My dog loves it there love the way they groom him.

I usually take my dog to a chain dog groomer but today we took our dog Theo here. Walking in the place is so cute and welcoming. Groomer loved our dog and is very sweet and attentive. It seems our dog had a lot less stress here and he was truly pampered and smelling amazing!!!

They did a wonderful job with my 3 fur babbies!

This place is wonderful and our new favorite place for our sweet dog when we need overnight boarding. The staff is professional and extremely helpful. The facility is clean and amazing! Update: 12/30/2021- We used PetSuites for grooming. Michael provided the customer service and was absolutely the best! He assisted us with our next overnight stay and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great place for our fur baby!

K9 Happy is a medically retired suicide bomber GSD And Gunner is a young Belgian Malinois. In my opinion, how a dog reacts to a place is a sign on how they are treated by staff and environment. Every time I pull up to Pet Suites their tails are wagging and they seem excited. Also, my experience with the Staff is very positive. I would recommend this place.

Great communication with staff. All of my answers were answered prior to booking an weekend long stay. If it is your pets first boarding they will give first night free. You can ask for pictures of your pet on daily basis. Wish the had webcam so you can see your fur baby is doing. Upon pickup my doggie seems happy. Will recommend!! They do ask for up to day vaccination plus the canine influenza vaccine. They have great customer service!! Book with confidence

I cannot say enough about how wonderful PetSuites Pearland is! Our two Aussiedoodles have been going here for months. Their trainers are miracle workers and were able to get our puppies to walk on a leash, sit, stay, and play nicely with other dogs. The front desk staff is always welcoming, quick to respond to texts/calls, and the facility is super clean. My dogs always leave super happy after their training or group play. The groomer is also wonderful. She takes the time to make your dog feel comfortable, and communicates closely with you to make sure you get the grooming you want.

This place is so awful on customer service , after confirmed my reservation 2 hours later called me And tell me there is not available, for my cat , the manager has RUDE manners to talk by phone , she was just talking about her Point and not even listen to me what I have to say , asking me who gave me the reservation information ? Excuse me ,? I don’t know who are your employees, you should know that information , so please BE SURE they have you a confirmation of your Booking !!!!

They are awesome. I’ve done both day boarding and week long boarding and my dog is always happy when she leaves. The trainer Valerie has worked with her a few times and sends video recaps which we love. I’ve been very satisfied with all of their services

Where do I start? How can I give a 10-star review here? I have two 90-lb dogs who I was having trouble training. I did a stay and study for one of my dogs. He stayed for 3 weeks and received training from Sage and Val. He came back a different dog - still the sweetest boy in the world but manageable on a walk, listening, etc. I am now no longer scared to walk my dog and I have full control over him. During the training program, I received regular updates about my dog, videos of him in his training sessions, and photos of him during play group. The best money I've ever spent. Both my dogs attend daycare. They love it and come home tired and well exercised and socialized. I also was feeling bummed at myself for not being a better pet owner. Sage and Val reassured me that my dogs were normal dogs, validated my concerns, and taught me so many ways to redirect them. I feel more empowered than ever in my ability to train them. We are still a work in progress, but we are on the right path for the first time ever. I could literally go on and on. Such a great experience!

My puppy loves the puppy daycare. The staff is super dog friendly.

Being a rescue it is always hard finding amazing people to help us continue our journey of saving dogs and preparing them for their future home. Kymee at Petsuites has been amazing help with training one of our rescues in basic obedience skills and socialization! He is a completely different dog from when he arrived to board and train 3 weeks ago! She has now taken on another rescue for us and we are excited to see the amazing work we know she will do! Maritza one of the front desk staff was incredibly sweet and helped us get everything set up for our new case ASAP and was also so loving to our rescues! We would definitely recommend this facility and their staff!

Great people who treat animals and customers awesome.

The people were really nice and the animals seemed to be having fun. My dog likes to play all day so it looked perfect for her to burn off all her extra energy, cuz I can't do it lol...

You don't get better people than those are Petsuites. They take such good care of my furbabies

I took my dog in for daycare. She was with the big dogs and showed signs that she was not comfortable. We were told that we would be contacted with updates, which was not the case. When I called to find out how she was doing, they told us they moved her to the small dog area because she was not playing and visibly uncomfortable. Our dog is very social and loves to play, so we knew even at drop off that something was off. It would have been nice to get that update. Additionally, a couple of days later, she started to dry heave and cough. The only exposure she had to other dogs was at day care. When we took her to our vet, they said she had kennel cough. I told petsuites and submitted all the paperwork they requested for the vet reimbursement. It has been MONTHS and no response.

I recently boarded my 3 dogs. I was worried because this was my first time boarding Vixen, Blu, and Doc Holliday. But i was so pleased at what i saw when i picked them up. My dogs looked great. One of my bulldogs his allergies started again while he was their but thats normal with them, Ms. Leanette called me instantly and sent photos so i could see what was going on. This will definitely be my dogs home away from home.

Went to deliver. The gentleman was nice and friendly. The store was neat, clean and organized.

Two grooming appointments rescheduled in a month time span. Unclear communication regarding required vaccinations for grooming. To receive a call at 7 pm at night the night before a rescheduled appointment to tell us we have to once again reschedule is completely ridiculous. Then because of this reschedule our pups vaccination would have been expired by the time of the appointment they offered. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Very good. Liked the daily pictures and updates. Wish they had cat grooming services!

Update: The new manager of this location reached out to me to resolve the issue (This is her first day on the job, bless her heart). I had reached out to another location to find out what I should do and they contacted her to let her know as she was literally in transit for her first day of work. She was very professional and has refunded the cost of my service, offered to pay for a vet trip and to have my car cleaned. She spoke with the groomer and in house corrective actions are being taken so this doesn’t happen to another pet. I hope this location can hold on to her! I picked my pet up today with 3 bloody paws. Blood was all over the back seat of my vehicle. Pet suits would only offer a refund for the nail trim and told me that it didn’t cause my pet any pain. I called the corporate office to be greeted with a voicemail box and have not received a call back.

They were very accommodating. I called last minute for a two day reservation and they had availability.

This was our fur baby's first boarding experience so I was a little nervous. When we got there he felt comfortable immediately and had no reservations about being taken back. The check in process was easy and quick. During his stay, we received a text pic update that he had a great play day. Picking him up after his 2 night stay was just as easy and he smelled wonderful. We already have booked his next reservation.

This was my Princess first time being boarded at Pet Suites and it was a very good experience. Your able to bring anything that will make them comfortable while your away. She's a loving dog that wants a lot of belly rubs and that's exactly what she got. Aftercare care that was given to let you know how her visit went was very informative Excellent customer service at drop off and pickup!!

My dog was sprayed excessively with calming spray. His bark was horse as if he didn't get enough potty breaks and barked all night. He was extremely tired and it took several days for him to return to normal. I was not happy with his stay here

The facility is new and clean, staff contacted me to confirm my pet's care which was greatly appreciated. During the 4 days of boarding I signed up our pet for the puppy pre-school. I got one daily write-up that didn't really tell me much so I don't know if it was really worth doing the puppy pre-school. The report form appeared to be daily and was a good template with good information but it was only 1 out of the 4 days.

Great communication while I was away. Reasonable prices.
