Best Veterinary clinic in town. Always very concerned with the health and well being of both our dogs. They are reliable and very professional in handling our girls Lucy & Ethel. We recommend them to everyone we see.

My fur baby passed away and her ashes were taken here to be picked up by me.,They have been there two weeks and no one has called me. They said there was a mis spelling on the name. They didn’t bother calling the crematory to get things resolved they just let her sit. The most disrespectful thing.I wouldn’t recommend this place based on their lack of respect and professionalism

Dr. Bostick has been seeing and caring for my animals for years. Staff has always been respectful and understanding. Dr. Bostick has always been clear about my treatment options and helped me make the best decisions for all my animals. I completely trust him with my cats, horses, and donkey.

Dr. Forester was wonderful. Spent time with me and my daughter explaining the surgery before and after. He and ALL the staff exude caring, proficiency and expertise. We are fortunate to have this home town establishment with such a top notch medical crew in College Station.

Took our 10week old puppy in during COVID-19 times... Shenandoah accommodated as best they could and Dr. Bostick (recommended to us by a trusted friend) came outside to answer some of our questions after completing the checkup for our puppy. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Will continue to use Shenandoah and Dr. Bostick as our regular vet.

Highly disappointed in the care received here, saw Dr. Forrester (who never even introduced himself to me at any point) he gave my dog a cough suppressant that did not help and when calling first thing Monday of the following week with my dog even sicker the staff was not helpful at getting me in to see a vet and told me that I would have to repay the $70 visit fee. Upon calling back to cancel the appointment that they did find I relayed my concerns and upset with the care and they simply said they would be happy to cancel my appointment. Seems to me the patient is not the priority the money is.

I am so thankful they have took the time to help me with my unsociable dog. I don't know what I would of done. Very professional and kind.

Great vet! Usually a long wait for my appointment, but aside from that I feel like my dogs and cat are very well taken care of! They don't try to push any services on me that I don't need and are always accessible via phone for any questions I have. Plus, the staff are very friendly and remember us when we come in, which is very important to us! Highly recommend!!

Excellent quality of care and a great system for dealing with the pandemic. I just brought my dog in and then set up a pick up time. The vet came out and discussed the check up and then the assistant provided me with an itemized receipt. They have a higher quality of service at a cheaper price than the A&M vet.

I love this clinic! The staff and vet take such good care of my fur baby. On our last visit, the vet stepped outside to talk to me about how my pup's been doing and took the time to explain what was wrong with him. The technicians are super nice too. You can tell they really care about the animals. Highly recommend! :)

Doctor Bostick is an expert. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable as well.

The vets and techs and Shenandoah take great care of my giant-breed dog. I have also appreciated their conservative approach to caring for my pets.

brought my dog to them. he was very sick. misdiagnosed him. took him to another vet they diagnosed him with heart failure. long story short had to put him down. called to discuss this with vet, he was very rude. asked they take something off of Bill due to their failure, refused. do not go here

My dog more like my baby was dyeing and I had no idea what the issue was nor what was going on with her (kaleese) and they helped me early like 7:30 am early when no other place would and they took care of both of us I was so hurt and they consoled me and my dog even tho she passed she had a suppporting team that was there every step of the way and I will never forget this place if ever I get another dog , I recommend this place to anyone especially if you need dog care , wonderful place .
