Dr. Michalk and staff are awesome. They are very helpful and Bentley loves going with them. Every time I have a question or concern they are quick to reply and help.

I took our dog here and he got great care! Then we boarded him here while we went out of town, and he had fantastic care! They sent a picture every day and he had a journal when he was picked up.

Doctor and all the employees are really professional and awesome! My dog has been using Coit hedgcoxe Animal hospital more than 3 years! All the employees are really friendly and they love animals! Doctor is really professional and she always so patience. They are still using the curbside pickup, because of Covid. This is awesome. We need more people and place like this :-) This place really care about our safety, their safety and our pets’ safety!! This is awesome!!! They also reply your email super super fast which is so convenient!! Every time I have some questions for them, I just emailed them. Then they will reply me so fast and help me! That’s really nice! They also can tell you about your pet’s sample result though email which is nice. Since I always miss my phone call. Anyways, this place is awesome. They are really professional, nice and love your animal!

I'm relatively new to the area and one of my biggest concerns with moving was finding a trustworthy vet and vet team and I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Michalk and her team. They are kind, patient and experts in their field. No question is too silly and Dr. Michalk has a calmness about her that helps calm my crazy dog mom energy! Coit Hedgcoxe is the best!

My 2 cats have been using Coit Hedgcoxe Animal Hospital for almost 3 years now. The Covid protocols (curbside pick up of the cats in their carrier) works quite well. The vet calls after the examination to explain the situation and options and the reasons for her recommendations. Unless it is a routine type of visit (e.g. vaccines), their customer service person follows up a few days after the appointment to make sure everything is going okay, and organizes for the vet to call again if required. In summary, I appreciate the care they provide my cats.

Dr. Michalk and her team are fanatic! I just got a new puppy and was searching for a new vet and I am so glad I came across Coit Hedgcoxe Animal Hospital. The staff are just so nice and helpful, you can tell they go the extra mile to provide good customer service and care. A special shout out to Chad who kept my puppy Rey entertained throughout our entire visit and made this a positive experience for her.

I've been going to the vets at Coit Hedgcoxe for 20 years. Dr Michalk and Her assistant CHad are caring and professional. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

I took my dog in one time and the overall experience was terrible. The lead vet tech was rude and very full of herself. The counter girls were nice and the lady vet seemed competent, but in a hurry to move along. When I wanted to purchase the prescription online they made it difficult. I was told they did not take calls from the pet pharmacy and I would need to have the vet write a hard copy, but she was too busy to do it at the time and I would have to come back later for the prescription. I could not believe how expensive, rude, and inconvenient the overall experience was. I decided the drive to N Richland Hills to my old vet was, while a 40 min drive each way, a much better option for my dog. I could not give this place a lower rating.

I've seen my fair share of veterinarians but Dr. Michalk is by far the most attentive and communicative I have known. She answers questions thoroughly and guides us through medical decision-making with consideration and patience. Chad is also a wealth of knowledge and a fantastic point of contact! This practice doesn't make us drag our dogs into the office for needless visits when simple questions can be answered over the phone and I can't praise them enough for how swiftly they take care of them when they do need to be seen. We are so glad we found this practice!

Excellent, even tho I wasn't comfortable not going in with my pet, I really appreciate the staff, who spent a good time explaining and helping with my needs.

Dr. Michalk has been treating our pets for many years, and has always been kind and gentle to animals and humans alike. Through the years we've dealt with a heartworm infestation, a ruptured disk, a tumor we thought might be cancerous (but wasn't), and many less critical issues. Sadly, we've also had to ask Dr. Michalk to put a dog to sleep. In every situation, whether minor or serious, everyone at CHAH has been so kind. I heartily recommend CHAH for your pets.

Have always taken my pets here for over 10 years and they do a great job. Have gone up on prices lately, but still really affordable. The Vet who owns the office is always there and helpful. The reminders help keep you up to date with vaccinations.

My cat, Aurora, is my first cat and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here! They are super attentive and understanding and made our vet visits easy! Vet visits are affordable (especially for college students) and I always get compliments on my cat too! They clearly care about the animals and their owners.
