I got my 2.5 year old dog in for exam b/c he had some cough and sudden onset of diarrhea. Dr. Morrow was very knowledgeable and experienced and answered all the questions I had about my dog’s symptoms very well. He is not the type of doctor who doesn’t care about your expenses and run up your bills to hundreds of dollars for one visit. No way~ he spared my dog unnecessary testings and prescribed essential medications for my dog who got much better now. I‘ve recently moved here in TX and was looking for our primary vet for my dog, and now I’ve found an excellent one here in 121 animal hospital!! Dr. Morrow is a very conscientious one who doesn’t take advantage of other’s ignorance. Will definitely visit here again if i need primary care for my dog!

Dr Ali took the time to look at my dog and did not jump to conclusions. He did his analysis explained it very well to me. Appreciate the good work.

Moved to Texas 6 months ago and struggled to find a vet that we liked. Found 121 and we are happy! They are so nice to my dog and the vet always says how sweet she is. Even when I called in a panic when she was breathing funny thinking she had swallowed something bad. Vet answered the phone and said to bring her straight in even though they closed soon, luckily it was a false alarm and they were so nice about me panicking.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ali and the staff at 121 Animal Hospital. I have a very special dog that requires a lot of careful attention and they went above and beyond to get my little guy the care he needs. There isn't a pet that they can't handle! The staff is so kind and caring and will treat your pet as if they are their own. I won't go anywhere else!

So very happy with this team! I hadn’t been there in some time because we moved. I couldn’t get in anywhere. They got me an appointment and I love the vet! He was amazing. Very professional,kind and rusting about funding! He wants out to give lots of meds for no reason! Highly recommend!!

I have three dogs and I never second guess which vet I would choose. I never have a problem making an appointment in a timely manner. Very clean facility I would never take my dog anywhere else.

This is my first time going to 121 animal hospital. I was following Dr Morrow. He is an amazing veterinarian and I will follow him wherever he goes. This happened to be the place he landed. When I called to make an appointment the sweet girl at the front desk got me right in and made it very easy for me to send the shot records over. She was so kind and professional. When we got there we were put in a room right away. My male was getting a bordetella shot. Dr Morrow was very gentle with him. My female got her nails trimmed and they were also very quick and kind. When I left I was fortunate enough to run into the owner Dr Ali. I had heard wonderful things about him and everything was true! You could just tell he loves his job. I am so happy to have my vet back and to have such a wonderful clinic to go to. Thanks to all of you!!

He is a caring professional and always makes the correct diagnosis and provides the best course of action that is great for your pet and does not bankrupt you with unnecessary tests. Dr. Rohani and his staff were terrific with our Bentley today. Although they were really busy they made time to see him and were very gentle with a scared dog. Very reasonably priced for the level of service as well.Could not recommend more highly!

I have taken all my animals here for 10+ years. I have sent many friends here over the years as well. I have always had wonderful treatment, but the last 2 years their service has significantly declined. They used to have at least 3 vets on staff and are now down to 1. It is a 3 week wait to get an appointment for an urgent matter. The staff’s uncaring attitude was rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was “tough” and did not seem to care if I went looking for another vet clinic to treat my fur babies. I am very disappointed in them.

3/29/21 The staff is amazing and the veterinarian here is 100 times more amazing I came in with my great Dane who all of sudden was sick in 3day to the point where I thought I was going to need to put him down???? had no clue why or what happened. My veterinarian of 9ish years turned me away and told me to go to 24 hr ER(triple the money don't ever do that) Dr. R didn't want to put him to sleep til he know what was wrong with him he said I didn't out dogs down for no reason we figure out what's wrong.. told him my money situation (due to buying car literally 2 days prior) he said we work that out major(great Dane) is the most important money nothing. Shocked I said ok allowed test still unsure of what is the cause but Dr. has mad him treated him with medication iv's and take home iv with catheter this is day 4 and major is almost back to normal still not big on appetite but major is back to walking acknowledging you so in pics you will see from day I brought him in too 4 days after treatment this Dr. and staff are very kind honest 1will do and help you with everything about your animal I strongly suggest everyone who has pets to have them seen with Dr. R... I will never go back to my other vet this staff has gained another client and 5 new babies to see/ treat I can't say thank you enough to this crew best veterinarian clinic ever THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU GUYS 4/1/21--- I hate to be writing but sadly we had to put major down today due to what was going on internally Dr.Ali did everything he could surgery just had very low percentage so I decided to not go that route... the staff was amazing took care of him made him comfortable everyone was sad to say good bye but all glad he was going to feel better.. even on a bad day this team know what to do or say make you and your animal feel comfortable thank you guys it means alot keep doing what you're doing and you will go far in this career

I drive from Dallas to see Dr. Ali. He’s been my vet for the past 15 years and is very caring, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.

The passion Dr. Ali have for animals is amazing! He took such good care of my little dog and made sure I understood everything that was going on with her. And it was just a plus that his prices are very reasonable.

It was my First time going yesterday! & Even after I called & front desk lady said it was completely booked she was able to squeeze me in. Everyone there was extremely nice, very helpful & made sure I left with no questions or concerns!Recommend it for sure on top of that affordable compared to other places especially just to get seen.

121 Animal Hospital has been taking care of my pets for many years. They are excellent in all area including grooming and boarding my pets when I am gone. Dr. Ali is excellent and very thorough with his examination and preventive care. Thanks to him and his staff, my pet is enjoying a healthy happy life. I recommend them with no reservation.

I would actually give 100 stars if possible. The doctors are very caring and treat the pets as their own. While other hospitals highly recommended an expensive surgery for my dog, Dr. Pattabhi along with a surgeon was able to identify some new developments and avoid the surgery, just when he was at the surgery table. I don't know if anybody else would have been so honest and caring. Thank you very much to all the doctors in the practice.

Friendly and caring service. I recently took my sick cat in and they took very good care of him. I was impressed that the vet was able to explain everything to me from why and how he was sick to the treatment plan. He (not the receptionist or assistant) even called me personally to check on my cat and make sure he was doing better and remind me what to watch out for if he wasn't improving.

He went over the treatment plan and explained in detail how to make my cat better. And then he (not the receptionist or assistant) personally called me to check on my cat after I brought him home to make sure he was doing OK and to let me know what to look for to see if he was getting better or worse and what to do.

I HIGHLY recommend 121 Animal Hospital in Frisco! My dog, Belle received amazing service and love from the staff and Dr Ali. Thanks to my brother who recommended them which I will be a forever client! On our first visit, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. We were seen the same day. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they made sure we were safe which made this visit super easy. All I had to do was pull up at their drive thru and one of the staff members came out w her mask. She was super friendly and Belle felt at ease and went inside the clinic w her. She typically has separation anxiety but not that day! Dr. Ali called and informed me of her health and instructions for home care which I appreciate. Payment was made over the phone so they made sure everyone was maintaining social distancing which I am thankful for. Also they space out their client visits so no one was at the drive thru during our visit. As first time clients, we received 50% off for services and free nail trimming which I had requested nail trimming for Belle! Wow! What a nice surprise!! Also the staff were loving on Belle who loves her belly rubbed so we both had an awesome first visit! Thank you 121 Animal Hospital for this top rate service!!

My first visit here. Took my husky pup to get stiches in his ear. Very professional staff, fast, friendly, and they squeezed me in when they didn’t have an open appointment due to the fact this was an emergency. Thank you to 121 animal hospital for wonderful service that didn’t break the bank! I will definitely continue to come here for my dogs!
