I wanted to check this place out just now at 6:45pm. The website says they close at 8pm. However they were closed before the actual closing time. Wasted my gas for nothing. Unprofessional.

Awesome place. I bought a rabbit for my three sons. It’s not super close to the house but I’ve been back for supplies twice. It’s fun to browse, there are lots of fish and interesting things you won’t find at a corporate pet store. I feel good supporting local independent businesses. This is the one!

I had been looking for a bunny and found the cutest one from here. I did a lot of research so I could make sure I provided the best care. She is absolutely thriving! I am very happy with the store and my new rabbit!

Good information about fishes and tanks

Love my new bunny. I’ve had him for 3 weeks now, he’s finally starting to adjust to our home. This is my 2nd rabbit. I saw the negative reviews posted on here about the rabbits they sell, but honestly you have to do your research before purchasing a bunny or any pet for that matter. Staff was nice ????????

I bought a rabbit from here a week ago and my rabbit is already dead. I wish I would’ve read some of the reviews before coming here. I asked the people that worked there how old the rabbit was and what was the gender and they couldn’t tell me. The rabbit was too young and should’ve still been with it’s mother. Whatever you do think twice about buying a rabbit from here because they’re basically just taking people money. I knew for a fact the rabbit was too young because he wouldn’t eat the food only drink the water, which should’ve been the mother’s milk. I followed every step and instructions that they gave me. I called and the employee was very rude and they don’t care because they already got their money so.

Most wonderful, generous people I have ever met. After I lost a tank stand to flooding, they gave me one for free. I'm not talking about a cheap stand either, in fact, they've given me treats for my other pets as well. I love this place. Thank you so much City Pets! I'm going there today by the way.

We drove all the way there from Beaumont. Yes almost 100 miles to see their Amazing Iguanas. My Boyfriend was so impressed. We now have extended Our Family by 3 & as soon as the one we originally had planned to go see is replenished We will be going back. They are very healthy and happy. After almost a week they have easily adjusted to their new home. And are getting along very. Boyfriend is so pleased. Thanks City Pets !!

I always passed by here but never went inside. Finally did and I was amazed by the selection of fish and supplies. The Place is pretty big compared to other fish stores I went too. It was very clean and knowledgeable sfaff.

This little shop located in not such a great area of town is perfectly categorized as a pet supply store. Now let me tell you for the 15 or so years that it has been there they have always had wildlife. I'll even go as far as to say that pre-2010 I purchased my first saltwater aquarium and supplies from them while they still had a fascinatingly great selection of marine life. However, unfortunately it just doesn't seem to be up to par with what it once was. And after expressing a concern about a potentially ill fish during my visit, the only response I got was from a rookie that told me he simply did not know what to do about it. Hello! Immediate quarantine. Common sense to most Aquarist. Anyways, still a decent little shop for the area and still with my complaints better than other facilities that have been built newer since their Inception.

Picked up 15 small mbuna African cichlids for my 55 gallon today definitely recomend this place been going here for the past 5 years buying fish from here for my other tanks
