Took my dog there many times was pretty happy with the results till she calls me at one day to tell me or ask me if my dog had a problem with his eye which he did not have so when I went to pick him up his hours are bloodshot and swollen so I took him to the vet said it looks like he had been nipped maybe with scissors or maybe hit by another dog well she never called even check on him I had a vet bill of $125 I was very disappointed always been very good to those people tipping and taking gifts from Jackson and they didn’t even call to check on him I will not be going back there he was very stressed out when I picked him up and I also was very stressed out I was a terrible day

My dog is a rescue (former stray) and skittish around new people. The groomers were so kind and patient and they did an amazing job with her. So happy! She looks like a brand new girl.

It is hard for me to drop off my dog anywhere. He is a part of my family. But I feel 100% comfortable dropping him off there. He always come back looking like a good boy and very handsome. I absolutely recommend this place.

Ive taken my fur baby about 4 times and Ultimate Pet Spa does a great job each and every time. From smelling marvelous all the way down to the details and painting my girls nails. If you’re looking through grooming salons for your fur babys just end the search here and sched your appt!!

Staff is super friendly. They do such a great job at grooming my fur babies. They always smell really good after getting groomed. It ladtas a few weeks.. Only negative is that they're so good at what they do that you have to book appointments a month in advance sometimes.

Very nice! Everyone here is friendly, very helpful, and take very good care of my Casper. He is always happy to go. And smells so good when he is done.

Took my two chihuahuas here a few weeks ago for the first time and they still smell amazing! The owner was able to accommodate us on short notice. Love the no cage concept, it’s like a play date once they are done being groomed. My boys had so much fun here. Not only did they look and smell amazing when they came home but they were so exhausted from all the fun they had they slept like little angels. We will definitely be back!

Best Grooming Around! My dog knows what day he goes and wakes up in the morning excited running to the door! He loves going and he looks and smells fantastic after! He sleeps great after too! Friendly staff, but most importantly they really know and care about your dogs! Great service!

Staff is unbelievably friendly. They took great care of our pups. Our pups looked so handsome and smelled so good. 3weeks later and they still smell good. Already scheduled our next appointment.

The dogs are treated so well at this business. My yorkie looks and smells fabulous each time I pick him up. Plus, he has such a great time playing with the other dogs. If you love your dog, you will love this place.

Our little Barry loves this place so much! He had such a great night sleep after spending the day here! Never seen him so relaxed! The ladies did such a great job with his haircut, we love it so much. The environment is so great for play dates. We will definitely be bringing him back!

Went earlier today just to ask for information and the lady kept asking if my dog weighted 40lbs and I responded saying he’s only 36Lbs that I weighted him a week ago at the Vet. She kept saying they don’t help dogs that weight over 40lbs so I responded again that my dogs weighs 36Lbs and just said never mind bye. Get better staff or train your staff on how to speak to customers .

They treat all the dogs up there so well and then get to run around and have a playdate they do not put them in cages

This was Heathcliff's first time here and he was greeted with kindness. The staff was very patient and knowledgeable. We will definitely take him back.

Went to my appointment that I made 2 weeks ago because there was nothing available until then. Get there to be told my dogs hair could not be cut. I have been there before they said they new it could not be cut but never informed me. I even confirmed the appointment the day before. No one had the courtesy to call and cancel. This is ridiculous I could have taken her somewhere else instead of waiting 2+ weeks.

We have used this gem of a grooming service since it opened and have nothing but great things to say! Our dog is very anti-social and very anxious around strangers. Cathy, the wonderful owner, has always done such a wonderful job helping our dog feel at ease. I saw the review that states she does not groom large dogs. This is so far from the truth; we have a 70lb collie mix. The staff is always very friendly, the prices are great, our dog always comes home with a gorgeous shiny coat, and they are timely and efficient. A bit upset. I just moved to area and heard good things about this groomer. Called to schedule an appointment for haircut 2/27 and was told the next available appointment was 3/28. Seriously!?!

I have been using the Ultimate Pet spa for several years. I will not take my Pom anywhere else. The owner and her staff are kind, caring, and treat my furbaby as if she was theirs. The fact that the dogs are not kept in cages and are allowed to run around and play is a big plus.
