We have bought 2 yorkies here and had a wonderful experience both times! There was no question when we needed a sister puppy where we were coming. Both dogs have been very healthy and happy!

Went in there a couple of months ago looking for doggie diapers and a few other things and when I tell you I had been having a bad day but when I left out of there I was in such a better mood. The owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. And if you’re looking for the best and prettiest dog clothes, this is the place.

Got our little Bentley here who we adore. Rebecca was great and really helped with our choice. Good merchandise in store that is hard to find for these little dogs. Highly recommend if you want a new member to add to your family!

Love my Teacup French Bulldog that I purchased at TexasTeacups! Full grown she weighs less than 8 pounds. Every time I bring my little dogs in to visit they give us a free treat from the dog bakery treat bar. Love the personalized service from a small business owner. Also love the large selection of boutique specialty items designed just for teacup and toy dogs. I am going tomorrow (4-15-2021) to buy my 2nd Maltipoo from Rebecca at Texas Teacups and Toy Pets Boutique. My first Maltipoo I purchased June 2020. She is the most precious puppy I've ever owned. She is friendly, loving, and a joy to have. I am now purchasing a male Maltipoo from Rebecca. The owner and staff of Texas Teacups have helped me all along the way. They answered all my questions and are very friendly and helpful. Rebecca and Phoebe have made the experience of getting my new puppies very personal. I have been on the fence about many things!! Especially adding to our family a pup!! That’s an entire commitment that I wanted to be sure we were ready for and speaking with Rebecca eased things! She is patient with me, she answered my questions and also spoke to me about praying about it!! That was definitely something I was happy to hear! We are excited about our new fur-baby and happy that we went this route instead of allowing those scammers to steal money from us! Everyone has choices to make and certainly can do what they feel but I would much rather do business with someone that cares about what we’re needing and what’s best for our family in making decisions such as adding a new member and how to properly take care of that new member! I enjoy doing business with people that have patience and that care about where their puppies go when it’s time for them to find a fur-ever home!! Thank you Rebecca and Phoebe!!

The team here went above and beyond to help my family find the perfect puppy. I was impressed with how well the puppies are taken care of and how attentive they are to all their puppies. I’m proud to say I have a healthy energetic teacup Yorkie. Their recommendations for caring for my Yorkie was easy to follow and worthwhile. They are very responsive and helped answer questions even after I took my puppy home. Would definitely recommend this place and will be happy to return.

Being honest I found this place on youtube and immediately had a bad feeling about their puppies, however I have never shopped here. I just wanted to try and help others not get scammed. Specifically with their "frenchies" they are advertizing them as "toy" or "teacup" size. Research will show you french bulldogs do not come in toy or teacup size. Either they are using these words as false advertising, or are breeding their frenchies with a chihuhua or smaller breed dog to get the smaller size. However still marketing And pricing them as frenchies. Beware their youtube seems like they breed huge amounts of puppies constantly and screams puppy mill to me. Again this is all my opinion and just my advice to everyone to be careful.

Response to owner: Perhaps posting on the door limited occupancy and instructions how to make an appointment would help to prevent issues. As for the employees. There were no apologies. I felt I had to defend myself for being persistent in wanting to shop at a local small business, and the multiple times I had stopped by and at what times. Update: I was contacted on Facebook by the owner stating due to recent injuries she has left her business to be ran by someone else. I can only hope she returns soon and has a business to return to. I still stand by my review. As long a the current person is running this business I will not be making an appointment. Original post: I will not be making an appointment. I have driven by this house turned into a business "Pet Boutique" as the sign states, wanting to shop, but every time I have stopped the door was locked though it clearly looked open and no one answered the door. I finally was able to go on the past Friday around 11:45 am, walked in carrying my little dog with me hoping to buy her some cute stuff. Out of the 3 ladies that looked as if they worked there, one was at a table with a couple working on an adoption, one just looked at me and went the other way, last one whom I ultimately determined to be some sort of manager or owner, (due to at the end she directed me to a card with her number on it to make an appointment.) approached me to ask what I wanted, as I replied that I was shopping for her (pointing at my 7 lb dog) and that I had passed by and stopped multiple times but this was the first time I had seen them open. After her disputing the times she is open and defending that her "girls" could have been at lunch, and the online presence, she stated that due to covid they aren't technically open and I would need to come back another day if I wanted to adopt. I said I had no need to adopt just wanted to shop the boutique, in which she directed me outside and pointed out the actual name of the business and her number on the card to call and make an appointment to shop in the boutique. Just by her lack of manners, tone and attitude, I can say, I will not be making an appointment.

I'm not sure who the target market is for these pups, but at a price range of 5k to 18k, it certainly isn't me! I am trying wrap my head around a puppy that has to be "financed" thru a credit agency because it costs more than my car. I did send an inquiry about this, but zero response. I understand that they keep saying that covid has caused a need to adjust how things are done, but we are 5/6 months in and if you haven't figured out how to at least respond to inquiries by now, I don't hold out much hope. I initially chose to contact them (in the hope that they did have puppies more in line with what you typically see...1200 to 2500/3000 dollars. I'm obviously not buying a puppy here. I'm not financing a puppy at 5 to 20k that, with interest will end up costing double that. It's just ridiculous in my opinion. It may be for some, but definitely not me.

Everyone especially Jesse were super nice. They were super helpful and they messaged me back quickly scheduled my viewing time and once they realized I was driving in from Houston they were willing to extend my hours so I could make it. We got our baby boy Cocoa Puff and he's already made him self part of our family we already are so in love with him. The one bad thing is the website says he's puppypad trained which he definitely is not. But we can take care of that.

Found the love of my life at Teacup and Toy Pets Boutique in Wylie. At least in the dog category. He's my fith toy poodle, so I know a bit about the breed. He is exceptional. The vet says he's healthy with no signs of typical hereditary poodle issues. That's good breeding. He has a sweet temperament, intelligence, and bright eyes all wrapped up in a thick non-shedding bundle of red soft curls. He makes me laugh, especially when he plays with his bestie, Pipsqueak. So, thank you to Teacup&Toys Pets Boutique!

I’ve seen how this lady takes upon this puppy mill. Seen how she goes to the vet and leave without the proper meds these animals need because she claims she has them at home. Does not ensure the puppies health just her pockets. Puppies covered in their own feces all day and night but continue to feed your hard earned money just so she can continue to abuse these animals. Call the city on her and have them investigate!!!

HORRIBLE! Dogs are left outside all day where they are constantly barking, and you can hear the owner yelling at the dogs to 'SHUT UP!' This is a puppy mill that is set up in a residential area, on a rundown property. You should not buy from them, unless you want an abused dog, that has been caged 24/7, and that will drive you insane with barking.

Such a clean and neatly organized store, with the cutest supplies, dresses and treats. The staff is super friendly and eager to help. I will defiantly be visiting often.
