The staff here are awesome! We took our senior chihuahua here for a dental procedure. We will definitely bring our fur babies here for future visits.

As always, Arbor Hills is taking great care of my little guy. They fit him in to their crowded schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem. Two days later and he is doing so much better! Thanks to the AHVC team.

This place took wonderful care of our Princess however their lack of communication and follow-up cost us quite bit of money. The staff and Dr. are very personable and therefore I do highly recommend this place for the care, attention,, and love they give to your fur baby but stay on top of calling them regarding getting updates or you will find yourself out of $1,600.

I called this morning frantically because my puppy was very sick, I was worried about an intestinal blockage or infection. I am an unknown client as I am visiting from out of town, but they took me in right away anyway and gave exceptional care to my dog. They were fast to act, very communicative, and clearly had a love for animals. I will be returning for my puppy's care. I could not be more pleased. Thank you!!

I love the DR. and his team of techs and kennel techs! They value the pet and owner. They really care about the animals they treat and this is a wonderful place to bring your pet for vaccines, dentals, boarding and any other pet needs! ❤

They explain everything thoroughly and are always willing to help come to my babydoll’s aid! They keep her healthy and growing in the right direction. Dr. Murphy is great with my dog, and has helped get her back to health in multiple occasions. Service is friendly, location is ideal. They always go above and beyond, I wouldn’t trust my pup anywhere else!

Took our dog in to get a Staph infection treated, as well as general vaccinations. First off, what they quoted to me on the phone was not what was shown on the final bill, after adding around $200 more in tests and prescribing extremely outdated/dangerous drugs for my dog. They did these tests without my consent, and then basically said 'too bad, we already did the work' when I saw the charges on the bill. On top of that, we were prescribed an extremely high dose of a steroid that has side effects that worsen infections especially in older dogs, so whoever made that decision needs to know that they almost killed my dog. Also, they charge a good 3 times the amount for general vaccines that other clinics do, and there general visit fee is a ridiculous $75, which is about double the amount of a normal vet. DO NOT GO HERE.

Recently switched to Arbor Hills Vet Center and couldn't be happier. The level of care that they provide and show for our kitty has been a game changer. We finally feel like she's getting the care that she needs and deserves. It doesn't hurt that everyone that works here is upbeat, knowledgeable and great to interact with.

The doctors and staff obviously love animals, and they know their stuff. Highly recommend!

Dr. Murphy is wonderful, along with the other docs and staff. They ALWAYS call the next day to check on your animal when they are sick. The best vet experience we've ever had.

My dog was acting a little weird at times and then completely normal in between that for a week so I wasn’t sure if I should bring him in but we were going on vacation out of the country so I wanted to make sure he was OK. Boy I’m glad I did. The staff graciously squeezed him in even though their appointments were fully booked and he ended up having a serious illness and very low white blood cell count meaning he should not be around other dogs right now. We learned this 24 hours before he was due to go to doggy camp for nine days. They even made an opening for boarding even though they were fully booked for the holiday week because they cared about what’s best for him. Hopefully we have caught it in time due to them squeezing us in fast, getting him on meds immediately, and boarding him with people who know how to administer his meds and look out for any complications. They even give Charlie his beloved belly rubs when he wants one. Thank you Arbor Hills!

This is the only that I will trust my sweet baby's too. When my baby girl was injured, my puppy and I above the need for immediate payment. This was a very unusual situation, but their understanding meant more to me than I can say. Additionally, their knowledge and skills in veterinary practice allowed my baby to make sure full recovery. One star goes out to the lady who was on the phone with me. As far as the doctor, I would give 0 stars if I could. I brought in my dog (Pomeranian) because she started limping. My dog is only 3 years old, completely healthy in perfect shape, never limped before. She is very active and playful so I thought maybe she jumped off the couch and injured herself. So we come HERE after reading some good reviews and meet Dr. Jennifer Lukowski. Let me just say, that Dr. Lukowski is one of those doctors that likes to talk about her own dogs more then she needs to. In 5 minutes we found out what kind of dog she has, how old it is, what health issues it had and the "happily ever after" story after those issues have been resolved. After examining my dog, she came back with a diagnosis that I was prepared for doing my individual research, she had laxating patella. Which is very common for smaller breeds, but still, not the best thing to have. Dr. Lukowski assured me that if I give my dog joint vitamins and this anti-inflammatory medication for a few weeks, most likely Belle (my dog) would be completely fine. She also mentioned, that if the dog was older, closer to 8-9 y/o there could be a chance of getting a surgery, but because she is so young there is no need. So ok, I was relieved with good news, paid $100 for medication and we left. As weeks pass by, I am noticing that Belle is not progressing and is still limping. So I decide to call Dr. Lukowski and see if she will see us again to double check and confirm that everything is alright and no further action is required. Because it's been only a few weeks, I asked the receptionist if it was going to be free of charge just because we JUST saw the doctor, so she said she would double check but most likely Dr. Lukowski will see us free off charge. Well guess what....Dr. Lukowski calls me back and says, of course, I remember you. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do for you, you would just have to bring your dog in for a surgery. AGAIN referencing her own dogs, how they are perfectly fine and healthy now, after the surgery.To say I was shocked, is to say nothing. I asked if we could come in, so she can examine her and see what kind of treatment is required and anything else that could be done, she refused to see us right away saying there was no point and there is nothing else to discuss. She then said ,that she will email me the estimates of the surgery cost (which I never received) and that it's just "one of those cases" where surgery is a MUST. I have never seen a veterinarian that apathetic and just careless. The fact they we were not seen again, to get another opinion was just a shock. There is another doctor, who owns the clinic and the one who actually performs surgeries...so my question was, how can you be so incompetent, where you don't even offer a second opinion by the other doctor. You right away decide that there are no alternatives and that my dog needs a surgery...???? Needless to say, I will not be going back to that clinic, who is just so eager to perform surgeries to fill their pockets. I will not be recommending that clinic either, due to the lack of professionalism and rationality in my opinion.

We have brought our 2 dogs here for 10 years. Even though we moved and are a bit further away now, wr still love Arbor Hills!

Disappointed. When I took my cat for physical exam I was told I’m welcomed to bring my cat back at any time for trimming her claw and bathing her. I called today to confirm with the front desk since my cat needs both done. The front desk told me they don’t do cat bathing and I’ll need to wait until next week to have her claw trimmed(seriously?). If you don’t want to do it then don’t promise it in the first place. I wanted to stick with this vet despite the high cost they charge, since I thought their service was good and trustworthy. Now I don’t think so anymore and I will never go back again.

They have such a friendly staff

Like previously stated they aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for when it comes to vets. Staff is always super friendly. Visits with the doctor aren't 5 minutes in and out. They spend a good amount of time with their clients, even if it's just for a checkup. I've never had a problem picking up the phone and asking their advice on a couple occasions. If the vet tech doesn't know the answer, they'll have the vet call you back.

Dr. Pruitt is the best. Very friendly and loving...

I am new to the area and after my dog got sick I decided to take him here. Arbor Hills took such great care of him!! He is a very big boy and was very anxious about his visit, but they handled and treated him greatly. I will definitely be back for future visits.

Scott Murphy and his wife Jennifer are the best veterinarian team in town. They have a great family including their kids and our animals! Very personal and caring!

This staff is absolutely wonderful. They love my pet and take care of her well during medical visits or boarding. I trust them to take care of her more than anybody I know. You won't regret bringing your pet here!

Dr. Murphy and Dr: Pruitt and staff are great. They have always taken such good care of my babies. Jennifer is amazing with all the needs of my pets: everyone is so caring and compassionate.

We love Dr. Murphy and staff. They have taken great care of our dogs and are always very good at explaining our options for treatment. One dog has had multiple surgeries there for recurring tumors. You can tell that they really care about the pets that they treat.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Arbor Hills just won a new customer. I had my first visit today and I received compassionate, educational, efficient and thorough care. My pup had an injury and the staff was able to get us in right away. Staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their job which was reflected in their positive attitudes. Dr. Pruitt greeted me with a smile, took her time and listened. Thank you for such great care.

I HIGHLY recommend Arbor Hills Pet Care. When I lived in Plano I took both of my dogs, Oakley & Ollie, to see them. All of the vets and pet care team there are absolutely fantastic. They take GREAT care of your furry kids. Ollie even had leg surgery there and they were fantastic. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They are not the cheapest vet in the area but they are definitely worth it. They will take great care of you and your pets.
