We got our puppy here! He is 1 years old now. People compliment us on him all the time. He's my pretty boy. And here is great with my nieces and nephews.

I see all of these negative reviews on here and other sites and it makes me wonder if we interacted with the same person. Martha was awesome. My baby Revan Lee Von Baldwin is perfect! Shes my first puppy, not my husbands as he only grew up around GS, and I cant wait to get another one!! Shes has had no issues with anything outside of normal puppy stuff (ears and some lady parts stuff all cleared up after seeing the vet). But no worms or anything like that. Thank you for what you do Ms. Martha!!!

We bought a puppy here a while back she's an incredibly well rounded dog, When I visited there the dogs were not in kennels but in a family setting. It was a fenced in back yard very large and all of the dogs were clean and well fed. The puppy was purchased for my daughter but she's the whole family's dog and everybody loves her. She was very easy to train!

Our daughter, Kelsey, purchased a Shepherd from Martha about 9 years ago. His name is Dante. Dante has been such a wonderful addition to our family that we decided to add one to our home. So in 2014 we brought Vader home. We have been so blessed with him. He is such a smart and sweet dog. So much so that we are bringing another Shepherd home sometime in mid to late March. His name will be Darth. Martha is always available if and when you need her or have questions. We contacted her because we realized that we had things to learn and felt like her experiences with Shepherds was the perfect place to go. So we brought Vader to Martha’s place for 2 weeks of training. James is Martha’s go to person and what she and James have done is absolutely amazing. I so wish I had contacted her 3+ years ago. The training was and is top notch. I wrote to Martha to give her this update. “I wanted to give you an update on Vader. Sunday we were out working on the chicken coop. Forrest and I were both in the coop and Vader was on the outside in our open yard. A neighbor came out with their 4 dogs. Normally Vader would take off and we would have to yell at him to come back and most of the time he wouldn't listen. He loves to play with the dogs but he never listens when we tell him to come back or stay. Back to the story... the couple started to play ball with the 4 dogs and we told Vader to lay down and stay. He never once moved. Didn't even try to go over there. He just sat and watched We could not believe it. Then on another occasion I was taking him out to fetch the ball. I did not have a leash on him. I told him heal over and over and he walked right beside me all the way down the hill into our yard. Never ever ever has anything like that happened. He normally would be jumping up and down trying to get the ball, etc. We are sooo happy with how things are going. We are still mastering the front door but it is so much better than it was. This part is on us, not Vader. So we will have 3 of her dogs and won’t ever go anywhere else. It is like he went past toddler over night. I cannot tell you what this process is worth. We will do the same with Darth when the time is right. You are welcome to contact me anytime. Gaye Lynn Trusty PS We have never had an issue with the dogs being sick. Neither were covered with fleas or ticks. No problems with the purchase, deposit, communication. Immunizations were just fine. The food they were fed was fine and the transition to the food we fed them worked out just fine. I have been out there and seen all the dogs in their kennels and pads and they are happy and healthy. Martha knows how to pick out just the perfect dog for you. You tell her the personality you want and she finds it. She is patient and if she doesn't have the right one for you and you are patient, just wait and one of the upcoming litters will have what you want.

Literally bought the greatest dog ever from Martha! Zoey is the smartest and most loving puppy. She is 8 months old, very healthy, and like others mentioned- easy to train!

If you like malnutritioned, neglected and tick infected dogs raised by a racist country bumpkin here is your place!

My puppy is growing from a playful, energetic companion to an undeniably loyal and protective member of my family. Thank you Martha for making my wishes come true! The love and care you put into your babies does not go unnoticed. I recommend all my friends in search of not just a 'dog', but a 'member of the family', to give you a call and make an appointment.

When we received our precious German Shepard puppy she was INFESTED with ticks. The whole drive home, we cuddled her and pulled ticks out. The next day we went to the vet and she was super anemic. We nursed her back to health and stayed on top of vaccines. She had outdoor allergies which is typical in some dogs. Well this month our sweet girl turned 2 years old and we had to put her down yesterday. It all started with a bump in between her shoulder blades, then she could barely walk, then her right eye started turning blue and all the joy was stolen from our precious dog. After many trips to the vet and many tests, she was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. We were promised when we purchased her that both her parents showed no signs. Yesterday, our baby girl couldn't walk. Yep, that's right was paralyzed due to a genetic condition in her spine. The entire 2 hours we were at the vet trying to figure out what to do was brutal. Basically, with how quickly this all took over, the outcome did not look good. Yesterday, we put our puppy that just turned 2, to sleep. Nothing in life prepares you for this, especially having to tell your kids. I was looking at the able k9 website ready to rip this place to shreds but it looks like she's doing that on her own with selling WHITE German Shepards. Do your research folks, those puppies are super inbred and have tons of problems. When I was telling the vet about this "great" breeder and her white German Shepards, he almost fell over. Please save your money and your heart. While our puppy was the most precious and sweetest dog ever, I promise you don't want to be down the road we just went down. Save up some more, spend the extra money to purchase from a better breeder.

I too fell victim to not having done enough research. Things started slightly shady when I asked her if I could meet the parents. She had said ok, but never let us meet them when we got there because "the Mom is very protective of her pups." I drove up to meet my pup in 2014 when he was still just 6 weeks old - the last one available of the litter. The reason he was the last one was because apparently there were complications during birth, and the mother dog had to pull him out with her teeth. That's the cause of the little scars on his head from the 8 week photo. Martha assured me that they would heal and you wouldn't even be able to see them in a few weeks. That couldn't be farther from the truth. For the next few months we went through hell trying to get his scars to heal. We took him to the vet multiple times, where we were told that should have never happened with a reputable breeder. As he grew the scars grew, and the skin was so thin that if he would scratch his head or play too rough he would bust them open again. We tried everything from burn cream, to fish oil, to vitamin E etc. Had him wear a cone for a little while too. I sent Martha the below picture of him at almost a year old letting her know that the scars never healed and this is what they look like now. She never responded. I also tried to call, no answer. Now obviously he's my baby, and I'm going to care for him and make sure he has the best life possible, but I will never get another dog from Martha. My pup is now 4 years old and his scars have never healed. We love him just the same, but I wanted to share my story with anyone else hoping to bring home a new member of the family for Able K-9...

Excellent place to get a puppy. I took my wife and kids there on September 8 and Martha is very knowledgeable about raising the pups. You will not be disappointed with the service and the puppy. This should be your only stop for Germany shepherds period.

Stay Away!! Their dogs are not treated well, infested with ticks, worms, fleas. These poor dogs are having liter after liter with subpar care. If you are an animal lover go somewhere else.

I should have done more research. My GSD is only a year and we've had to go to the vet every other month due to multiple health issues since we got her. What we thought was a kennel cough may now be an issue with her heart or lungs. I've been in contact with the breeder several times but I've finally had enough. Do your research and do not purchase your GSD puppy here. Although our little girl is a sweetheart, all the health issues she's having is unbearable to watch. It should have been a red flag when the breeder didn't show me her parents nor her siblings. The breeder promised to show the parents on day of pickup but that didn't happen. Please do your due diligence in researching reputable breeders that do not have mixed reviews.

My first dog purchased from here was very sick and infested with round worm, pin worm and tapeworm the dog had congenital mega esophagus and had to be put down. The replacement was infested as well however recovered quickly with treatment and within two years was diagnosed with congenital hip dysplasia as well as spinal stenosis. These lines are overbred and not well cared for.
