My wife, daughter and mother all bring their animals here. Every single staff member here, from the reception staff to the vet techs and the vets themselves, are phenomenal. They care about the animals, never seem to rush you and care about the costs of your pets care. The prices are extremely reasonable, probably lower than they should be considering the quality of care here. If you are looking for a vet, stop looking, call them up and schedule an appointment. This building and everyone inside of it sets a gold standard for veterinary care. To the staff, you are all very much appreciated! To the other vets in town, come by and see what they are doing here. It’s impressive!

I’m so impressed with how quick and responsive they are! Their receptionist are top notch and fast with everything they do! Which is incredible. Not to mention they have incredible service. My two boys had no anxiety when they were there for their vaccines. They were wagging their tails and excited! I’m especially happy that they have an awesome Tech Tayler who works there. (Seriously she the best). As someone who used to tech at another vet in town. I feel very comfortable and my pups are safe with their services. Can’t say enough good things!

They were amazing! They quickly responded to my emails and phone calls and got my 2 puppies in the next day. They were able to get my records from my last vet (I had not been able to get these records). The staff was incredible, they were nice, took care of us immediately and got us ready for the vet quickly. The vet was great with my dogs. And explained everything to me and asked me several times if I had questions or concerns. She didn’t try to sell me extras like dog food or vitamins. I left happy and will definitely recommend this business to anyone for your pets.

I can not express how amazing this vet is! They have helped me in times of emergency and got my baby right in. They truly love and take care of your pets and I am very happy to have them there for me and my dog! The receptionist is so sweet and helpful every time I call, and the vets are very informative and truly care! The techs are also amazing and very caring!

When I initially called the receptionist they was very nice. However, once I arrived to you appointment the vet was very vague when I asked questions, she was just simply not polite. When I moved into the waiting room to finish up the women working, including the vet were being very passive aggressive to each other. It was obvious no one got along with each other and they could not keep a professional tone or manner with one another. It made my whole experience super uncomfortable and I will never be returning or recommending this clinic. This was just not a friendly, welcoming, or helpful clinic. I saw a total of 5 staff members and only 2 were helpful in my whole experience.

The receptionist staff is unprofessional and uneducated. They have no understanding of phone etiquette and I constantly hear “um”, “uh” or “let me go ask”. The receptionist is supposed to be the face of the company and considering how disrespectful they were to other clients in the office I just walked out. It was utter chaos. Doctor Anderson is an amazing doctor but the employees working under him are not qualified for the capacity of clients this clinic brings. I hope this practice recognized the negative effect these attitudes bring into the experience. Veterinary clinics should be in order considering it is a hospital. We should be able to feel comfortable leaving or furr babies here. Due to these reasons I will not be returning.

Dr. Alderson & Dr. Pedraza are the best veterinarians in town. Highly recommend this clinic!!!!!

This clinic has recently been purchased by a corporation and has drastically lowered their standards since the purchase. The most experienced employees have recently been fired for unjustifiable reasons. They seem to now be more interested in quantity instead of quality. Because of People Pets and Vets (PPV) unethical decisions I will not be returning to this practice.

Their website states that they are able to assist with Health Certificates for travel purposes, yet they will not provide the service unless you are a client. I find this to be quite unfair, not all vets are certified for this purpose and if you can not offer the assistance then it should not be advertised. I have no experience with the clinic itself.

Efficient, courteous, helpful. Very little wait.

Dr. Alderson has been caring for our pets for 10 years now. He is wonderful and so compassionate, as is the entire staff. He has even helped our daughter (who wants to be a vet) with a science project. He has a new doctor with him, Dr. Pedraza, who is also very nice and responsive. She was very helpful and discussed several options with me by phone when our lab needed surgery. She even called around to see what the surgery would cost! Above and beyond!

Staff is always so kind and accomodating! So compassionate with all my 7 dogs I have now and those from the past! Hands down best vet!!

Their service is great. They're very prompt and courteous. The vet even came outside to my car to talk about my pet, which I much appreciated. They're awesome!

Dr. Alderson is amazing. He is very professional in caring for the pets. In dealing with owners he is very compassionate. He helped me keep my cat with hemobartonella alive for 11 years. I have been a client of this practice since 1990.

Best vet I’ve ever been to! Easy to schedule/change appointments, and one time they let me take my dog up there without an appointment because her nail cracked and didn’t charge me a dime! Super amazing staff, I will never change vets again, as they don’t jack their prices way up like some others in this city do. When I walk in the door, they greet me and my dog by name and I am seen quickly with no wait.

Dr. Alderson is the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is great and it's very clean. Love this place.

A great veterinary business that seems concerned about your pet and does their best to help your pet stay calm during their exams. They also have nice boarding facilities if your pet needs somewhere to stay overnight.

The waiting time is to long

Caring, knowledgeable doctors and staff. I have used MVS for nearly twenty years for my animals. Drs. Scheele and Alderson have seen them through normal vaccination and minor health visits to serious illness. Both the doctors, the vet techs and the entire staff have always been very caring about my pets. I especially like that they will always go beyond and above in explaining clearly what the problem might be and offering options. They have done extra research and shared internet links giving additional information. When I had to put one of my cats to sleep, they were very sensitive during and after the process. I later received a sympathy donation card in his name from the clinic. That's the type of people they are.

Very very expensive. Would not go to this place. Wanted to charge ocer twice what everyone else does in this over priced town. 350 to make sure my dog doesn't get another pregnant.
