My Maltese needed her nails cut. I wash and comb her myself. They were very nice to give me an appointment quickly; however, I found three nails that they missed altogether and if the filed them at all it is a very poor job as they are jagged and cut me.Additionally, she decided to give my girl “ bangs”. I did not ask for her hair to be cut.

My Goldendoodle does look nice and fluffy. We got a next day appointment for a bath and brush. She was in good shape with no matting. My husband asked for a cost estimate and was told $40-$60. Picked her up and it was $74!!!!! I asked for an itemized list which they could not provide. We typically pay $100 for a full groom with hair cut. We will NOT be back.

My dog always looks great after a visit here! They are prompt and efficient, my dog is always ready when they say he will be. The prices are comparable to other groomers but they really listen and facilitate your grooming wishes!

This place is horrible They cut my dogs eye and had to had treatment by vet. Said they didnt do it. Yeah right!!! Owner is rude. Treats customers like the dogs she tries to groom. Its the worst place i have ever seen. Wish i coukd give them 0 star

I took my dog and my moms dog here and they said the couldn't do the cut on my moms yorkie that we wanted, so we settled for just a clean up and trim. They called me later saying they went ahead and tried the other cut that we decided against because they told us the couldn't do it. When I picked her up they had cut off so much of her long hair and ruined it! On my dog (shihzu) we settled on a buzz cuz nail trim on both dogs and they only cut his body didn't even trim his face or cut the nails on either dog!

they have one groomer that had zero customer service skills and is always looking for a fight when you try to ask if your dog is ready. Horrible and this is the 2nd time is happened. She shouldn't be allowed to answer the phone or talk to customers.

Have been using this groomer for 5+ years. They work with you on scheduling and treat your dogs like they are special. Tried another groomer in the area and my dog came back unclean, unevenly groomed and fearful. She is eager to see the groomers at Natural Grooming Everytime.

I took my Aussie/border collie there and they did a fantastic job! Her cut was done perfectly to got her ready for the summertime in Texas! They were so nice and sweet to my dog. She is an older dog and they took their time with her and took really good care of her. I would highly recommend this place because they went above and beyond with taking care of my baby!
