This Petco must be under new management. I've never had a problem till now. Never again will I come here. Waste of time after an 1hr 20m drive. Told to take my dog to a vet for a hair cut. They wouldn't even wash or trim his nails. I had all paperwork in hand with up to date shots and she still needed assistance from another employee reading the paperwork. Felt very unwanted

Pleased with the purchase but disappointed somewhat in the price as I thought my earlier shopping at Petco would yield a discount.

Always have what my little dog love

The store associate, I think her name was Dawnty or something. She was super nice and helpful about dog food and fish tank filter cartridges. She encouraged me to sign up for the rewards program for Petco and it saved me money! She's the sole reason for the high scores! She deserves a raise! Thank you!

Salt water fish selection is great!

I look for freshwater shrimp everytime I shop here, but they haven't had them in about a year.

Bought a guiena pig from here and within a week my guiena pig died. No signs or symptoms just got one morning to feed it and it was dead.

Where the pets go! Great selection and decent prices.

So many unattended floats and carts from the workers restocking and working product. Ladder is the middle of the floor. It wasnt very busy at 4PM but I only really saw a cashier and 2 people working on the fish tanks. Shelves looked rather sparce.

No scooter for handicapped patrons.

Great selection and great prices the negative side lack of knowledge of particular animals namely reptiles leading to poor care and unhealthy animals. There was a kid in there saying a corn snake baby hadn't eaten since they got it he was trying to feed it crickets. Snakes don't eat insects.

Helpful staff. Wide selection of products, however I would like to see Earth Animal products in the store. Good sales/deals and discounts if you are a preferred customer

Made a Google account just to say THANK YOU!!!! This petco has been AMAZING with my fish AND new puppy needs!!! I think I’ve been helped by most of the staff in my short time here so I’ll tell you all the names I remember?! I recommend them all!! So sorry if I forget anyone like you guys were all EPIC!!!! Thank you to Gayle, Emily, Autumn, Jordan, blue-hair girl, lady with short black hair, the funny fishguy (no name tag sorry)and I think it was Zack?? Pretty sure everyone has helped me at some point but thanks to everyone I sorta named and more! Sorry for forgetting names!!! My puppy Pookie says thanks too!!!

I got 4 fish and 3 bunches of plants for $9. All of their fish and plants look healthy. Would recommend.

I was shopping for a hamster cage and they had a great selection! Made it hard to decide on which to buy. They have 2 unisex restrooms. The store was extremely clean and well stocked. There is a wheelchair ramp from the parking lot to the automatic front door. Nice store. Will definitely shop there again!

I was waiting to check out and the team was not aware I was up front...but they are always nice and I have patience so really no worries all good

This was my dog's first experience with a professional groomer. I've cut him over the past year. Although they say he was washed & nails clipped, his nails are still long & he had dirty eyes. Before attempting to brush him they insisted he had to be shaved down to pink skin. The site indicates an effort would be made to brush the dog. Even this simple cut was patchy and left him stressed out. He's been whining ever since. Not a good experience for us so I won't be back. I give one star because they took me although we were late. I thought I scheduled with Pet Smart so showed up at the wrong location. I think we can do better elsewhere.
