I drive from Baytown to this little shop any day of the week then deal with getting worms or crickets for our Bearded dragon from petco or petsmart. They have never short me like Petco. Customer service is amazing even when they are busy! They will always take time to answer all your questions!

They are super nice and help you out with everything you need this is indeed the best place to go for a pet, food, accessories for them, and more I love that they have live food for reptiles such as frozen ones. They also have albino pets, that look so cute. I visit every week this store since I have to buy food for my reptile, and not every single time I have seen bad customer service because they are always in a good mood and respectful to all the customers. Is worth a try going if you haven't visit them. Snakes, turtles, lizards, insects, hamsters, bunnies, ferrets, birds, fish are some of the animals I can remember they sale there.

Went there so my kids could look at all the cool animals and reptiles and such.... Left with a baby Ball Python! The girls working there were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One helped me pick out a terrarium and different stuff I needed for Steve to enjoy inside of it. That's his name, Steve the Ball Python. My daughter is thrilled! Definitely go check it out.

This place is horrible I had hoped when they got a new owner that the care of the animals would get better and which it did at first but it's already back to being s*****. They keep rabbits that are barely weaned and shouldn't even be going to a new home yet plus the guy that works there doesn't even like the animals that he has to work with ????just horrible altogether and I really had hoped that this place would have improved with New Management.

We drive from south Houston to this pet store for feeder rats every week. Been coming for the past year. Great Prices. & they have a good selection of Rats. Always Satisfied coming here.

I'm so glad that my hubby brought me to Bay Area Exotic Pets. I loved it how they have all different kinds of animals and exotic animals as well. The staff their were awesome and very knowledgeable of their animals and the supplies you will need to take care of the pet(s) you want to take home. Great experience to take your kids and grandkids to see the animals. I especially was excited when they let me hold the ferrite they had, so adorable ????❤. Thank you Bay Area Exotic Pets for being awesome.

Bay Area exotics is a phenomenal place I got a whites tree frog from there the staff gave me a list for food lighting and the animal itself was captive bred and was eating. Now it has been almost a month and he eats a vartiy of feeders.

By far the best place for small pets. Knowledgeable and friendly.

The owners are very compassionate toward the animals in their care and of the needs of the animals and customers. They treat you like family. Since taking over the pet shop they have cleaned it up and organize it. Great place...

Took my fur babies here for the 1st time and I was so happy with the results . They were way past due on their hair and nail cuts ,I felt like a bad dog mom but Sassy the groomer did suck an amazing job and even called when it was taking her longer than she thought. I am one happy dog mom and I’m sure my babies are feeling much better.

We recently purchased a panther chameleon and the owners were wonderful! They were very helpful and made sure all our questions were answered. They have a wide array of animals and they take pride in caring for them! I highly recommend them!
