Front desk ladies were rude in the past but I had an emergency w one of my dogs that needed stitches and I live close to Cobb so I called them and the lady said that my account was closed and they couldn’t see me. Even though it was an emergency. Terrible place!

Worthless, absolutely worthless!!!!! This office is so incompetent they don't have enough brain cells between all of them to rub two sticks together to start a fire. I will never take my animals here even if it's the last vet in the entire world, the office staff is atrociously impossible to deal with and give absolutely no respect to the people or animals that they're dealing with. Today is the second time I have made an appointment at this worthless vet office. I called yesterday to set an appointment for my HURT, INJURED dog and confirmed, not once but twice the time of the appointment, which I was told was at 3:45. Only to arrive and get told the appointment was at 3:30 and there is nothing they can do, even though my dog is hurt and she is in pain. It's not that they can't do anything, they just simply do not care. I drove over 45 minutes to be lied to, mistreated (for the second time) and for what? ... Was offered to leave my dog overnight, which of course would be a fee, to which the front lady said they might be able to wave it, but yet this shouldn't have been discussed as my appointment was supposed to be at 3:45. Beaides, I'm supposed to believe you will take care of my dog, when you can't even set an appointment for the exact time you told me. Do not bring your animals here, whatever issues they have going on, they will take it out on you.

The experience was wonderful! Everyone was extremely nice and genuinely caring. The absolute BEST decision I’ve ever made in choosing an Animal Clinic!

We started here on a sad note with my 13 yr old cocker needs to go to sleep. When adopted our next dog we stayed with Cobb. They staff is loving and extremely knowledgeable. Very quick and helpful. Not expensive either.

I have a 17 yr old dog that has gotten extremely anxious in her old age. Dr. Westcott and Hannah did a wonderful job with her despite the dog being a maniac the entire time.

They are the best vet in all of Texas!! Super friendly fast and reliable. They work with you,the prices are incredibly cheap as well i paid half the price i would have at any ithers and i drove almost an hour just to go to them.

We took our little girl into Cobb last week for vomiting several days before. They didn't do much, just take an x-ray and blood work. They also wouldn't let my mother in law stay with her. They said they didn't see anything but yet our dog continued to vomit twice a day. With no interest in our dog, we took her to a different vet 2 days after her visit to Cobb and within and hour of being there, they did a blood sample and immediately noticed that her white blood cell count was low and asked her if she could stay over night to monitor her. Cobb found nothing and sent her home anyway. I feel like I wasted $400 on going to Cobb. WON'T BE BACK!!! VERY disappointed with every time I've been to Cobb.

Free Popsicles during our visit and a large glass of cool aid during the summer hours. Free hot chocolate and smors during the winter hours. But not the package smors the real deal with a camp fire and everything. Made with a story time too.

I love Cobb Veterinary and wish I would have found them sooner, from now on this is the only vet I'll be bringing all my dogs to!!

This morning my family and I had to put our old lady down she has been really sick kidneys failing Doctor McConaughey and her staff at COBB were so wonderful they helped us through one of the worst times of our lives they let us have as much time with my Momma dog as we needed even though they were busy Doctor McConaughey and the staff at COBB are the best I will forever be grateful to them # we love you all Thank you so much Jo & David Rich and Patricia Brooks & MOMMA DOG

The vets at Cobb Clinic go above and beyond to take care of our babies. I will NEVER let another vet touch my animals if they are not at Cobb.

Took our Great Dane in because she was obviously in major distress and couldn’t breathe. She was there for 6 hrs and left with a diagnosis of possible fungal infection in the lungs, and was told it would take about a week to get the results back. Total waste of time and $350! Got her in the car and it was obvious that she still couldn’t breathe. Ended up in an emergency clinic with her, and her heart rate was over 200. She had bloat. Had she been properly examined to begin with, she may not have ended up as critical as she is now. I can say with certainty that we won’t be using this clinic again.

I am so happy with this vet clinic and Dr. McConaughey! I was taking one of my dogs to a vet in Odessa every 6 weeks from Greenwood, she has allergies, hip and joint issues, she’s on multiple medications, so I was hesitant to change vets. I saw Dr. McConaughey today, and she is so amazing! She really took her time, gave me some great recommendations and a game plan to tackle all my dogs needs. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and you can tell she really cares, which can be hard to find. The girl at the front desk and the techs are so sweet, prices are extremely reasonable,I’m really happy I made the switch to Cobb!

Staff was awesome! From the first visit with Dr. Turner, and the dental cleaning with Dr. McConaughey. They have all been great. Dr. McConaughey went over what she did in the procedure and answered any questions we had. She even called to follow up with my dog to check to see if he was doing okay the next day. I would highly recommend this vet clinic.

If I could rate a negative star for Jana in the front office I would. If you read through the reviews you will find that she is rude, miserable and unprofessional. Unfortunately we will not be going back because of her.
