I worked for this grooming company years ago and only lasted a few days because the owner was very abusive to the dogs. I physically watched her slap 2 beautiful German shepherds because they were barking (not being aggressive at all) and she slapped them extremely hard, multiple times. I’m not sure if the same lady still runs it but if she does, just be aware :(

They groom CATS !!! I have an exotic Persian Munchkin, long hair. They bathed him and groomed him and their pricing was cheaper than TAGS (a pet grooming school in Arlington)

Pets of Perfection did a fantastic job on my 15 year old American Eskimo! I was so nervous to leave my old gal with a new groomer because of her age, but they put my mind at ease as soon as I dropped her off! I was a nervous wreck, but they didn’t even accidentally hit an age spot (groomers I’ve used in the past have and it’s a bloody not fun mess), they obviously took great care of her skin. My dog’s coat has become so hard for me to manage (post-spay coat) and they really did fantastic, it was a hard job! She was in very good hands, and I’m very happy with my experience today :)

Rude. Regret ever taking my dog here... he had been a bit hard to handle due to being nerve, the groomer had a bad attitude about it... it was as if he was an inconvenience. My dog was a nerves reck everytime i took him, and kept getting worse and i as a pet owner was extremely nerves and uncomfortable. I drove from far to give her our business. I have since found a diffrent groomer who is amazing and has had so much patience and my dog has been doing way better! So sad i ever put him through a horrible experience.

She is rude n all ways been that way with us called for appointment she said she has Friday or Saturday and then when we told her the name of the pet she said I’ll have to call you they’re not open be aware very non-professional If that way with people just wondering about pet of mine

We got a call regarding our appt and price and I asked them if I could verify with my husband and call them right back which I did within 5 minutes. They filled her spot and didn’t care at all. Very unprofessional.

Great place for kitties! I bring my Persian cat (7yrs old) here for a nice high quality cut and grooming, she been coming here for years. She always smells like heaven when she leaves here. I’m 100% sure my cat is over me sniffing her randomly ???? but she’s so clean I can’t help it! ❤️

Cynthia was great! Was a little nervous about bringing my cat in to get a lion cut (more nervous for the employees so they wouldn’t get scratched) but Cynthia definitely new what she was doing! She made the whole process quick and seamless and no one got injured. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their pet groomed. Professional people here who know what they’re doing.

Great grooming job and was able to pick her up early.

They do an amazing job on my miniature schnauzer Hope. Every other place I've tried, she would be a shaking nervous wreck when I picked her up. Here, she comes out happy and excited! Like she had a play date! Love it here.

Our pet gets the best attention and treatments from these guys. Their the best groomers in our area.

I lost my 151/2 yr old lab in Nov but they gave him the best haircut (labs are hard to cut) he always looked great! Now I take my Maltese and they rocked his tut too!!! Their prices are very competitive!! Not sure how to post a pic...

We tried this place for the first time today after having a horrible experience with another groomer in Red Oak. Our baby has never looked this great! We will be back for sure. Thanks!!

If I could give it a zero I would, haven’t even been there and was already disrespected because of two phone calls I made. I called and the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude. Customer service is horrible. Do not recommend this place at all. If y’all own a business and you get a phone call y’all’s first response should not be “what do you want”. So unprofessional and disrespectful. Don’t care if you were grooming a dog, better to just leave it ringing if you don’t know how to talk to a CUSTOMER.

Excellent customer service, and extremely great work on our Boxer. She's never looked so good, even 2 weeks after grooming.

I've been going to Pets Of Perfection for the past year and a half and they never let me down!! They do amazing jobs on my dogs (2 chows 1 pit 1 lab) my dogs get excited when we pull up haha! Cynthia, the owner, is amazing, fast, understanding, will help anyone out, blesses so many people and is willing to work with you in anyway she possibly can, over all a wonderful woman! If you don't like something don't be scared to speak up when you pick your babies up because she will fix whatever it is right then and there with no hassle or extra charge! Oh and the perfume they use is IMMACULATE i really suggest getting some when you go my dogs smells so good even a month after!!! I love this place and i don't think i'll ever go anywhere else, these people really love what they do and take care of your babies!❤️

Hey! I have been taking my pups here for a couple of years now and they do a great job, you can tell they love the dogs like their own and enjoy what they do for sure. We just got a new pit puppy and she already loves going and coming home showing herself off lol!

The owner as rude as hell! She acts like you’re an inconvenience. You’ll understand what I’m talking about when you go in there you’re a burden to her.

Love the owner. She's a great lady. Goes out of her way to take care of you and your pet. I will always go back.

Great place, they do a wonderful job with our dogs, who aren't the easiest to groom. Only place we will take them and they've done a great job every time.

I tried to groom my dog Bullseye my self but wasn't going to good. he is a large dog 95 lbs. Got to the grooming office and there were at least 8 customers already in line. I started not to leave Bullseye but he needed to be cleaned up. Cynthia the owner said it would be late that afternoon before I could pick up Bullseye. When I got there 10 minutes before closing Bullseye was still on the work bench and he looked magnificent. The groomer was still doing final touch ups and was not trying to rush to finish. They all really do care about being the best they can be at there service. I'm very picky about things and I can't say enough about cynthia and her team. She also gave me a bag of cherry tomatoes when we were leaving.. I call that great friendly family service at it's best. Thank you cynthia great to meet you all..

WONDERFUL job on my grandmas ol’ country dogs! Daisy and Bailey sure clean up nice, thanks to Pets of Perfection. They feel, look and smell 100 times better. What a great environment and I can tell these girls enjoyed their much needed spa day! We will definitely be coming back!

This place is a very good place!! I like Cynthia, she always does my dog very nicely and they always smell so clean! I've never had any issues here and I would recommend her to anybody!! she had even cut both of my Ferrets nails for me. ????????

Cynthia is so rude and lies. She even talked bad about my dogs.
