We always bring out two dogs here. The people who work here are so sweet which helps our anxious dogs. They do a great job and always seem to have ours ready for us early or right on time.

They are awesome for my doggy

One of the worst experiences ever for me and my pomeranian, scared him for life with severe razor burn. my poor pup couldn’t even walk up the stairs when we got home he is in so much pain and isn’t trusting and human contact. He’s usually happy after a grooming and he looked like he just got shots from the vet he was so lethargic and sad! Never go here !!!!!!!

I don’t think they like brown people. It was my first time here. As soon as I enter I felt the vibe. I wasn’t welcome there. The lady barely talked to me. And when I picked my girl up I was completely ignored by both ladies in the lobby. Than the young lady brought my dog to the front and she did not say anything to me. She just gave me the total. I won’t bother your existence with my beautiful brown skin. I’ll take my dog to places where I’m welcome. We’re humans ladies the only difference is that my skin is naturally tanned, not like you paying all that money to look like me ????????

This was very affordable, and our dog came back with a great cut even though I know he's terrible to work with. He was just as happy leaving as he was when he got there, so his grooming didn't bother him at all. We'll go back for sure.

Took my golden retriever here today and they did a wonderful job. He looks so handsome and smells so good and his hair is so soft. Great pricing and great value. We will definitely be back in the future.

I've brought my special requirements dog here twice now and they have done a fantastic job on her and 1.5 to 2 hrs max both times. Reasonably priced place I'm sticking with. Great job folks.

I have taken my Australian Shepherd here twice and I'm very pleased with the way they have groomed him. Today I took my female Aussie as well and both dogs look wonderful. The groomer did exactly what I asked her to do.

Pet owners BEWARE! We took our little Bichon in for a grooming and unfortunately he suffered a razor burn on his neck that would not heal and it resulted in a staph infection according to the Veterinarian. Initially, the manager (Kristi) requested a copy of the Vet bill which I provided in a timely manner, but then she quickly stated that they were not responsible for the incident. She referenced an unposted two week rule which did not make any sense at all. I then asked her for the owner’s name and she quickly declined to provide the information and then she hung up the phone. We’re very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and we’ll be looking for a different groomer.

Pleasant surprise. Drove here for the Low Cast Vet vaccinations hosted on the parking lot. Had some wait time so walked in for nail trim and gland expressing.. in and out 5 minutes for $10!

Please beware... I used to take my poodle to Snoopy’s Grooming. On two separate occasions earlier this year I witnessed a groomer yelling at dogs while the dogs were on the table being groomed. One of these times she was yelling and also tugging at a dog to pull it back to her as the dog was crying out. She even made a comment that it wasn’t her fault that the hair was tangled. A second groomer was beside the yelling lady, and she didn’t say or do anything. When they noticed me standing there watching, they looked shocked. When the second groomer came to check me out, I told her what I had witnessed. The second groomer acted surprised, and said she would address the issue. I left the place in tears because I did not have a way to contact the owner of the dogs that were being mistreated. I can only imagine how many more animals are being mistreated at Snoopy’s Grooming. When the groomer, Jessica, was working at Snoopy’s, they seemed to do well. Since she left it’s gone downhill. Of course I no longer take my dog there. Please beware if you patronize this business.

I had a great experience. We were late but they still attended us, and very kindly too. I would definitely recommend this Place if you need your dog groomed. The staff is very nice and helpful.

They did a really good job, wife was pleased that he didn’t smell like a dog and his coat was soft for days.

They injured my dog and lied about it! I took my Maltese to Snoopy's groomer today, they told me the appointment would 2-3 hours. But it took over 6 hours, and when I picked her she was returned to me with a bleeding deep cut on her leg that required an emergency vet visit and staples! When I asked for an explanation, I got different answers. One lady said "it was like that under her hair" and then the owner said "it's from the blow drier, when we used it over a hot spot", and then said "I don't know what to tell you. Things like this just happen to dogs." They lied and were just jerks about it. If you care about your dog, don't take them there. I have pictures and my receipt as proof.

I took my 170 pnd french mastiff in to get his nails trimmed because he would t let me do it, they needed two people and one was pregnant but they never complained or rude to me nor my dog, and the pregnant employee came out with dog slobber and dog hair all over her because she had to get down on the floor to trim, let me tell you she came out laughing about it, that is what I call costumer service with a smile????

Been taking my dog here for couple of years. Nice staff. Sometimes my dog haircut isn't the way I want it even though I show the groomer pics. I understand it's not going to be a 100% but most of the time he ends up looking like a rat with hair on his face instead of a yorkie. My biggest problem is that EVERYTIME I go there they ask for updated shot records. Which of course I provided. And everytime I'm being assured they have put it on record so I don't have to bring in the paper everytime I go. Nope. Never done. Don't what's going on.
