Do not get conned into the "Affordable Vet Care." Save yourself time, stress, & money. Go to ANY stand alone Vet it will be cheaper and stress free! If you ever have an issue at Thrive they refer you to their support team. Thrive's support team is EMAIL ONLY. They do not have anyone you can speak to directly and must wait 24 -48 hours before given A response. I wish I would have done more research before bringing our pet here. Check Thrive out on the BBB website. I feel bad for the employees who work for this terrible company. They get all the heat from the bad customer service from Thrive and have zero control within their facility. Even the employees have to email issues.

We have found our primary vet. Friendly and attentive staff with services at an affordable price. What more could you ask for?

Thrive has done a great job at other locations, but I went to the Thrive Pearland location 11/20/21 and after I arrived at the appointment time the lady at the front desk said they didn't have rooms and couldn't do dental. I have had it done at other thrive locations and when I made the appointment they knew everything I needed. It was a major waste of time and they didn't even do a check. I don't know if it was bad scheduling, a bad front desk person or what but it was a terrible experience. I'll go to another location besides the Thrive Pearland one.

I needed a good, clean, and affordable place for my pet and Thrive was just that!

They will not work with you to accommodate you in their schedule, even if you've been seen previously. My cat is still limping.

The staff was extremely nice; based on my pet's condition, the treatment was appropriate. The cost was very reasonable. Glad to know THRIVE is available since my cats were already getting their yearly vaccinations from PETCO/VETCO.

My dog was injured as we left our home in New Orleans during hurricane ida. Without consulting with a vet or seeing my dog, I was informed that they wouldn't see him and he needed an emergency vet. What? For what we thought was a subluxation was actually a tumor. Siverlake took him no problems. This place is a joke.

Vet was very dismissive , did not even look at his skin to check for fleas. Automatically said it was allergies. I understand some vets are seasoned and are very knowledgeable abt the reactions of skin on dogs and can spot things right on but she didn't even look like at all to address what could possibly be other causes. When I asked about bad breath she said it's just normal dog breath. Didn't even look in his mouth. I told her my families other dogs were itching and kids were itching and she said ma'am I treat animals not humans. And then still concluded that it was allergies. I'm never bringing my fur baby back here. He deserves better treatment. She did prescribed medication for a possible ear infection so that is good and deserves the 1 star I gave. But other than that, they truly suck. I had high hopes for this location. I will check out a different one. Maybe they will be better.

I have always loved going to their vet services for shots and such. However recently my had a cyst/mast that burst and they could not get him in to see them. They have a call center that is incompetent and can do nothing but look at a computer screen and tell you that they do not have availability today no thought whatsoever for the pet in need

Friendly staff! We went in looking for a fish and had no idea what to buy. We left with a Beata and his lovely new home and everything we needed. My son named him yoshi the blue fish.

I had my dogs go to get their dental quotes at this location. I thought it was more convenient to go to this location because it's a lot closer to me. Nope, i was totally wrong. I got my dental quote, paid for the $35 exam fee, and later I, MYSELF, had to call to ask about the dental appointment and then they decided to inform me that they don't provide the dental surgery at the Pearland Location. That I will need to go at another location and set another appointment. So now, since I have to set another appointment, their previous visit was a waste of time, gas, and money. I have to spend ANOTHER $35 on both of my dogs. I’ve been to Thrive before many times for my cat and my dog’s dental cleaning last year. But this was at the ClearLake location. They communicated everything very professionally and clear. They gave me a dental quote and blood work all in one so it saves both of our time. I made the mistake coming to Pearland location. If this location doesn't provide the dental surgery, WHY are don't you provide this information beforehand? Would have saved me time and money. Very Bad communication.

Danielle was so kind to my daughter and I throughout our wait. She brought my daughter a coloring page and markers, and she was just a very nice person. Dr. Clare was very kind too.

The staff were friendly and very good with animals. They even gave my kitten some whipped cream, so I was impressed with their compassion. They were also very patient with my small son who made things more complicated with his 4 year old curiosity. I would definitely recommend this vet especially because Thrive offers a Plus program where you can subscribe and get huge discounts on pet care costs. But you do still need pet insurance for coverage.

This clinic was amazing! Jessica and the doctor were very kind to us and our two dogs. They were very thorough when explaining things to us. We definitely recommend this place and are planning to continue going in the future!!!

I brought my brand new kitten in there, and him being my first pay I wasn't quite sure of everything that needs to be done. They were very informative and didn't push me into anything I didn't want to do and their prices were very good for a teenager trying to give her kitten the best care possible. I really appreciated the knowledge from the vet and also how they worked with me because I was running late to my appointment. I won't be going anywhere else with my little Leo.

I had one appointment at this vet and I had a GREAT experience! I have never left a google review before, but I wanted to share my wonderful experience in the hopes of putting other pet owners at ease when trying to find a great vet. This is the best vet I have ever been to. The vet was thorough with the examination (even though I was late to my appointment) and took the time to answer all of my questions (and there were a lot!). She was patient and kind in how she communicated the information to me. Not only did she discuss the health issues of my pet, but she also gave me general pet advice on how to care for my animal. The woman working at the front desk was so pleasant to interact with, very patient, and helpful. I left the appointment feeling very relieved after getting the run around at other vets. THRIVE gave me answers to all my questions and equipped me with the knowledge to best take care of my pet. I am very grateful for their outstanding service and would definitely recommend this vet to anyone!!

We typically take our animals to a THRIVE clinic closer to us but I needed an appointment ASAP and this location was able to see us within a couple of days. We found out our beloved cat had lymphoma and the vet was extremely helpful in answering my questions and giving me recommendations of what to do, where to go, etc. Unfortunately, the news only got worse and we had to put our girl down. The doctors and technicians were extremely nice and went above and beyond for us. Again, this is not our usual location but they treated us like it was. When picking up her belongings, they even included a heartfelt card with a small drawing of our cat one of the girls at the clinic did. It totally made my day. You all made a gut wrenching situation a little easier and for that I am thankful. I wish I knew all of the ladies’ names that helped me to give a personal thanks. Definitely recommend.

I took my dog here to be examined after having trouble finding an affordable option in the Pearland area, and I loved the experince, it took less than 20 minutes to have him looked at and the staff there were all professional! Will be his regular vetrinarian from now on!

My first time bringing my pet went great. Everyone was very nice and kept up great communication. I was very satisfied with the quality of care and prices. Definitely will be back.

I came to them by accident because it wasn't the regular one I go to. I was shocked at how accommodating they were and how much they were willing to work with me. I will continue to go get my babies checked up here. Thank you team.

I took my dog here to be examined and treated. She had a major injury to her paw and this clinic was the only one to fit me in that day. The vet was very unprofessional with me. I gave my input on what I thought it could possibly be but the vet said that it couldn't possibly be that. He proceeded to toss out multiple really scary big diagnosis about what he thought it was. He said growth and wart on her foot. But upon reading her medical history report he put puncture wound. He never ever said puncture wound directly to me. He withheld half of the antibiotics so I would have to come back for the recheck. But I wasn't comfortable going back at this point. I got a 2nd opinion and learned that my dog was being SEVERELY underdosed with antibiotics. And her diagnosis ended up being exactly what I first said it was without mentioning anything to the 2nd vet we saw. Her dose now is 5xs the dose originally prescribed by this vet. If you enjoy a vet that immediately thinks the worst and does not properly medicate your pet then this vet is the one for you. If you love and cherish your pet and want proper medical care then dont bother coming here. This is a shot clinic only at best. If I had stuck with this vet for treatment my dog would have ultimately lost her leg due to lack of proper treatment.
