I have been a loyal customer for many many years with this veterinarian clinic .I have never been more dissatisfied with the company than I am with this one. Their front office staff is very unprofessional they do not care about their customers and they do what they can to upset people. I do not recommend this company to anyone I will never recommend this company ever again.

Be very aware if you are late for an appointment they'll keep your money and try to scam you again for a deposit....54 dollars I understand I was late but keeping your money while you are at the clinic and trying to charge you again when you are in the clinic and there is no one beside you nahh first and last time there..I work next door so I guess they'll have a very disgusted neighbor and a not very good review ..Called A-Z got me in the same day and no scam on deposits...People be aware how you treat customers for 1 nowadays is 12 with social media.....And please now don't respond with an apology saying you care and blah blah blah ..The receptionist went in and asked the vet and this was her answer....Be aware people you are paying this is not free

Awesome... The were able to work my husband's service dog in just before they closed the afternoon before Thanksgiving so they could see each other. Husband was moved to rehab, only to discover that his service dog's tags has expired. And out Buster loves them... THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!

Been taking my dogs here for over 6 years. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. I’ve never had an issue with the staff. I know that when I take my fur babies there they will be taken care of.

They care about our fur family members, they listen to us, and they’re very compassionate with our dogs (one of whom is terrified of traveling and new surroundings). Highly recommend.

Started receiving emails to grade my recent visit. But have not been to the facility in over a year. Weird that out of the blue I'm receiving these.

Everyone there is very friendly, professional and welcoming. I especially loved the way I was received when I had to put my Tiny down due to his illness,. Even though he had never been a patient there they didn't turn me away in my time of need. The lady who helped me was very understanding and compassionate. They even sent me a sympathy card, which I was not expecting but it says so much of how much everyone there cares. I love the way my other babies are treated. My best friend of nearly 15 years passed during the night in his sleep. Our regular vet did not hold pets until they could be put to rest. I called 7 different places before I found Tall City. Without hesitation they agreed to take him in for the 4 days before I could lay him to rest in his favorite place. Having never used this vet, I didn’t know what to expect. When I picked him up, they had me pull around back. I asked if I should come back to “settle up”. They told me no and that we were good to go. I drove around back and they had placed Bubba in a nice cardboard casket and decorated it. When I got to where I was going to bury him, I opened the box. They had wrapped him up nicely and even given him a bath! This not having been my vet and only having the one experience with them, I can say they were absolutely impressive and went well above and beyond! I was completely blow away by their care and compassion and will definitely be making them my vet of choice in the future. God Bless y’all and keep up the amazing work! Thank you.

I am very disappointed of this place because they charge you visit over the phone to make your appointment and they tell you that you have an appointment at certain hour and when you get there they said that you were late to the appointment and they keep your money , because I have my appointment at 3:40 and when I arrive to the appointment they said I was late and that I have to reschedule the appointment because they said the appointment was at 3:20 and for that reason I just lost my money and I have to pay again in order to reschedule they were very rude with me and that is why I do not recommend this place

I love Tall City Vets! I have been taking my little girl there since we found her in our back yard 3 yrs. ago. They treat her like she is a Diva! They are always quick to make sure she gets the best care. Dr. Boyd and Dr. Chandler are awesome. I can call anytime and get the help I need. They just need a bigger parking lot! Always a pleasure to bring my dogs to Tall City Veterinary Hospital. Staff members and veterinarians are pleasant and make sure to explain what procedures need to be done. I also appreciate the itemized invoice provided after every visit, as well the detailed quotes for procedures that are recommended. I know my dogs are in good hands and will continue bringing them to Tall City :).

I recently moved back to Midland and wasn’t sure where to take my dogs, so I tried Tall City, and I’m so happy I did! All of the ladies I encountered were very kind, and you can tell they take pets and owners concerns very seriously to ensure the best care for your animals! I will be back!
