I have been going here for a while and i really like it. I have several pets some which are exotic and they always have what i need. The people are nice and helpful. This is my store.

Melisa groomed my yorkie the other day and he has a bad scar at the top of his head from where she cut him! If I could give this place zero stars I would! I will not be returning!!!

We have had the pleasure of having Jayden assist us twice and he is so knowledgeable about the aquatic department and fish. He has helped my sons immensely and spent time to talk to them about how to set up the aquarium, what fish to get, even live plants. He offers excellent customer service and that is so hard to find these days. Thank you Jayden!

worst customer service experience that I have ever had. My son and I went to pick up some fish and the gentleman working the fish department failed to acknowledge us at any point. we stood there for 20 minutes waiting for his help and he kept walking past us and ignoring us. He helped one gentleman and then once he finished helping that gentleman he went over to the bird cage and sat there and played with the birds and talked to another associate while my son and I continued to stand there and wait. we left disappointed and went to PetSmart where we didn't have to experience the same disappointment with the customer service
