As a loyal customer of this vet clinic for years, I have never seen such a flip flop in the level of service and professionalism received—from the front desk help and vet techs with their clothing & cursing, to the inconsistencies and recurring appointment cancellations from the dr’s last minute every time I try to bring my animals in, it’s been a real disappointment to say the least. For full transparency, the techs and front desk ladies look like they’re wearing their clothes from their night out, wearing attire only appropriate for the gym or have so many holes in their articles of clothing that they might as not being wearing them. Covid is another story, and all I’ll say about that is please be courteous of your customers, as you have no idea what pre-existing conditions they have and why your mask is so vital to slowing the spread of the virus and keeping your loyal customers healthy. With the large amount of money my family and I use at this vet clinic, unless they are able to turn this business around, we will be driving to Andrews. Thank you, Chris T.

They are wonderful people who care for our dog with love and his family they're the best in my book always and blessed they care so much I wish them well for the holidays love my from my family to them

First time here and I loved the staff! So kind and friendly! You can feel the love they have for their career and that same love they send to your pets! Awesome customer service! Will continue to come here!

Love Dr. Lyde and Dr. Shaw. Dr. Lyde saved my kitty's life when 2 other local vets said there was nothing that could be done, he didn't give up on him. They are straight shooters and don't sugar coat things. I had a very old and ill dog she needed to rest with God, Dr. Lyde gave me my options and euthanasia was one option, he sat in the room with us until it was complete and cried with me. He has the biggest heart and a true love for animals. I've been using them for 10 years for all my fur babies. The office staff is super friendly and helpful always smiling or offering condolences and support. Awesome vet!!

I took my dog in for a bad tooth and what we thought were allergies. We ended up having more issues to deal with but Dr.Shaw made us feel confident in the decision for further procedures that needed to be taken care of. The Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Over all experience is Great!

I have six dogs who are all patients for the past two or more years. This facility is okay if you plan on having one time yearly visits and a neuter or spay. The downfall is the front desk staff is rude if you ever need an emergency to be seen. I realize days are busy but if you are an established client you would think that they could make time for an injured animal to be seen. My German Shepard was attacked in the middle of the night by something we do not know so we took her first thing in the morning. We were told since we didn’t have an appointment she could not be seen. (How do you plan for that). So instead an English Bulldog with a scheduled nail trim was prioritized and we were told to go get a drink or some breakfast because it might be a while before they could work us in. We will no longer be going there. If my story seems like I just had a bad morning and was over exaggerating I’m afraid to tell you I’m not. I have two friends who had the same experience, one had her daschund hit by a car, took him here and they didn’t want to see him. Another friend had his husky hurt and paw pad slice open, again they told him they couldn’t see him. These were clients they already had and had seen prior to their accidents. All appointment only. Well sometimes you can’t plan for emergencies. Best of luck to you all. Like I said. They are an ok clinic with scheduled visits that you can predict, but if you spend money for their services year after year and come to an actual emergency, don’t count on them.

I have been bringing my cats here for about 6 months now and I've had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly and the veterinarians are knowledgeable.

Be prepared to be over booked. I had a 9:30 appointment and it after 11 still hadn't seen the dr.

Very irresponsible to conduct a procedure on an animal without getting approval from owner. NEVER AGAIN will they get our business!

This has been our veterinarian clinic for just around 8 years, with our dog's, cat's, referrals, and everything pet related. In the past 3 years, we've left this clinic irritated, and calling to reschedule any remaining activities for that day. Each visit was scheduled well in advance, and we checked in a few minutes before the scheduled time. Each visit we were the last ones called from the lobby. We scheduled the appointment with - a Pet, a reason, and a time. First the intake staff asks the reason for the visit, then the tech, nurse, and Doctor asks the reason for your visit. Who's not listening? Who's not communicating? Why are the staff in the front, not communicating with the clients in the lobby? How many people in the clinic are going to ask if we want extras?

This has been my Vet clinic of choice for several years, and I had nothing bad to say. Until the Month Of April I brought my 5 year old big cat in because he was blocked. I was asked to leave him so he could be treated. about an hour later I was called and told he was fine and not blocked and I could pick him up. $300 or so later I take him home with Food that he still would not eat, and still not doing well. I was told to bring him back two weeks later for a follow up, another $300 or so Later I take him home with a he is great and not ill at all. Was schedule another follow up in two weeks. I took my Max home that Friday after our appt. he was lethargic, would not eat or drink, he would hide, or lay in his litter box. Saturday, I was trying to get him to eat or drink, would throw up an heave.. I had to take my Max to the emergency vet, There they told me my Cat was dying from Kidney failure, his bladder was full of blood, the size of a grape fruit, Potassium in his kidneys. they kept him for 4 days, and i have taken him for follow ups. special wet food diet. He is still not himself but alive. $1450.00 later. So I am so disappointed with the Vet that saw him. And the staff up front can be sweet but there is one lady that is SOOOOO rude and needs to work on her customer service. I will not be bringing my pets here in the future.

I made an appt. in July 2020 to get my dog's annual shots. When I arrived there were several people in the lobby as I brought my dog inside. After waiting 45 min. the lady at the front desk said I could wait in my car for them to come get me. 2 1/4 hours later, so a total of 3 hours, I waited for my dog to be seen. While I was waiting in my car, a vet tech. with blonde hair was smoking her cigarette and talking with a co-worker. She mentioned she had to walk this white chihuahua who's owner was Russian, and the dog was real difficult to deal with. She called the dog a f------ b---- and proceeded to go in to retrieve the dog to walk it outside. When I finally got inside the vet room I waited another 20 min. before a vet tech came in to do a pre-exam. My dog was finally seen and I left with over a $200.00 vet bill. I wouldn't normally care, but the service was so horrific, I thought this vet clinic was something out of Calcutta. I have since called (02-18-21) to get my dog in to check his leg and he will not put any weight on it. The lady who answered the phone said she couldn't fit me in for over 2 weeks. I am sooooo disgusted by the lack of service by this clinic. It's like they do not care and furthermore, are not making any modifications to serve the animals. I would NEVER go back to this animal clinic ever again. I truly feel sorry for the animals who are mistreated. I hope the Russian lady of the white Chihuahua litigates this animal clinic. She can call on me as a witness.
