolutely loves to go here and play all day. She literally pulls me in the door because she is so excited to go. She comes home happy and calm from her day of play. I love their outdoor area! Great place!!!!

We love this place! The staff loves their canine clients, remembering all their names and faces and taking good care of them. We've been customers for the last 12 years or so, and the joy the dogs show when I drop them off is undeniable.

I travel, and my wife takes our dog Ralph here 3-4 times a week. The staff is amazing! Always friendly always caring, and my dog loves the fact that he can play inside and outside all day! Great place, and even better service!

I thought I was going to have a good experience for my two dogs. First time I had my dogs stay there I had requested both dogs be washed. They where kenneled together. They washed and brought me the wrong dog. Although give them some credit one of my two dogs did get washed. I said no problem they are coming back in two days. I will get the other washed then. On the second visit I was wise enough to call to make sure they had the right dog. Since I did not sign in the sheet they told me that I was fourth in-line and it would be later that afternoon for a wash. I picked up my dogs any way. No apologies. When I got home Saturday I discovered that one of my dogs had been bitten. I had taken out bite insurance at the doggie wonderland. No problem I will speak to the management on Monday morning. I showed them pic’s of the bite wound unfortunately they said they only use there vet. As my pet was already at our vet preparing for surgery. Then they informed me that since it was not reported in 24 hours they would not honor the pet insurance. No apologies no sorry. Except they cannot believe it happened. They only bite report wast one of there handlers was bitten. And this is very unusual. They told me that I should have read the fine print. Have a nice day! Horrible experience

My dogs love going to daycare here! They don’t even turn back to look at us when we drop them off ???? They will definitely miss the incredibly huge yard and friendly staff when we move to NJ

A wonderful place especially for my dog. First visit there my dog was a bit nervous but the staff told me that he was shy for a few minutes but then was able to play with the other dogs which is what I wanted for him. Once i picked him, you could tell he was full of excitement! They have great services for their dogs and the care there is perfect! I would definitely recommend this place to any pet owners. I'll definitely will be bringing my dog Mijosh from now on.

Yers this place is litty like a Ti**y and there dogs super???? i am happy with the care thank you i will bring in my son NEXT for the sitting of the baby????
