Kimberly is the best groomer! She did exactly what I've been trying to get from other groomers for our sweet golden retriever. Its the best grooming but Kimberly is also very nice and friendly. Highly recommend Dog Gone Gorgeous Grooming Salong.

Amazing. My dog loved his visit and we have scheduled monthly visits now. He's about 65 pounds and it takes patience and a love of dogs to bathe him. Love this place!

Dog Gone Gorgeous did an amazing job…. My shih tzu Iggy hasn’t been groomed in over 2 years because of his anxiety and being turned down by other groomers but Kimberly did an outstanding job working with Iggy. Definitely a customer for life.

Our poor, aging, possibly partly Maltipoo mut hadn't been groomed in 18 months because of Covid. On top of that, he contracted some kind of upper respiratory infection and eye infection, that led to his muzzle becoming matted. So, he was a very matted dog and still feeling poorly, but he desperately needed groomed. Dog Gone Gorgeous got him done quickly and with no fuss. He hasn't always complied with groomers, but they didn't have a problem with him. When he was done, they called.and txted me. Had a great experience, and plan to use them in the future.

Love this place!! I would highly recommend! My English Bulldog has anxiety when taking a bath. She loved Kimberly and her staff. My dog had a great time and looked amazing!

This place is amazing. I hsbe a very aggressive dog, that was abused before we got him and is horrified of strangers. I thought he would have to be muzzled the whole time they groomed him. Nope. They had him calm and running around NOT MUZZLED like he owned the place when I picked him up. They are reasonably priced and WONDERFUL with animals. My new favorite place for my fur babies

Great place to take you dogs

Took my dog to Kimberly and Jason yesterday in a terrible state. He was a matted mess. He came home looking adorable! And feeling much better. He had a couple of nicks around some of the worst mats which were powdered and treated very nicely. Since my mutt had to be shaved down for the mats, they gave him a Schnauzer cut, complete with the eyebrows which is adorable. I'm so happy to have found a new groomer I can trust with my dog.

I have done no business with this facility because my dog is too big. They don’t service dogs over 35 Pounds but the receptionist was pleasant

Fast And Great Service

The owner is lovely and so easy to work with. Thank goodness I found her, I would highly recommend!

The owner is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I took my dog for a last minute appointment and he was cut and hit on his eye. Vet confirmed he had BLUNT FORCE TRAMA to the eye. When I called to ask what happened she lied and yelled at me over the phone and proceeded to harass me through her personal number. Worst service in midland/Odessa. Pictures are one hour after picking up my fur baby.

I love taking my puppies to her! She's sweet with the animals, good prices, good availability, very friendly and did great with my babies hair! She's a puddle so her hair is crazy and she did amazing with her!

We absolutely love Kimberly! She takes the time to get to know her customers and their pups. We are always happy with her work, and she is always open to suggestions or things we’d like to do differently. My dogs always come back happy, smelling good and tired from playing with the other dogs!

Horrible experience and ugly costumer service , my dog didn’t get nothing done after two time of rescheduling.

Do not go here...she allows her personal dog to run loose...the dog jumped on me twice...scratching my leg...the entire time..she was on the phone ...stated..OH THAT'S WHAT DOGS DO...JUMP.....dogs can be trained NOT TO JUMP ON PEOPLE....causing injuries. ..place is not clean...WORST EXPERIENCE AT A GROOMER.....EVER..

don't go here if you want bad customer service. the owner is absolutely rude. forgot I had an appointment twice. have never seen an owner behave so unprofessional in a service industry.
