Disorganized, unprofessional techs in the front. Took my dog in to get shots, Vet told a girl in the front to make me an appt in 3 weeks. They gave me a date and time. I was there 3 weeks later early for my appt and a hefty rude Mexican girl that’s always wearing blue scrubs tells me that I was mistaken, my appt was for the following day at an earlier time. They weren’t even busy as they usually are, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and returned the next day at the time she told me. Then, another lady tells me I have no appt and haven’t had one in 3 weeks… I told her what happened and she said she’d get me in. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting, I left. They didn’t call me to go back for another 15 minutes or so. I’ll be finding a new veterinarian. We were bringing all our animals here, but honestly they’re always packed in the waiting room, the techs and front desk girls are always running around disorganized and it’s always a couple hour ordeal. No parking of busy intersection. I don’t know how they stay so busy, but it’s Odessa. People that live here learn to deal and get used to non-existent customer service. Like, we, as the consumer owe all these businesses something. I expect it from a fast food place, not a veterinary clinic.

Awesome clinic to go to. The staff and doctors were really kind and helpful especially when it came to finicial issues. Most of all they were very understandable and loving when it came to my fur babies.

Always very attentive to our dogs. Fair prices and great boarding! My dogs love the techs and doctors! Never afraid or aggressive towards them! They truly care for your pets! They always know them when they are seen. They are a life not a number or paycheck!

High as a cat's back wanted$500 for service

Very good place and prices are very reasonable Spent 149$ to get shots and prevention med for any type of worms and a 40x test /blood work for any parasites and we just walked in and got him registered for the first time the wait was not to bad .. we will be coming back to angel vet for our other animals

First visit, as the hubby has the heart to address the pets when they’re ill. The receptionist over the phone was kind, and realistic about wait times. So I went in the next morning and expected a wait. The doc was very direct, swift, and clearly directed how to care for our fur baby. The tech was sweet, and handled our frightened yorkie with a firm but loving touch and tone. Clearly they are well versed in handling pets in pain, and pet mommas who become heartbroken when they have to watch. I’m very thankful they gave our Teddy what he needed in a quick and loving manner. The cashier was very professional and kind. The waiting room was filled with animal themed Christmas decor, bright red poinsettias, and all the staff in professional matching scrubs. Customers in and out to purchase pet food, a lively and positive chatter all through, and Christmas music overhead. Also treats handed out to patient fur baby’s. I appreciated the strict policy for potential parvo and contagious pets. This is a lively pet clinic with obvious “regulars” and constant business to be tended to. It is now our permanent pet clinic.

Angel Veterinarian's have been very accommodating in getting my pooch in on short notice. Be prepared for a 2-3 hour wait time as they are very busy.

Excellent visit was a "walk-in" seen within 30 minutes???? :out of there in 1 hour. Vet was very knowledgeable, very good with my cat, one week later, all cleared up.???? Can't complain about the price either.

These folks are "salt of the Earth" and "sweet as can be" . . . caring, knowledgeable and wise... when it comes to taking care of your pet, just like they are a member of your family, go and see Becky, Jeff and the care-team at Angel Veterinarian Clinic. The only Pet-Doc's, I can whole-heartedly recommend. ☆☆☆☆☆

Just stopped by to get a microchip read and they were very helpful and attentive.

Great place, if you a new person like i was they only charge a 1 time fee of 25$ plus whatever services you need, and the next time you go itll just be by the services fee. Was in and out pretty quickly, everyone there was nice and informative.

The staff here is rude. The vet lacks compassion and any connection to me or my dog. I arrived prior to my appointment and stood at the check-in counter but was ignored by the reception staff for about five minutes before being told to continue waiting. I was brought into a separate waiting room fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment. The waiting room is dingy and dirty. The light switches are caked with dirt from years of use without cleaning. The wallpaper is yellowed and cracked. The vet was rushed and made no attempt to connect to me or my dog. He didn't know the gender or the reason for my visit, leading me to believe he didn't read anything on my file or the form that I just filled out. I was going to give them more of my money by asking for flea and tick treatment, spay my dog, and a micro chip but immediately after the vet was done with vaccines, I was rushed out of the room. My file was passed between three different receptionists before they were able to successfully schedule my next appointment. I had to ask them for my proof of vaccination, which was the only reason for my visit. Finally, I called a week later to schedule another appointment. I was promptly hung up on three times in a row. On the fourth call, someone answered. I informed them that I need to schedule a spay for my dog. She asked to put me on hold. I was placed on hold for 10+ minutes before being hung up on for the fourth time. My call was never returned. Do not waste your time or money at this clinic.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Brought my cat in because he was sick, and was acting unusual. After explaining this to them, they took him for some tests and told me everything was fine and reassured he would be okay after I asked. About a week later I come home, and he's on his death bed (not so fine after all.) I had a gut feeling something was wrong and they told me he had a fatal disease. I left him there so they could assist him, and I received a call a few hours later that he had passed. My cat was unable to have a fighting chance because of a misdiagnosis. This appears to be a common theme for them now that I see their reviews. They just downplay everything for some quick cash. The veterinarian didn't know the gender of my cat, front desk ladies are rude and annoying, every time I called about my animal they kept calling him a dog so they didn't even know what patient they had. Not to mention I had to wait a long time for them to return my stuff after he passed because they lost it. Staff has no idea what they're doing. When confronted the veterinarian was very rude and not compassionate. NEVER GO HERE. Their incompetence will cost you your pet. It's the little details that are aggravating I tried to change the number on file to a family members because I was going to be away from my phone, and they continued to call me instead of the number I provided. Not a single good experience here. I never review, and I'm usually pretty patient if I feel everything needed was done. However, I wish someone would have told me this... so now I tell you instead. Advocate for yourself when you have a gut feeling and never take your animals here. They deserve better care than they can provide. As for the staff here please pay more attention to details a loss may not be huge to you but for the families of the pets it is everything. Our pets are worth more than a quick buck. My cat was a beautiful soul, and I'll forever regret the decision to come here. Also y'all are weird for staring at us crying while we said our goodbyes to his body. The lady stood at the door for a solid minute and watched in silence then she stepped in to say her condolences. We do not care, we don't know you. I would prefer to have that time alone next time because it's personal. Also just very weird behavior... read the room. Either come in and say what you gotta say and make sure it's important or step outside. Last thing you should do is make someone more uncomfortable and stare. Just wanted to let y'all know bc that's some weirdo behavior

There is a long wait but, it's well worth it because they treat my furry guys with tender loving care
