My dog felt completely at ease with the people here. The Dr and the Dr assistant. Never pushed any treatment on me but offered me all available services. Friendly and professional throughout the appointment. Affordable prices on services and also flea medication. Will be bringing my dog Wickett here for as long as either of us lives... which I hope is forever haha

There was recently a post from Mark Hallmark about dexamethasone. Apparently the owner had blocked responses from me. Chewy had an option for a 100mL bottle of dex. If you put this medication in syringes, it only has a life of 90 days. In the bottle, it has a life of 2 years. Now because this is just a precautionary medication, I need the full shelf life. Not ONCE was anything mentioned about this being a covid medication. And, if you were"medical doctors" as you claim, then it shouldn't be such an issue to get this medication, especially after explaining to you that this is for rattlesnake bites. But, the excuse that was given to me was that the vet was on vacation. So, get your lies straight.

I have hunting dogs and have made this place aware. They were already getting the rattlesnake vaccine, so it should have been no surprise or trouble when I requested dexamethasone. This is an anti-inflammatory used in the event of a snake bite. I have never had so much trouble getting a potentially life-saving medication for my dogs. They declined a prescription request for this medication, through Chewy, JUST BECAUSE MY VET WAS ON VACATION. Then, they want to sell it to you at 10x the price. These people are Red Bluff acted like it was no big deal and A BOTHER that I was even questioning them. When I confronted them about this and told them off this happened again, I would think about going somewhere else, Samantha’s response was “Oh, can I print out your records". Don’t let this vet deny YOUR family members the life saving medication they need. Go somewhere else!

My name is Stephanie and we had to put our dog to sleep on New Year’s Eve. This location is very professional and we want to thank the staff for being so compassionate and friendly. This is a great hospital and pet care. Just moved back from lubbock. Everything is good they know what to do when it comes to taking care of a cane Corso. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 star is because they were very adamant about selling trifexis or this other brand. I already let them know what medicine I wanted for my dog. But one negative doesn't ruin the good experience. Will be back Update: I did notice today they weren't hounding me with get this or that when it came down to medication. Definitely listened to the concerns of my dog. So I'm changing my 4 stars to 5 stars. I moved an hour away from the hospital but I still rather drive down there for the place to see my dog then someone new. My dog is always excited to come here. He always want to play as if he still a 20lb dog but all the nurses seem not to mind. So I'm glad that my dog feels comfortable when he comes here.

The building in and out is very clean. The girls in the office are very attentive and show my Boxer "Mia" lots of love. I've never had to wait long to get in to see the Doctor. Dr. Kleck and the assistants were very thorough and answered all my questions. We have been very pleased with the visits.

Princess got to live 3 more months, she was only expected to last until the end of the month, thank u all for helping us

This place CARES for our pets and it shows! From the receptionist to the young lady checking me out and everyone in between. They have diagnosed our daschund perfectly every time and administered the correct medicine! Our family highly recommends Red Bluff Animal Hospital!

First time at this Vet! I was able to get an appointment for the same day. My furbaby has lots anxiety and is scared of people, the staff was patient and understanding. They were able to get her trust them and perform all the necessary tests so that they could get her the medication she needed. My furbaby ended up having a double ear infection and they did a great job explaining everything and applying the medication in her ears. The Vet that worked with us was Dr. D. she was amazing and understanding as well.

The staff and dr were great! Draco is back to his normal self and we will be back real soon for some shots.

we have been coming to you for care of our pets for 15 years. But this last visit we weren't greeted in a friendly manner. Attitude problem with the check out desk personnel.

Love Red Bluff! They take great care of my girl Arya and is our go-to when we need to go out of town with out her. She gets much needed socialization with other dogs while she's there in group play and a nice report on how she did. Video monitoring in the deluxe accommodations too for piece of mind.

My 15 year old dog got bumped by a car and was limping. My neighbor called me I didn’t see this happen, rushed from work didn’t know where to take her, my friend called me and said to go to Red Bluff Animal Hospital and they were so compassionate and thoughtful never been there before but they got me in and out as fast as possible. My dog was “a very lucky puppy” as the Vet said just some bruises but I’m so thankful he was able to check her. She’s is doing great now ????
