Excellent service, vets, and vet techs. This is the only vet we use and refer to them frequently. They also work with S.A.V.E. Rescue Coalition which is great and is who we adopted our dogs through.

Customer service has been slipping and it's hard to get in to get seen. The pandemic probably has a lot to do with it but have been looking for a new veterinarian home to keep my dogs taken care of.

From Brenda Took my gorgeous 6 yrs old rescue Shih Tzu in for bladder stones. Dr Frank was absolutely wonderful. With Hills diet food all three stones were dissolved with the Hills diet food and antibiotics. Very professional, good prices. Took picture with her red bows on her ears to put on their website. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

Great staff and reasonable prices

My puppy, Bootsie was treated with such love and care. At 4am my fur baby started to shake and throw up, so off to the Vet we went at the earliest appt we could get. Audrey was polite and scheduled our appt for same day. Although they see patients you don't come in but call when you arrive and someone will come out to speak with you. I HATE ALL THIS COVID-19 STUFF. WHEN WILL IT ALL END? Anyway....they are wonderful and I will be returning for all my baby's medical needs. Jennifer was great. She loved on our baby. Everyone did. And Bootsie is fine now. She's running and jumping and just playing too much, so all's well with her again. They resolved all of her issues.

The best place to get the best care for you’re pet! We’ve been bringing our pets here for a few years now through the good times and bad. The staff is very compassionate and Dr Collins is the best. They make you feel at home and are really understanding. Awesome clinic and the staff is amazing! Thank you guys!

The staff and doctors at Shadow Creek Veterinary Clinic are amazing. I took my two dogs in for shots and a check up. The clinic was under Covid protocol so they came out to the car to get my fur babies, one at a time, and made it very easy on me. I appreciated the level of communication in this awkward situation. It can’t be easy to have your business completely disrupted by these restrictions, but the staff is doing a great job and I appreciate the care they give our community.

Dr Collins is the best Vet. I drive all the way from Cypress to Pearland.

We have been taking our furry family members for 4 years at this clinic. This clinic is very clean. The Doctors and staff are very kind and gives you the time to explain on what is happening with your animals especialy when they are sick. They don't over charge. And our cats love bathing at this veterinary.
