They refused to help my dog in a emergency. Ms. Cynthia has the worst customer service i have ever experienced.!

Recently moved and needed a new Vet. Very nice staff and the Vet was very thorough, informative, professional and good with our fur baby. Looks like we found our place.

I got three estimates from vca ,11th street vet in Huntsville and spencer animal hospital they were 3 times higher than vca of all companies! Lol vca is notoriously exspensive it's a corporate giant . Dr simone seemed vert nice probably a good vet but they were over 4 k vs 15 hundred at vca wow good luck ! ????

This is a great place , very caring staff, The Vet is great , the front desk are the nicest people 100% recommended this place , they take fenomenal care of you babies , thanks guys for everything .

Their prices are high but the staffing is good.

Today unfortunately we had to say goodbye to a family pet. Hands down I would recommend Spencer Animal Hospital to absolutely everyone! They were absolutely amazing! A big big Thank You to the front office, to the vet techs, and to Dr. Andrew Penn for making this this experience just a little bit easier to handle given the circumstances. I’m glad to know in our pet’s final moments he knew he was loved unconditionally and was handled with so much care and compassion ????????????????????????????♥️♥️

Expect appointments to run a little behind (to be fair, I've never been to a doctor - for humans or animals - that wasn't running behind), but everyone is amazing and it is 100% worth it. Have brought pets here for years and years for everything from annual check ups to end of life services. I have never had an experience that wasn't warm, friendly, and kind regardless of circumstance. I have taken pets other places, but honestly Spencer Animal Hospital is at the top of the list. Highly recommend.

Spencer Animal Hospital has knowledgeable staff that takes care of your fur babies. They have early drop-off availability. Their prices are reasonable compared to some vet's office in the area. I just took my 8 year old dog, Ranger, to get his annual check up yesterday. This was my 1st time going and I loved it! With these weird times in the world, I did have to wait in my car but they called to discuss price, the care, and everything I was to expect. They came and got my nervous heeler and were absolutely great with him. The doctor came out to my car to speak with me as well. When they were done, they brought him back out to the car and he was as happy as could be. This made me happy as I didn't get to be with him and I didn't know what to expect since this was a new vet for him. I have definitely have found my permanent vet! The prices were great too! Thank you Spencer Animal Hospital!

I wish I could give them negative stars. This was my vet for 4+ years but the last year they have turned into the worst business I've ever dealt with. I have spent thousands of dollars at this vet but they would not fill my trifexis for my dog because I went to a discount shot place (Vetco at Petco) to get his shot (which I've done for the 10 years I've had him). Instead of being a normal caring business they want to rip ppl off and make me pay again to get his test with them after I just did not even 2 weeks ago. Now my poor dog has fleas because they gave me the run around for 2 weeks. This place is run by the most horrible people just trying to get a buck from someone without any regard to the fact that I've been a client for a long time. Do not take your pet here they are HORRIBLE people that don't deserve your hard worked money.

Dr. Mangum and Spencer Animal Hospital have been taking care of all of our pets for 20+ years, and have always handled them and us with care and compassion. I would refer everyone to take their furry family members here! We are having to comply with the COVID requirements, but they have become our new normal for now! Larry McCommon I was very happy with the professionalism and timeliness exhibited by the veterinary staff, and would highly recommend using them.

STAFF: Friendly, Nice, Informative. WAIT TIME: If you’ve made an appointment you go in quick. I’ve never done a walk in At Spencer Animal Hospital all my pets love coming here because of the enthusiasm, care, love that the staff and Doctor Lovell & Magnum provide for my furbabies Ecstasy & Clifford, even the ladies who help and give them their shots are really nice. They will be coming here for years.

I asked for a doctor to call me about my situation ...... no call from him. I was told by the front desk to give my dog a medicine that could seriously hurt him .

The vets and vet technicians do a great job of taking care of Charles! The office staff is patient and takes the time to speak with you. I've noticed an incorrect charge on my bill once (that would have costed me $100+) so I make sure to be pretty diligent when looking at the statements. There has also been a miscommunication in receiving prescriptions with incorrect quantity amounts, in which I was later told that my dog started receiving those pills while he was staying overnight at the office. However, the staff are very patient with my questions! I just wish these would be communicated to me initially, rather than having to make a follow up out of confusion.
