I’ve been taking my dogs here for many many years. Dr. Schmidt is so caring towards my animals. The staff is always supportive too. I never had problems at this clinic, it’s a bit old but they have a great team and reasonable prices

Had to bring my kitty here after she had trouble breathing. We found out what was wrong with her and the staff helped us through an immensely difficult time of putting our baby girl down. We got her paw print and the staff signed it and sent their condolences. Thank you all who helped us for making my girl's final moments peaceful. Nothing but love and respect for everything. Thank you.

Richie Animal Clinic is not only affordable compared to other clinics I've been to but are extremely friendly and patience. They sent me a card after I had my Labador Sox put to rest there which was very nice. I recommend them for their excellent veterinarian service.

Took my sisters cat in for a rectal prolapse, paid $450+ to have it pushed back in and stitched.. not even 24 hrs later the stitches unraveled and it came back out. Took him to clinic again and they tried charging me $80 for the visit and some ointment that didn’t even work. They said I’d have to pay another $450 to have it pushed back in again. I wouldn’t have to pay all these charges if they did it right in the first place!! Nothing but scammers!

I really liked this clinic. They were able to work me in right away! I stayed in my car the whole time, I spoke to the Dr on the phone, the Vet tech came out to get a history and take my kitten then came back to give me the Dr.s plan of treatment and get my consent. Then he came back out with my kitten and to give me instruction on the meds. They took my payment over the phone. The treatment worked well and my kitten's fever finally broke the next day, thanks to God! I was very pleased with Dr. ANGELA.

Loved the service and care they gave my kitten, he was feeling better that evening and the fever finally broke the next day, thanks to God and to Dr. Angela Nester, the Vet at this clinic. The staff was very welcoming and nice, I was a work in. The Vet assistant that came to my car to fill me in on the meds was very nice and professional. I stayed in my car the whole time. They were fast and efficient. I spoke to the vet on the phone.

I took my pup in on a Saturday. A charge of 300. She was given all sorts of meds. Weekend, no progress. Monday rolls around tells me she has to stay, another 200 , come get her and she looks worse, told to bring her in again, another 200 then pick her up and she is right down lethargic. As a first time customer I am upset with this outcome. I don’t plan on going back there again.

They were very helpful when we needed them, however we got a package of 3 Revolution applications for our kittens and it was $75.00. That's $25.00 per vial, where it is $57.00 everywhere on the internet.

They are the most expensive pet hospital I've ever seen before we my dog Baby and I went in the exam room they asked me how was I going to pay for the visit and I said that I was going to pay cash for it but they told me that they were going to be doing several test on my dog because I told them that she had allergies and she was also due for her rabies shot we were told I could apply for a credit card to help pay for the visit so I applied for the card and was turned down for it. Long story short I was told before they did anything about the allergies that it was going to cost me 673.00 not including the medication they were going to give me for a ungodly amount. I told them I was on SSI and could not afford it they said let me go back in the office and see if we can get the treatment Baby needed for a little cheaper and they did and now they come out and tell me that they have lowered their rates for me and it would only cost me a little less and then they say how much can you afford to pay I had a 150.and I asked my brother in law if he would be able to help me out with it if I didn't have enough he said he would give me150. but I would have to pay him back so I tell them that I have 300.they are pleased to say that is just about what they needed after the adjustments on the bill. They charged me 296.99. That is ridiculous if you ask me,well what can I say that was not a good review rating but I am back today to tell you that I am still taking Baby to RICHEY ANIMAL CLINIC AND EVEN THOUGH I DON'T LIKE THE PRICES I HAVE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE THE BEST OF VET CARE OF THEM ALL I WOULDN'T TAKE BABY TO ANY OTHER. MY CHOICE FOR YOU IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET MONEY IS WORTH THE SPENDING IN MY LIL BABYS HEALTH.GO TO RICHEY ANIMAL CLINIC AND HOSPITOL FOR ALL OF YOUR PETS NEEDS, YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID TAKE IT FROM BABY AND I DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE REST OF THE VETS WHO ARE SCREWING WITH YOUR ANIMALS LIFE.

Not a fan for my own personal reasons. My frustration based on charges I received but hey all that matters is my dog gets better. learned my lesson.

This place was ready to take my money! Over $1,000! Didn't offer my pet any meds just quick to do a surgery. I went for a second opinion I'm glad I did my fur baby is doing really well! All she needed was some meds.

The doctor was very professional and empatic.
