We had Sabrina for Howl night and it was amazing! We can’t wait to come back and bring our niece and nephews and maybe camp next time! We got to learn everything about the wolves, wolf-dogs, and dog! Each had a very wonderful story. Had snacks and s’mores and drinks, sat around the bon fire. Very sweet date night and would recommend people experience these beautiful animals and the history of wolves ????

This was truly an amazing experience. Ms. Rogers was very generous in teaching us about the wolves, the care they require, and the fascinating history of the sanctuary. The wolves are beautiful, and it’s obvious they are well-taken care of. We enjoyed hearing their backstories, and I must say that Achilles is our favorite. I hope some day we can go back and participate in Howl Night. Thank you so much for making this an enjoyable, worthwhile experience.

Loved the tour. Ashley, our tour guide, was really great and knowledgeable. You can tell she loves and respects the animals. It was wonderful and enlightening to hear how each wolf or wolf dog got to the sanctuary. I will come back next time I'm in the area.

Very educational experience for my little wolf lover. The staff are very friendly and the property is beautiful. You can definitely tell they care about and redirect the animals they care for. Not to mention the price is VERY affordable. We will definitely be returning in the spring for the birthday celebration.

Kacie was an absolutely incredible guide. I learned a lot about wolves and she made it interesting and funny. Her love for these animals shines through in how she talks about them, interacts with them, and cares for them. We will definitely be returning for the VIP tour.

New location is great. It will get better with time as build more inclosures for wolves. Great place to see, and learn about wolves, and wolf dogs.

We received the St. Francis camping experience as a gift. Not knowing what to expect, we showed up to the camp. It started with a very informative talk about the sanctuary, and then moved on to tell up the story’s about the wolves they have there. It was very informative, and was a unique experience. The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and loved discussing wolves. You do not interact with the wolves, other than the howling. I did wish it was a bit more interactive. Some ideas would be a section with a model wolf, some of their fur, paw prints of a wolf as it grows, maybe a window pane to see the wolves more clearly or any other visuals. Overall, we would recommend the experience to any family who wants a unique camping experience.

We found this sanctuary kind of last minute and we were able to get a tour same day. Price was very reasonable. We did the 3pm tour and it was super hot out at this time. They do have covered walkways with fans and bench seating along the kennels so you can sit during presentations. There is not much to do besides listen to the history and stories of the wolves and watch them get a snack. I wouldn’t suggest for the super young kiddos, but my teen enjoyed it. Our tour guide was Casey and although she was new to the job, she did a great presentation. Wasn’t too wordy but still gave pertinent information.
