Tomlinson's New Braunfels, Texas

This place carry’s Ruffwear which is why I drove 30 minutes to get here. The last time I went was to get my rescue, Dahlia, fitted for a harness. Dahl has had an abusive past, you can tell by her reaction to literally everything. She’s really opened up and shown her personality at home and we’re trying to take her out more so she has a good association with car rides and walks. If you name it, poor Dahl is scared of it. Which brings us back to my point, Melissa was so great with her. She sat on the floor, gave her a treat and pets, and was a total angel. She helped with picking out the right size and trying them on, etc. So thanks to Melissa for adding another positive experience to Dahls memory bank and for being so kind.

Took my lab here for a teeth cleaning without them putting her out. They use a plaque scraper from the dentist. My lab is about 7 and her teeth look amazing now. I was nervous upon the appt. When I left I was super happy.

Oh my goodness this place was so fun! We walked in and were immediately greeted by the staff. We also got to say hi to Gamora, the sweet kitty who is available for adoption right now! Then the attendant showed me exactly where I needed to go and helped suggest similar products. She was awesome and friendly as well as super knowledgeable.

Only place in town where I can get orijin and Stella and chewys dry dog food. It’s not cheap to shop here, but the product selection is the best in town for high grade dog chow.

Someone needs to give Taylor a raise! She was so helpful helping me find what I needed. She let my kitten try on the harness to make sure it fit and also gave me recommendations for his wet food. I also almost messed up his name tag but she was so helpful and tried to fix it. She even said that she'd make me a new one if it didn't turn out good. But it did and I was very happy with everything. She communicated everything beautifully! Kudos ????

This place is a bit pricey, but I enjoy going here and often find things I can't find anywhere else. Great treat selection

Staff is extremely helpful . For such a small store, they have Plenty of higher end, but affordable pet products . Everything you need .

Excellent selection of good quality pet food. Literally put an order in half an hour ago for same-day delivery, and the purchase is already here.

I love this store. The one place I can get the food I need for my perfect baby cat. I do wish they had more diversity of types of animal feed though.

Nice but expensive. Not a big selection of small animal or bird feed. All your expensive dog and cat feed.

This Tomlinson's always has what we're looking for in the way of pet food, treats, supplies, and most of all, friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you out. I highly recommend giving them a shot for your pet needs!

We come here for the freese dried duck parts for our doggo Hope.the prices are good, and the staff is always helpful.

Our poodle loves Jazzie's Chicken feet treats! So glad Tomlinsons carries these!

This place is very clean and has pretty much all the things you would want for your dog cat or pet at that. They can even order stuff from online for you if you were looking to get something that they don't have in store.

Great customer service. They didn’t have the product I was looking for, so they put some on order, significantly beat the price for the same product elsewhere, and are personally restocking said item, ready for my household to buy when needed. And that’s that I haven’t taken advantage of the online purchases or free delivery yet. Great store

The best pet shop in New Braunfels; lightyears better than big box stores. I love the options for online ordering, pickup or delivery. Bonus: free deliveries during COVID are above and beyond amazing. The selections of food and awesome alternatives to mainstream how-it's-always-been pet things (i.e. they stock sustainable/eco-friendly non-clay cat litter) always surprise and delight. I shop here knowing there's a wonderful curation and service behind each experience that I can count on. AND if something isn't in stock but the store can get it, they'll work with you to do custom orders and keep things for you in the back. This is next-level customer service you don't really get any more. Cannot say enough good things about Tomlinson's. We're lucky to have them in NB.

I discovered this place recently as I am new to the area. I am very pleased that I did. They’ve got tons of great super premium dog foods, and it gives me comfort knowing I am giving my pups the best. I also love that they are a local business, and they’ve managed to thrive in Central Texas for so many years. That means they must be doing it right. Finally, I love that I can place an order online and have it delivered for free. Seriously, what more could I ask for?

I had a pleasant experience at the Tomlinson feed store. Sarah and Emily provided me the best customer service I have ever experienced in a while.
