Haven't been but once people there were great

Everyone there is pleasant, caring, and helpful. Dr. Koinm DVM is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced. She is also very caring and compassionate person. We take all of our fur babies to her for their veterinary needs.

The service was awesome! The Doctor and staff were attentive, kind and knowledgeable. They truly care.

Thank you to these “Animal loving Angels!” Our feline friend became deathly ill and needed to be seen immediately, unfortunately our vet of 25+ years was unable to see us on such short notice. In a panic I phoned the folks at Connolly Animal Clinic! We were made top priority in our time of need. The veterinarian and staff genuinely cared, and because of their knowledge and kind hearts we have our feline friend back and feeling 100%.

Dr. Koimn and all of the vet techs are fantastic. The prices are very fair. My dog is a very anxious but she actually loves going to the vet because they are so kind and gentle with her. They always listen to what we need and make sure we understand everything during an appointment. We just lost our 19 year old cat last year and they were so kind and caring every step of the way when she got sick. I honestly wouldn’t change anything about them. If you need a vet to take care of your loved ones, this is the vet you need.

Nacogdoches animal hospital was fantastic during a family crisis on top of the pandemic. They quickly got our beloved dog in and showed great care and compassion. We will definitely be continuing with them!

The staff was nice. They took good care of my puppy. We were in and out in a short time.

I’m constantly worried about Denny (my 4 yo Purebred American Staffordshire Terrier) when I’m not with him because of his anxiety, but Nacogdoches Animal Hospital always does so well with him! They always compliment how well he does and that eases my worries.

Amelia doesn't like visiting the vet or groomer. She actually was still herself after leaving them. Versus her usual not being happy after visiting these types of places. Highly recommend them. She is a very picky dog.

I brought my 3 year old cat to see Dr. Connolly for a checkup and rabies vaccine. Any cat owner knows it's a struggle to get cats to cooperate if they don't want to, but the staff were kind about my cat being scared and defensive. They let me be a part of her care and answered all of my questions. I also love the separate cat and dog waiting room. Definitely would recommend this place.

The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the vet herself was wonderful. Everything else about this place terrible.

One of the best vets in town. Nice, smart, and down to earth. Most vets you go to the staff is utterly rude but it is the complete opposite here.

Nacogdoches Animal Hospital provides exceptional care to our dogs (and us). From puppies to seniors, our four legged family members have received nothing short of exceptional care and service from Dr. Koinm and her staff. The compassion and genuine concern for animals expressed by the Nacogdoches Animal Hospital staff is evident the moment you walk in the door. Our dogs love it so much they get excited when we turn onto University Drive! Do your pets a favor and take them to Dr. Koinm.

This place is amazing. All of the stuff are very friendly and actually take their time with the animals instead of rushing through the treatments and checkups. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

My 15 yr old imperial shih tzu was a very established patient when Dr. Connolly was there. My Ellie Mae was in pain and whinning day and night. I tried to make an emergency appointment with the new staff and was told there were no openings for 3 weeks and to try to find another vet in town that would be open. They said they would put her on a list to be called in of they had a cancelation. They have even seen her twice already since they took over. Nacogdoches Animal Hospital has lost us as patients.

Amazing, staff!!! They treat all my animals like they are their own!! I totally recommend taking your babies to Nacogdoches Animal Hospital!
