Dr. Reto Fritsche took care of Toby, our Bull Terrier, up until the day he passed. He was compassionate, kind, and understanding. There was NEVER a time when I even thought Toby wasn't in good hands. I will use them as long as I live here.

I took my puppy for his first appointment Monday. There was no wait time and Regan was very good with Jake. They did a thorough puppy exam, shots, and microchip. Dr Ward was very kind and took a great deal of time to answer all my questions and gave me lots of good information.

I really like this place. You don't have to even call to talk to them about your pet or appointments. All you have to do is Text them. Took my Lil Guy (Kitty) in for his first vaccines, Rabies Shot and Neutering, the Vet himself called me when my kitty woke up and was alert to tell me that everything went well. Everyone seems to be Very passionate about their job and really cares about your pet. Even the one receptionist came out from her desk to console, and hug another Pet Parent. Which I thought was Amazing. Our pets are like, if not our children and this place understands that. They even called me about 4-5 days later to also ask how my kitty was doing. They really go above and beyond... Definitely keeping them as my new veterinarian. ????????????

Tried to ask for quote and if I needed to pay upfront or can I pay when I pick my dog up but the receptionist that was there rudely cut me off and said that they don't accept charge accounts without letting me finish my question, then referred me to the humane society about help with the payment. Despite knowing that I said I get paid later today, and I just needed a quote. She also acted like she knew more about the illness affecting my dog then an actual vet.

I’m only giving one star because I waited in my car after notifying my spot. I notice a lot of people went in quickly, I don’t really know why…. But it was going to be Zoey first visit. The lady told me to wait and they would call me to come in. After waiting 1hr and 3mins I left. Still no one called me. However when setting up the appointment the lady was nice and professional. I don’t know exactly what happened

We've been taking our animals here since we took in a rescue that needed emergency care and the staff is always so caring and quick to help. All of our animals actual like going to the vet's office which is a new experience for us. We know this really proves the level of care and the way in which they are treated when they when stay at Dr. Ward's office. Dr. Ward's pricing is very fair, and they can set up payment plans if necessary this in itself proves to us how much they care about making sure the animals receive the care they need; not to mention how much Dr. Ward's office deserves our business. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
