Animal Clinic and Hospital is the absolute best!

I've alwase brought all my animals to this clinic. The vets and there assistants are very professional and nice. I would highly recommend using this clinic to care for your pets. Dr Miller is great.

I wouldn’t consider any other veterinarian to care for my puppy. Every aspect was perfect during my visit. Friendly staff, no wait time, quick and effective vaccinations. Dr Brown is passionate about what he does, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend them for everything pet related!

I love this place they are very friendly and they took very good care of my animals. I have 2 cats and a dog the staff are wonderful. They took care of my cat when he had a urinary blockage I thought I was going to loose him. they always kept me informed of his progress from the time he was admitted until he got to come home.2 to 3 times a day the doctor would call me and give me an update. there prices are very reasonable they above and beyond I highly recommend them.

Took my tuxedo cat in today was very impressed with the professionalism they took very good care us and the price was reasonable.

I really like both dr Brown and Dr Miller they are what keep me here. If they leave or retire I don’t know what I’ll do. Had an issue with office staff a few months ago and thought about changing vets but I stayed because of Drs Brown and Dr Miller

Great experience with all my doggies. Dr. Miller was very kind and I loved how he explained everything he did. I've had a lot of vets in the past and I've never met someone who took the time to remember my dogs names and even pronounce my last name correct. He even gave my dogs a treat at the end of the visit. I could tell he enjoys his job.

Everyone I have encountered at the Clinic is the reason I recommend Animal Clinic & Hospital to my Friends. I don't remember the exact date but y'all have taken care of our pets for 25+ years. As first time dog owners we weren’t sure if we did enough research when picking a veterinarian, but choosing Midland Animal Clinic and Hospital was one of our best decisions yet. Dr. Brown is great with our puppy and very clear when answering any questions we have. We recently brought our Bojack in for an upset stomach after taking him to the emergency room over the weekend and Dr. Brown was able to squeeze him in the very same day and explain what could possibly be wrong without jumping to extreme measures that would’ve cost us a fortune. The front desk staff is beyond helpful and the vet technicians made us feel like they treat every animal as if they were their own. Dr. Brown seems to genuinely care about his patients and we feel confident that we made the best choice in choosing this clinic.

We absolutely love Dr. Miller and all the gals in the front office.

We’ve always had a good experience with Dr. Miller he’s very kind and very efficient. However, twice when we’ve had to have something sent off they said they would bill us later and we get the bill in the mail and two days later we start getting calls that they’re about to send it to collections when we haven’t even had the bill for a week. I think that’s highly unprofessional and predatory. Even after the voicemail we immediately called back and no one answered for us to pay the bill. Very frustrating that they don’t even give you a week to pay a bill you just received in the mail ????????

We are new to the area and needed a new vet for our fur babies. They were able to get us in quickly and take care of our dogs and cats! The staff and dr Brown are very nice!

I don't have anything negative to say about the staff or the vets, Dr. Brown and Dr. Miller. My Zoe loves to go the vet's office. She is loved on and gets excellent care. Dr. Brown always answers my questions in such a way that I understand what he plans for her treatment.

My dog is usually trembling when we are at the vets, this was our first time at Midland Animal clinic and she was so calm not scared at all. It did not take weeks for them to see her either which was a relief!

They always find a way to fit us in and genuinely care for animals.

I won't take my animals their ever again. The vet is nice but the girl upfront rude and loved to argue had to make 2 trips for vacanating my dog but never happened they had the wrong chart and had to go get my dogs chart I'm glad they didn't give him medication as it wasn't my dogs info needless to say if ya can't get the right chart why would I trust y'all have the right medication! Also the girl up front asked questions I answered them and then to cover her mistake up made a huge deal up and lied made a nasty scene very unprofessional. I'm glad I found a better veterinary to handle my fur babies care!

The building is old and in not great shape but overall clean. The three girls behind the receptionist desk were gossiping and cussing when we came in, had to wait for them to finish before we were acknowledged. Once in the back room the vet that came in, an older gentleman, was very sweet and prompt. They ran a lot of tests without discussing them with us much and never told us what it would cost. For a simple issue that barely needed to be addressed it cost us about 500 bucks. We were told we would be called back the next day with blood test results and have never received a call.

There's not really anything that I can say would make our experience any better. Every time we come in we get excellent service.

Dr. Miller is very friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell that he loves dogs.

Great Vets, Very poor office staff.

I’ve never left a review on google, but I really wanted to for this place, because I’ve had such a hard time finding a vet that my dog feels comfortable with. But she seemed to do a lot better with this one. I had Dr. Miller and he was great! Explained everything well and thoroughly so I understood. They were patient with my dog, who gets scared easily. I really liked that they had private rooms, because I think this helped her feel more at ease. Other facilities that have people going in and out and a lot of commotion make her feel nervous. I also thought it was good idea that they separated the dogs from cats, to help the animals feel more at ease. It was also very clean and organized. I would recommend this place, and Dr. Miller.
