The employees are very nice and super helpful. They stock pretty much anything you need for a dog and other animals. This is our go to place in dfw for pet supplies and food.

Can be hard to find honest prices and this wasn’t one of them i got this leash and it has three different sticker prices stacked on it from 24.99- 17.99-34.99 guess they just decided on a weekly basis how much to up charge I love finding good things and referring friends to buy things but how am I to do this If I can’t trust so much as a price tag

Very disappointed. Tried to have Colleyville transfer raw food from their store to Keller location. The employee I spoke to on the phone, put me on hold and then said he didn’t have enough staff to take the food to Keller.

My dog loves this store.

Nice place to wash the dog. The food is pricey but there’s a lot to choose from. I didn’t like seeing that people allow their dogs to “help themselves” to open racks of treats- seems unsanitary. But it’s dogs, so why worry. Seems hospitable. Someone showed me how to operate the baths and where the supplies are. No chairs for people though so you can’t sit down to take a break when washing several dogs.

Love this place i have never been let down! Everytime I go get dog food they always give me a free sample to go try at home. All the employs are super friendly and helpful! This is the best pet store anyone could ever go too!

It's great if you are shopping for a dog or cat. Not a feed store in the sense one tbinks when looking for a feed store.

Very nice employees. Unclear on their site and in store when self-help bath stations close. Showed up 50 minutes before closing and was told their bathing stations close 1 hr before the store for cleaning. I was very disappointed after fighting my gigantic puppy to get in and out of my car, driving her across town, then dragging her into the store, to find they had just closed the bath stations. It would be much more professional and helpful to customers if they left the bathing stations open and cleaned it after they closed the store to the public. However, I do like the self help bath station and I enjoy the shampoo and conditioner options. They also have good deals on pig ears.

The only pet supply store I'll go to. Great selection of high quality food, treats, toys and all your pet needs. Great prices and the staff is super knowledgeable about their products and just general pet care. Gave great recommendations for puppy training, daycare, fun things to do with your new furiend. I recommend them to anyone who has a pet.

Just got back from the lake and stopped in at 6 to bathe our pup. They decided to sanitize the station early and said we couldn’t use it. Not cool. *Update 1/30 in response to store response: Understand that you may want to close down the grooming station 1-hr prior to close, but you may want to review your door signs. It was not visibly posted anywhere that I could find. It was also not on the website or google information. Had it been listed online, I would not have driven out of my way to stop in for a quick wash. Also, it seems hard for me to accept that you really have to wash 1-hr prior to closing, but if the chemicals are so dangerous, that you have to be that careful, maybe you should wait until close before you get them out and start using them? just a thought.
