I’ve been taking my fur baby here now for the last three years and every visit they take such great care of him. Every time I pull up to the building prince gets excited (he doesn’t even do that for the park). The employees here take great care of him and are super nice and respectful. I had a hard time finding the right vet for him as his previous vets were always so tense and scared around him I assumed it’s cause he is a pit but at gully they treat him like every other dog with love. I will continue to come here and refer my friends here! Thank you to the staff for always taking care of him and keeping my mind at ease knowing he’s safe.

Sadly, our vet closed her doors in October due to circumstances beyond her control and I hadn’t found a new place for our babies until now. I took my shih tzu in today due to an eye issue and I was more than please with the care we received. Margaret and Dr. Neely were compassionate and gentle. The cost is more than reasonable and very much what we are used to. I think we found our new home!

Great place,great vets,great hours wound love to use regularly but,compared to my regular vet's prices they are expensive $$ .

Firts time im visit the place. Im no sure get. But my dog star again running and walk with 4 legs. ???????? thanks to the do tor. She also give medi ine to my dog for pain and anti ioticand my dog dont loss the appetite also i see him with more energy im drive almost 45 min for visit the place but is ok they help me also other places are more expensives just for nothing the doctor have the opportunity for give the order for other exams but she said is no neceaary. Professional perso al and frienly im feel ok went they review my dog.

Wow! My best Friend Dash, had his Annual wellness check up today. ********Dr. Jansen was EXCEPTIONAL!********* I have very high standards, and Gully Animal had a triple Homerun today! Everyone was highly personal and genuine. I not only felt completely confidant and thrilled but BLESSED! Thank You very much for y'all's true passion and love in providing Top Notch Care ????????????

This was our first visit to Gully Animal Hospital in Midlothian and I was impressed. We have been taking my wife's 2 cats to another vet in Midlo for several years but we're never happy with their bedside manner. (I say my wife's cats because I am allergic to cats and while I like all types of pets cats are not my all time favorite.). I apologize for the digression. The Covid protocols at Gully are very aggressive. They allow one masked owner to accompany the pet inside. They also offer curbside service where a masked technician will come to the parking lot, take your pet in for treatment and return the pet to you in the parking lot. (Very nice.). The facility is very clean. The technicians and vets are very personable, knowledgeable and professional. While all veterinarian services are very expensive nowadays, Gully was more reasonable than our prior provider. Hopefully we have found a kinder, gentler and more affordable veterinary provider for my wife's cats.

I’ve been taking my pets here since I moved to Midlothian about a year ago. My first several visits were curbside so I didn’t get to meet the staff but now that we can go inside with them the staff seems super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair too I’ve never felt like I was overcharged.

Overall I like the care and services, but every time we take our dog, there's some upcharge to some thing like taking your car for an oil change. The staff is good and kind though. It is also super clean in the exam rooms.

Called them on a Friday because my vet was closed and they fit me in due to stress in my voice. I had a litter of puppies that came I'll. They were carrying and supportive and babied all of us.

I wanted to start off and say that this office was absolutely incredible. The worst part of being a pet owner is having to say one last goodbye. I had to bring my dog of 19 years here on a weekend to say our last goodbye. The professionalism and sincerity of the staff made the situation and experience the best it could possibly be. We understand with COVID all veterinarians are taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe but this was one of the only places that was going to allow me to be with my pet to say goodbye. I was told by many other clinics in the area I could drop her off at the door and they would do everything. But Gully Animal hospital knew the importance of being with my dog one last time and wanted me to be there with her. When we arrived we called the desk to let them know we where there for our appointment. They informed us of the small wait time and stated they would come get us from the car when they were ready. They took us back to a nice, clean, and updated room. We were given privacy and door bell to ring when we where ready to say goodbye. They worked us in right before they closed but still allowed us to take as much time as we needed. Once the process was over the veterinarian trimmed her nails and made a dog paw for us to take home. The cost was much cheaper than any veterinarian around. After my visit here I will definitely start to bring all my animals here. I know that they will take care of my animal and they are passionate about the care the provide. I can't thank the staff enough for everything that they did for me. If anyone reading this review is still wondering if this is the vet you should use I personally would recommend that you do.

Very caring facility. Sick puppy. They are still working with him. Staff is very knowledgeable, caring and sensitive to your love ones needs. We are making this our new primary veterinarian for our baby. Great experience.

Absolutely genuine . The staff is happy and are wanting to serve you and your pets. My sister's dog Chi Chi got really sick, They were the only ones available to take care of his, what turned out to be Pancreatitis.They did a great job alleviating his Pain, meds, and new diet, He back to his old self. Our latest trip was for our newest member of the family (Wally) a feral kitten that had become Stuck in barn wall. Did thorough exam and answered the many questions we had . We are very impressed with how attentive and empathetic they are . They will do you and your pet right. Check them out.

Despite having been a customer for 3 years, this office constantly finds a way to discourage me from using their grooming services. They originally would take my dogs in for grooming and would update vaccinations at the same time. After about a year of this, they changed that policy to requiring vaccinations anytime before the grooming appointment, so we adjusted to that. Now, they want 2 weeks waiting time after vaccinations to bring in the dogs for grooming. I understand the health protocol, but what I don't get is the hurdles they put you through to meet these requirements and the lack of communication when they make these changes. I was given an 11:15am appt two weeks after their vaccinations. The vaccinations were based on the notification Gully's sent me. First, on the day of the appt, they informed me that I was late for the 9am grooming drop off time despite an appt at 11:15am. Their response was that this is a known issue with wrong appt. times, but I should have known to come in earlier. Secondly, they asked for copies of shot records before the appointment, which I emailed over the weekend. They declined to take my dog because 1) they didn't see the email with the records; then 2) they used the excuse that they consider stool analysis a "vaccination", which it is not; and finally, 3) they started adding items to the list that were not on the notification (Bordetella). Needless to say, I didn't get my dog groomed. Now, I'm waiting for the Office Manager to call me, but the receptionist that took my call didn't ask for contact info, times to contact, who would be calling. They may be great for treating sick animals, but be warned that grooming protocols are ridiculous and arbitrary.

Just moved to town and picked Gully to be our new vet. Had a really good appointment. The staff was kind and fun to be around. I also love that they have an app and online store.
