A few weeks ago our dog injured himself. It was almost closing time and another vet told us that we should just wait until the emergency vets open and go then. We called TLC and they told us to come right in and they would fit us in. They took us right back when we got there and gave us great service. Thankfully our dog was okay! We were so impressed with the friendly staff as well!

Dedicated veterinarians that you can trust to take the best care of your pet. A little bit on the expensive side, but when it comes to saving your pet's life..... they go above and beyond.

Took great care of my kitty and was able to get us in same day and help us coordinate surgery same day! Thanks so much for the extraordinary care!

I love this Vet Office SO MUCH! We moved to Clear Lake in 2003, and we're a rescue dog family. We love our pound puppies. Here's some stats for y'all that should give y'all an idea about how good these people are at what they do. Jeffrey, a 2 y/o Bassett Hound, life-expectancy of size and breed 10-12 y/o... he was 15 y/o when Lymphoma showed up. Thora, a 2 y/o Black Lab, same avg life-expectancy as Jeffrey, she was 16 y/o when we had to say goodbye. Lucian, a 2 y/o King German Shepherd HW+ at adoption, his life-expectancy? 8 y/o. He was 12 y/o AND underwent HW treatment as soon as he was able. Freya, a 5 y/o Black Lab/Terrier mix. She's, now 10 y/o, very spry with a tad bit of an arthritis in her R elbow. Anxiety is her only real problem that we have to treat her for with medication. Fenris, a 2 y/o GSD/Belgian Malanois mix HW+ adopted from BARC-Houston 2.5 months ago. Sure. We could have had BARC do his treatment @ 100% covered or opted for a credit. If TLC Animal Hospital has done so much for our shelter dogs giving us YEARS of time we wouldn't have had with our beloved furry-kids had we gone with the cheapest possible of minimum care (no judgement if that's what you have to do... your pet loves you no matter where you take them to keep them healthy), we'd have fewer memories of hilarity and unconditional love. I'm STILL FRIENDS with my favorite vet tech that moved away. They LOVE your pets almost as much as you do... possibly AS MUCH if you stick with 'em like we have!

Had a doggy emergency. (Illness). Got us in quickly. He's on the road to recovery.

I've used their services for years now to fix my cats and my dogs. Vets and techs are friendly, I don't feel like they are over charging me, and they are located not too far from me. Highly recommend them to anyone on a budget- which is America ???????? now. Thank you TLC.

My dog was in a lot of pain one day and I gave TLC a call, and I am so so thankful they were able to see me for an emergency appointment the day of. I am a new patient and this was my first time taking my dog to TLC, but after my visit I will most definitely continue to take my dog here. Dr. Funk came out and spoke to me and she was so informative and a pleasure to speak to! I've never received such great care and service from a vet clinic but after coming to TLC I know my dog is being taken care of. I highly recommend this place.

I was going to be a new client with my elderly cat; talk to first person who was very knowledgeable and told her I would call back to make an appointment. When I called back the person that answered the phone sounded very vague, unsure, didn't seem to know what to do. I told her I had talked to someone else and maybe I could talk to that person again (they had offered me an appointment time) and wondered who it was, she said "it could be anyone" not helpful. I decided at that point to go elsewhere.

We've been taking our Daisy to TLC for 17 years until recently when it was time for Daisy to go over the Rainbow Bridge. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr Kueker, Dr. Richardson and their staff. I was told Daisy was the oldest Canine they had. She was a lab/Golden mix, 60 lbs give or take her entire life and what a dog she was...... She had minor (which turned into major) skin issues pretty much her entire life, was bitten by two Cottonmouth snakes, and had some stitiches a time or two but other than that, a very healthy/happy dog that everyone enjoyed. Your staff had an awful lot to do with her living a good long life. We always felt the care we received there was top notch to the point it seemed "most" made us feel like Daisy was their dog too. They went above and beyond keeping us updated on Daisy always giving us honest answers to our questions. Daisy loved going to TLC, but only to the point of your old fire hydrant out front! From then on we had to drag her in however; she always came out with the best care anyone could ask for. Not sure if we'll ever get another dog, Daisy kind of set the bar a little high however; if we do, there's only one place we'd go and thats TLC! Thank you so much for your kindness and care during Daisy's last months/years. And a special thanks to Cheyenne and Dr. Richardson for their kindness and special attention to Daisy on her last day. Small hospital, but they were very nice and helpful when I brought my dog in there to be looked at. They were sensitive when I was being emotional and did not make me feel bad in anyway.

SO incredibly personal. We have a new puppy that is super shy to people and they love for him to just stop by and get "cookies" just so he can spend time around people. We got the number of a great trainer from them and have had nothing but great experiences. So happy to have such an inclusive and wonderful vet so close to home! The vet techs really make it. We love that they recognise and love our puppies(two suprises from our foster fail) just as much as we do. Love this place!!!

Wonderful doctors and staff! Everyone is so caring, helpful, and knowledgeable! The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming every time we come in. The doctors and techs are great with my dog. She can sometime be shy and they are always so calm and patient with her during her visits. Thank you!

I did a lot of research before selecting TLC as my pets provider. We spend countless of hours looking for the best / perfect treatment for ourselves, why shouldn't our fur babies receive the same level of care. Everyone I have worked with at TLC has been exceptional. My sweet, kind, gentle, quiet 3 year old cat turned into a ferocious human eating lion during her appointment. I felt bad and couldn't say "I'm sorry" enough to the doctor and staff, but they all took it in stride and continued with smiles on their faces. I definitely recommend TLC for all of your loved ones (pets) needs.

Competant Drs. Too much concentration on the business side and not ennough on the compassion side. You can feel comfortable about the care your pets will receive, but don't look for much more. We took a wounded stray in for some mercy care. They were outragious on price. Other vets did much better at other locations. Again competant care. There are just better choices.

Out of all of the veterinarian clinics that I have used over the years they are hands-down the best from the receptionist all the way to the doctors. I honestly cannot put into words how great this office is. If anybody even remotely complains about the prices here it's because they have not been to a Bad Vet and got a bad diagnosis yet and then go to a place like this and deal with honest animal loving people that also care about their owners.

What a great place to take our pets for care… We have known Dr. Wardall for many years and she is the epitome of caring and genuine veterinarians.

TLC has cared for my Maltese, Happy, for approximately 12 years. Super professional service from kind, caring people who keep with current standards.

I took my pom, Sparky, in to see them yesterday. It was our 1st visit. Very impressed with the care. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The techs were very knowledgeable and helpful. And the Veterinarian that saw him was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything and was very compassionate and knowledgeable. Sparky absolutely loved them! They treated him like he was theirs and that means a lot. I'd say their prices are about average, but not too bad. I would definitely recommend TLC if you are looking for exceptional care for your furry friends.

The staff is very helpful and everyone always makes sure you want to come back again and again to the clinic.

Kind and competent staff who provide a good environment for my dog and quality service. My last visit was a particularly busy day and some customers were rude to the staff about the situation, but the staff remained professional and calm.

My first visit with my Toy Fox Terrier, Banjo. It is the most outstanding Veterinary practice I have ever been to. All of the staff were welcoming and I really believe Banjo did not want to leave. The place was immaculate and there absolutely was no animal odor. I have never had a small pet have a more thorough examination at a well visit. The only barking and chaos was caused by Banjo.

They provide day care for pets.

Love the staff and doctors. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies. We are always seen quickly and my babies don't have anxiety about going. I've never felt rushed or like i didn't have time to ask questions.

The vets are the best! They really care about all of their patients. The girls at the desk are terrific. They are friendly and seem genuinely happy to see each patient. We have gone to TLC for ten years with two boxers who were patients. Duchess looked forward to coming to TLC and now our latest rescue, Max, also likes to see everyone at TLC. I highly recommend TLC for your fur babies.
