I absolutely love this place! Crystal and her husband do an amazing job with all the animals and I know my dog loves it because he gets excited as soon as we turn the corner! I’m also thankful for the bath service! Tip: book in advance for holidays they fill up

My 5 month old Rottweiler stayed 4 nights with them, he seemed to have a good time because he did not want to leave. I’m very pleased how they took good care our puppy, I will be using them for now on.

I have been to Crystal’s numerous times. I never have to worry when I drop off my English Mastiff. I know he is in great hands, especially since I know that Crystal is a pet lover herself. The staff has been doing a great job in taking care of my friendly giant, will definitely be booking future stays and recommending friends and family

I was super nervous about leaving my dog for the first time but crystal was great she made me feel comfortable and I knew my pup was in good hands when I picked her up the workers were sweet and over all it was a great experience for us. Definitely will be taking my dog back in the future. Thank you!

Love the service my pups happy here. When I went to visit her I could tell she been well taken care. I would definitely recommend bringing your fur baby here.if you plan on taking a trip or are in town working. Crystal and her daughter are amazing.

I placed my pups here for about a week while I went on vacation. My pups did not look mistreated or scared. They were well taken care of. They have dogs in the office area which show how well they take care of them, I was expecting to smell poop and pee immediately after entering becasue I could see them from the window, but it seems to me that they keep the pets clean and pick up after them immediately. I will definitely be using there services again.

Great place to take your cat or dog, for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation, rates are low, call ahead I would say a week or two before your vacation they fill up fast.

I was nervous about leaving my puppy for the first time but after crystal gave me a tour of the place i felt better. she even posted pictures on facebook of him and let me call to check up on him. I can tell they love what they do and they treat the animals with so much love and care.

We love Crystal’s pet palace, Our Dog does too! The staff is nice and friendly. They make you feel like your fur baby is in good hands when you drop them off. The facility is clean.

Love boarding here! Very clean and organized. They take great care of my senior dogs and I never worry when I board them. Highly recommend!

Crystal is amazing with all animals! We boarded our dog with her for a month and she took such great care of our sweet Rosie! We would refer her to everyone we are thankful to have found her!

We took our dogs in on Thursday and picked them up today. Our dogs have never had problems with food aggression or being with each other. I called this morning and let them know I was coming to get them. They only advised me then that 2 of my dogs had fought for food and one had bit the other one in the eye! They never called to tell me or took him to the vet. Once I showed up I saw why they had been fighting they are so skinny you can see their ribs. They were filthy and smelled of urine. I don’t believe they take good care of the animals. They should have called us sooner and they should have been fed properly. And they should never smell like pee!

Our experience was awesome with this kennel! It was our first time having to leave our furbabies. After meeting the folks here and seeing the facility I had no worries. My pups looked great and greeted me with excitement.I highly recommend this awesome kennel! Thanks for caring for Sugar and Honey!
