This place is an awesome groomers. They are very friendly and do an excellent job. Our beast requires special shampoo because of her skin, and Jerry's is more than happy to use a soap or shampoo that you prefer. Their grooming is always excellent. Sometimes our dog gets fur knots so bad that they need to cut her fur short. There had been other times where they manage to get the knots out without needing to shave so close. You can tell them or show them a picture of how you want your dog groomed and they always do an excellent job. They are often busy so appointments are usually several days out or even a week out.

Heard HORRIBLE stories about this place. They MISTREAT ANIMALS AND LEAVE PETS OUTSIDE NO FOOD OR WATER!!! Report this place, DO NOT GO THERE WARNING NOW DO NOT!!!!

All I needed for my dog was a wash and nails clipped, but I was very happy with it.

I have been bringing my dogs here for over three years. Jerry and the staff are great. I do rescue and I have a new chihuahua that is afraid of most people. He went to Jerry's staff with a some hesitation which I expected. When I can to pick them up he was happy, matter of fact Jerry was carrying him and he was calm and didn't try to jump to me. That really made me happy that he felt safe there. I'd recommend Jerry and his great staff to anyone. Thank you for taking such great care of my babies.

1 because I cannot rate 0. Bad customer service. Went there last week at 12, was told to come back between 8 and 10. Went today before 10, was sent back as they were full. I took appt last Sat. If I was the owner I would still take care of customer of years as it was store’s error. I like to support small business but some are not worth it.

Great place for grooming. Jerry is clearly following his passion for dogs. Reasonable and loving care of your pup. If you write down the specifics of what you want (for example, type of trim around claws), they'll take it and do exactly that! They also will keep a dog (daycare) which is great fun for dogs! Big play area out back (next to dog park). $$

My first visit today. I am very picky about the way my dog is groomed. She is a teacup poodle but I do not like the normal poodle cut. Jerry has the groomer come out so I could explain how I wanted her cut. I returned to an awesome haircut on my girl. So happy to have found them.

We love it here, but more importantly, so does our dog. Our terrier mix is always **excited** to go inside, so we know Jerry and his crew take great care of him.
