They are super friendly and when my cat Stormy ate some ribbon, they were very informative and and were very fast to get him in. The vet there is very good and very kind. Been using her for about 2 years now. Would definitely recommend.

This team is very responsible to my calls and appointments and was able to see my cat for urgent care without an appointment and actually advised that my dog did not need her teeth cleaned and it would be a waste of $$ on our part. Truly appreciate the honesty and advice.

I have only been in the area for 2 and a half years and struggled to find a veterinary that I liked and trusted. Dr Stirling is honest and straightforward, I dont want a bunch of bells and whistles. She explains things plainly and gives affordable options which is more than I can say for most of the veterinarians in this area. I definitely recommend her to anyone that asks me who I recommend.

Great staff and knowledgeable vet. They may be a bit brusque but honestly, if you want an exchange of pleasantries, go to a coffee shop. She’s also the most fairly priced vet in town. No one wants a pet to be in pain or sick but it’s difficult to afford to help them when you’re being charged almost as much as a physician would charge. Sterling’s prices are much easier to swallow.

I came in with my pup....he needed stitched up an she did it for me an every other vet really didn't try to offer help when I called they said they had busy mornings but she helped me it was very very reasonable an I would refer any friend to them!

I had a voucher to neutere my two cats there, on the voucher they were to get first set of shots as well, I called and questioned why it was not done she told me that was not on the voucher, I called to verify it was, called back asked them to look at the voucher and explained it was on it as well as being paid for then they decided to tell the truth. The sad part was the vet wanted me to see her in the examing room while my cat was sedated and on the floor by my foot was his testicles...Not Good!!!!

Facility was unclean and unorganized, and the vet was very rude. Never introduced herself, immediately said “you’ll have to muzzle that dog” before i was barely in the front door because my pup was barking and whining. She held my pup by her neck with no other support to her body to clip nails, and was not helpful at all when I asked about my dog possibly being sick. I will not be returning to this facility.

She didnt do her job!! I took my cat in to been seen for an emergency visit. She kepted him overnight and gave him a shot and said that he was bruised but that other than that he was fine. Two days later and my cat is dead. She has no manners and was rude to my husband as well. She doesn't care about animals only the money. I will never use her again. She is horrible. If your a vet your job should be to care for the animals not about the money. She killed my cat!!

I take my dog here. Sure, it isn't the nicest looking place around but I have never had a problem with the quality of their work. I have found them to be cheaper than the other places, which I don't have a problem with ha. I came the first time because of their prices and I continue to go because I believe that the quality of their work is great. I have been to other vets around here, have not had problems with them either, they just were more expensive.
