Best Rabbit doc around!! Not all small animal vets understands the complexity of rabbit physiology. They are very organized and have a drive through fearue where you can drop off stuff...;)

Very hard day putting my little buddy to sleep but the staff was very wonderful and caring and did everything they could to help us both. An amazing veterinary office with a great crew working there. Give your little furballs a hug for me.

I picked up my neighbors cat and the tech explained what I needed to do to continue Jack's recovery and gave me his instructions. You wait in your car and they bring the pet out. Super nice technician.

Best veterinarian I have ever seen for my dogs. They make sure to tell you what they protocols and procedures are in place beforehand, and you can always decline any testing you do not specifically want to have done at that time. I never do because I always want the best for my pets, but if your in a pinch you can always get it done at a later date. They also accept care credit which makes it even more helpful and budget friendly.

After nearly 10 years with another well reputed but overpriced vet in town, I decided to switch to White Rock. They actually seem to listen and care about my concerns for my animal friends and they don't have to be reminded over and over why my animal friend is visiting them. I also don't have to book an appt months in advance or repeatedly ask for prescriptions to be written or filled due to forgetful negligence nor am I surprised by multiple extra unexpected expenses when I receive the bills. They talk me through all costs thoroughly upfront before tests and procedures, which is as it should be everywhere. So far so good.

I Took my Hamster to go get checked,after I noticed him growing a tumor,I was sent back with medicine,sadly he passed due to cancer,2 different Vets of the clinic were so incredibly caring,not just for my pet but for us as well,They gave us little imprints of his little hands and feet and sent us a very sweet letter with sympathy.Dr.Sarah Miller is a saint.

Best place for your bunny. We take our very old bunny to get her check ups. Dr. Lampert is the best.

In spite of the car side arrangement that feels a bit odd (but much appreciated in these times) the staff here are amazing! I had to reschedule an appointment and the receptionist was able to find a more suitable time, then at the appointment, the technicians and vet were all very kind, explanatory, and accommodating. This is my favorite vet and I can't see myself going any where else, thank you all! I would highly recommend any hamster owner in the area to consider going here as both times I've went I've gotten exceptional care :)

We see Dr. Schroeder within this practice, and love her! We always feel so comfortable and confident with her care. The office staff is very helpful and always follows up after appointments. We’ve been going here for over 3 years now, and have no intentions of changing offices. Highly recommend!

Great friendly and caring staff. The only place I take my Rex Rabbit. I won't gross anyone out with the details, but it was close to closing time and they found an issue with my rabbit and they didn't ask me to wait until tomorrow, they stayed late and took care of the issue and made sure he was ok. I highly recommend this place for exotic pets.

I've had nothing but excellent experiences here. I drive 2.5 hours, and have no desire whatsoever to find someone closer.

Took my dog there for a yearly exam and they were still doing the curb side check-in. My doesn't know them very well so he didn't want to go into the office without me. After his appointment, the vet suggested drugs to calm my dog down. It was an unnecessary expense because my dog is pretty chill.

It was great, I sat in car and stared at the fence for an hour.

I found this place by a stroke of luck. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate them and how they took care of my bunny. She was a dwarf, white hotot. When I had to bring her in to have her put down, it was awfully traumatic for me. They were kind and sweet and did not judge me for not being able to go inside with Dot. A week or so later, I received a hand-written, personalized sympathy card from Dr. Lempert that brought tears to my eyes. Just an amazing place and staff that truly loves animals and appreciates their owners. Highly recommend!!

I take my Sofia here and they are wonderful handling her adorable cantankerous reptilian attitude. They offer comprehensive vet care for many different species. They are very very far from my home but White Rock veterinary hospital and their staff are so knowledgeable and all around great that I do not mind the long drive thru Austin traffic. We love our vet, Dr. Lampert. She is good with the four legged animals and the two legged ones.

The staff has always taken wonderful care of our animals. When we unfortunately lost one of our pets recently, everyone was very caring and gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes. I feel confident that my furry, scaly, four-legged and no-legged family members are in good hands here.

Took excellent care of our guinea pig and helped us understand exactly what we needed to do in order to nurse him back to health! Full recovery!

They do a great job taking care of both my older dog and new young pup. Also offer a lot of alternative therapies (chiropractic, acupuncture) for those that want those things. They are up front with pricing before they do anything so you can decide

My small dog was attacked by a stray dog and White Rock performed emergency treatment. The vet has kept in contact about his recovery. The staff has been very supportive. I would absolutely recommend this practice to animal owners. They are wonderful.
