I would give this place negative stars for the service provided. Firstly, upon taking an appointment, I was told over the phone my dog is up for her vaccines to which I said ok lets do it, not knowing my husband had gotten her vaccines at their location in june 2021. I called them back and I understand they must have over looked that part. but now comes the time for me to pick up my dog which was there for grooming, I was told that they will charge an additional 15% handling fee since my dog was biting during grooming, which I find hard to believe since I have had her for 7 years, no biting at all ever. I was told maybe my dog was scared since there was another dog barking alot the whole time...hello!!! so that's the case now... if other HUGE dogs are barking, of course any dog would shiver and not allow groomer to cut. maybe you may want to keep the dogs barking separate...here I am next day and I see cuts on my pet's body. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! as they will first try to make money off of vaccines and then try to make another extra by stating the handling fee. Maybe they need to hire an experienced groomer and staff. Not at all professional or reliable service at this place. First time ever I heard that my dog bit someone which she never does at home or anywhere else!

Wish-Bone you made my anxiety put at ease! We are a military family and our first time in Missouri City, TX. You guys made our first visit welcoming ! . It’s been 2 years since we put Clifford and Floki in doggy care and overnight stay. Thank you, again! The staff is amazing!

This place was recommended to me by a person on my neighborhood, Was my first experience here and they’re Amazing. They are so helpful,kind and sweet. They explained everything and recommended whatever your dog needs depending of their needs. After several months with a Mobile Grooming to do my services , I feel i found the right place . I always love wishbone so much. The groomers know what they're doing and they do such a good job with Titus. They were the first groomer Ive been to and I've heard horror stories of corgis at other groomers being shaved but they got it down! I couldn't be happier! I live about 45 minutes away now but I still make the drive!

Dropped off my two Yorkers for a full groom. Explain to them that I needed the hair to be cut low because I was going out of town for a couple of months. Upon picking them up I noticed they were not cut low but since it was a fresh groom I really couldn’t see how long it was as a couple of days went by I noticed it wasn’t cut short at all. Called a week later exactly 7 days and explained I needed cut lower and they said I would have to pay for two new hair cuts. 140 plus dollars with tip. Terrible customer service and the sad part is that they would rather lose a customer with two dogs than to just recut the dogs hair. Some people are terrible at business. Anyway Fantasy pet grooming down the street and do a great job. I only went because this place is 3 minutes closer to my house.

It's not always easy to find a pet grooming facility that offers cat grooming. We typically use the groomers located within our cat's veterinarian office but they've been difficult to schedule with because off the pandemic. I was hesitant to try someplace new because our cat is older and not always cooperative during grooming. Wishbone Pet Care had us scheduled within the same week of calling. The cat groomer was very attentive to our cat's demeanor and listened to my specific grooming request. The building felt calm and zen-like when I dropped off our cat. The grooming met all my requirements and was less than I pay at the vet's office. I was very impressed! EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you!

I took my Bella in for a full cut grooming, they made her look like a little princess and smelling good. Bella was happy and slept well that night.

Sadly I wont be coming back. I was expecting to pay less than $30 for bath and clipped nails like it said on the website, but after I picked up my cat, the bill became $80 ??? I was extremely shocked. They added an extra $15 because my cat was being difficult which I completely understand, I just wish I knew that beforehand and also when I asked about the high price, the lady told me "the groomers base their prices all differently and they dont go off of website prices". The only reason I wouldn't choose this place again is because you really dont know how much you're going to have to end up paying. They also told me it would take 20 minutes but ended up taking more than an hour, I got worried so I had to call them first, a bit frustrating since my cat was ready beforehand they just didn't call me. My two cents. Other than that, its a decent place.

Amazing pet boutique! Staff is knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. Great variety of trendy high quality products that you need for your pets. Services are done with a smile by well-trained staff members. Hands down the best experience!

I brought my pets to get groomed and the price doubled after an hour after dropping them off. When I explained to the owner the pricing I had on all previous visits to her location were fair and the sudden sou le increase was unreasonable, the owner did not care. Her reasoning for doh ling the price was because her groomer told her and that was all she cared to hear about. I again explained the same services have been performed by her people for over 3 years on my pets and the price may go up a few bucks foe extra things, but more than 60 percent per dog was unreasonable. The owner wished me luck and a good day. Rude, inconsiderate, narrow minded and very unprofessional. The employees should not be dictating what prices increase is applied to a service just because they are said to be pregnant and only able to work a short period to make their money. That sort of reasoning is not the appropriate manner to increase pricing. I found other great places for the same work and pricing as they were charging me before the covid struggle. Seems like the place is just trying to make up for losses regardless of the loss of a good client willing to spend reasonably. Never going back to the location. The owner does not care about the input from her clients, just the part time employee that grooms the dogs and their pocket. Bad business!

I have been taking my fur babies to Wishbone for several years now. They are amazing at what they do, very professional and truly have a love for animals. They give great advice also.

I absolutely ADORE this place! My dog loves it here, also. Every time we pull up he knows exactly where we are. They know my dog by name and he is always well taken care of. I highly recommend Wishbone PC. They truly care about our fur babies!

Just moved to this area and got a puppy, so I decided to check this place out on a whim. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was fun getting to know about the different products and what was good for my kind of pet. Since I had a great experience I decided to take my dog to get the full grooming service. It was her first time and they were great at making sure she was comfortable and called me to keep me informed on her (she was nervous as expected but they offered to give her a CBD treat to help calm her so she could get through her haircut). They were so great with my puppy that when I came to pick her up she was excited and happy. Not skittish and ready to leave. Definitely recommend this place for grooming and for shopping.

I've tried some of the other top locations in the Houston area. My pet has extreme anxiety, but she gets calm very quickly and Tammy and Staff are so accommodating and patient with our pet. Communication is beyond outstanding. Also, all products in this location are at top grade healthy for your loved pet. Wish one also supports our Military, with a discount. This is my first time going to wishbone and they did a phenomenal job grooming my dog. They took special care to make sure my dog was not anxious during her groom. My dog looks great as well! I am very impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff. Will definitely be returning.

Today was my first time bringing my fur baby Bentley ???????? in for a groom I absolutely love Wishbone everyone was super helpful and extremely nice I love how the groomers come and talk to you before the groom so you can explain exactly what you want when I picked my baby up he looked amazing my groomer was a pretty lady by the name of Brittany she is amazing ???? I love Bentleys cut i will recommend wishbone to anyone with a fur baby and they also have cookies & alot of cute supplies for your fur babies as well thank you guys so much we will definitely be back

My senior dog LOVES Wishbone. The staff treats the old man like they are his own and he never has any problems. He is more well behaved there than he is at home! Can’t say enough good things about the staff! Everyone is super sweet, friendly and they always greet Milo with the same level of affection as I do. You can’t go wrong with Wishbone! Best groomers, boarders and caregivers you could ever find.

Absolutely no other groomer for us. Our yorkies go nuts when we tell them "do you want to go to appointment"

I left my 2.5 year old pug in their care for 2 days. He has pug myelopathy so he has to wear a diaper. They left his wet dirty diaper on so long that he can barely walk due to the chafing.

I don't trust many people to handle my 4 legged babies, especially as they get older, but they feel welcomed and love the staff and treatment at WPC!! <3

My dog was so happy there because she was able to spend her days surrounded by people and dogs , instead of been lock in a cage. Totally recomended.
