First puppy shots Doctor was very nice and loving with the puppy. Great people great care for your family pet.

Dr Wilson is easily the most caring vet we have ever met. She obviously loves her job, her patients and their families. She has never tried to upsell us expensive treatments or meds. She is absolutely wonderful & an incredible veterinarian.

My cat was so sick and I removed him from Benefiled Hospital because they gave him few days to live. I called the store on 14th street animals hospital and they gladly work with my cat and saved him! From now on they will see all my cats as their Vet Hospital! They love the animals and they care for them! Now he’s at home and feeling great!

Dr Wilson and most of the staff have always been kind and helpful. Nancy at the front desk does come across somewhat rude at times, I suspect that could be due to stress with the clinic being understaffed these days. Appointments are usually booked out pretty far, but they do take walk-ins on weekday afternoons. It sucks playing phone tag with Dr Wilson because she seems to usually return calls in the evenings right before she leaves for the night, so if you miss her call, you have to wait until the next day they're open to communicate effectively. When you do catch up with Dr Wilson, she is very clear and informative. Overall, I think this is a good vet clinic.

I've been a regular customer for 14 years but called this morning to get an appointment for my dog who needs help now... I was told they were busy today and then I asked if there were any openings this week and was told "we are busy all week." Guess its time to go find a new vet.

I was wrong on that day. I should not have let my emotions dictate actions and I apologize. In hindsight, I could have been more calm and handled things in a more civil manner. Your team took out the fishing hook out of my cat last year and it meant a lot to me. Please....just want to help my cat feel better.

Fantastic customer service and very affordable. My four year old daughter and I brought our Great Dane in for shots. Everyone was very helpful and nice. They even looked after our dog when my little one had to use the restroom. Then, during the exam, Dr. Wilson let my daughter listen to our dog’s heart. The entire visit was a pleasure and made my daughter’s day.

Dr. Wilson has a gift with both animals and their human parents. We are so very grateful she is our families veterinarian!!! Truly do not know what we would have done when our APBT needed 14 stitches on a Saturday afternoon 8 years ago and was in heat or when our next APBT puppy at 10 weeks got Parvo not once but twice back to back and it was not because we did not bleach. We followed her instructions to the letter. Omgoodness or when our Li'l Bit a rescue kitty had to be put down due to renal failure and she sat with us until we were truly ready... I mean I just do not know to many people these days that take the time out of their personal schedules to take care of their clients that way anymore. All of these case that I am referring to were after hours and either She or her Assistant were on site with us. 14th Street Animal Hospital deserves any and all arcades and respect given.
