Doctor is good in taking care of pets and giving treatment. Worth visiting

Prompt and courteous. We have been with them for a couple years with 3 dogs. So far so good!

ABC used to be a great vet for animals. Since Dr. Poppelwell left, they have gone down hill. After my last experience, I will not return.

The place and people were great. I called ahead at closing time they told me to bring my little guy on in. They were patient, understanding and took great care of him and his hurt paw.

Seriously the best place ever. Great staff and doctor. Very professional. Everyone is super calm and kind.

10/10 wouldn't recommend. Our Corgi is sick and has quite a bit of blood in her stool and I called to see about how much this visit would run me. I was told $113 for the visit it's self and one test. I got a call about 30 minutes after my husband dropped her off and they said that it's going to be $328. WHY? Because they needed to run labs (standard to her bloody stool) I was never told about the price and when I asked the Dr. He asked me if I knew there was blood in her stool. (which was the reasoning of my initial inquiry) I told him this and I told him that I had already let the nurse know,. My husband told them as well when he dropped her off this morning as well.The Dr. told me that I was the one that was confused, not his staff and that he would call me with medication pricing after the labs came back so I'm not "confused again". Completely unprofessional. When I came to pick up my dog, none of the staff would even look me in the eye. they barely said anything to me. The nurse had to fight with whoever had my dog in the back to even bring her up to me. She basically threw a bag of medication at me, handed me my dog's leash and went back through the door she came in through. I asked for my medical records for all of my animals and will never give them our business again. As a pet owner, I wouldn't have ever expected to be talked to the way I was. I knew there was a reason people had been saying to stay away.

They take great care of my babies..Dr. is aware of how much I love my babies would not take them anywhere else...

I have been to ABC several times this year and they have been SUPERB! I am more than pleased with the care given to my Winston than I have been in the past. We're usually able to get in same day or next day and he is seen quickly and I have been given ample information to allow for best treatment. I am so thankful they are able to see us quickly and get Winston the treatment that he needs before anything serious occurs. Thank you so much to the entire team for being so quick and kind. I really appreciate it!!!

They were great, they was able to get my baby in today and took great care of her. The doctor was informative and the ladies were very nice and helpful.

This place is high pressure money hungry and makes you feel like if you don't spend hundreds of dollars your pet will die. We won't be going back here.

New to the area and had to make the heart breaking choice to put my 16 yr. old kitty to sleep. They got me in the same day and couldn't have been nicer. From my 1st interaction with Gerald over the phone, to the very kind and caring vet and other staff, they helped make a sad event easier to bear. Thank you so very much!

My lab was showing signs of illness for 2 weeks (I thought it would pass) so I took him to ABC vet. They were one of the only ones who could get him in the same day. Very professional and sweet with him. Doctor also communicated everything every step of the way so that I knew what they were doing with him and what it would cost me. Only put 4 stars because they are very pricey but they verified the amount was okay before proceeding with the tests. If you have insurance for your pet or don’t mind paying a little more than average then most definitely bring your pet here. You won’t regret it !

I visited this vet with my new cat a few days ago, and while the employees had polite demeanors I cant recommend them. I'm a first time cat owner and they failed to answer a single one of my questions, instead diverting the question or providing half answers. I said my cat was always hungry and gets anxious when she doesn't have access to food, I asked how much she should be eating and they told me she should eat less and I should take her bowl away(attempting this for a day made her miserable). I asked for advice on training a cat and they insisted all I had to do to get her to not scratch furniture was to give her a better option, she now has 5 different scratching posts of different textures and refuses to touch any of them. My partner asked if their was a way to adjust a cats sleep schedule and they literally laughed at us. We said we needed to get my cat more of her medicated diet and they told us we needed to buy it from them/even though they did not offer the brand she was used to, my cats a very picky eater and it took all of one google search to learn I could have just bought what she likes from a number of websites with their approval. They gave us prescription medication for her but didnt give any instructions on how to give it to her. I asked for clarification on if the cat could eat anything outside of her medicated diet and the vet went on a several minute exposition dumb talking about maintaining her bodys ph level but never actually told me yes or no. Lastly my cat was visiting due to extreme anxiety, I insisted I come in with her or else she would be impossible to work with, they chose to bring her in on her own anyways (I fully understand that this is a necessary precaution for the Covid 19 pandemic but here me out) shortly after they came back out asking that I went in sense they could not get the cat to be calm, when I went in with her my cat was noticeably calmer, they did not make a second attempt at any physical exams. So in summery if you want to pay 200$ for your cat to not be physically examined and to not have a single question you have answered I recommend this place. For anyone else I recommend finding a different vet.

Our dog was in pain and not feeling well. The vet did a great job finding the problem. Dog is doing fine.

The staff is great. We were moving so we had to board our 3 dogs. 2 are only 1yrs old and the other is 3 years old. They gave all puppies their shots and watched them for 6 days. They are very loving and caring with the animals. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic, I changed my veterinarian because of gouging, came here & everyone was helpful & services are affordable. *Updated* (6/25/19) Nope I was wrong, a male veterinarian saw a different one of my cat babies this time, over the phone I was told I needed an ultrasound and possibly either surgery or a kidney disease. When I asked for a ballpark figure I was given the run around and I felt they wanted to avoid the question, making me feel like they were going to charge me $150 here and there til it arrived at $1000+ (in for a penny in for a pound). I was just taking her in for her teeth, I still had the teeth done, love my cat, but I was told they would need to do extra fluids to flush the anesthesia out of her kidneys and it would be $50?!?! Better be one hell of a fluid and not just gouging for saline. Updated - dont not go here they will kill your pet.

Always have treated me and my pets great, used them for 24 years. All employees are friendly and caring. Dan is awesome at grooming my boy!!

Second visit everyone is so sweet and understanding. The Dr. has a wonderful way of explaining everything and truly cares for animals.

Have been taking our two dogs here for over a year and they have been fantastic!

Excellent place. The staff are very kind and adore animals. They remember our pets and care about them almost as much as we do. I've been to many different veterinarian offices in the DFW area, and this is by far the one I most prefer and trust.

Our fur baby got spayed yesterday. ABC Veterinary Clinic took great care of her. I received updates all day and excellent post op instructions. She is doing great today.

Fantastic service, friendly safe, and overall a good experience was very affordable and would recommend to anyone.
