Took time and consideration of my Saul berry and his issues. Considering all he is up against, they were genuinely respectful of the expenses incurred, making sure I understood. I had no problem with that and gladly will return.

Nice service. They explain everything they did to my dogs. Very reasonable price.

Great experience. I called last minute on a weekend and asked if they could see my mom's dog, and they said to come in. I got there gave name and address and was taken straight to the back to see the veterinarian, was given some drops for her ears and out the door. Very efficient and my mom's dog is doing so much better. Thank you.

Would have given a 5 star review except they do only curbside drop off. So they take my sick baby in without me to be examined. Then run in and out of the front to ask questions. Not reassuring as a dog mom with a sick pup.

Dr. Wright was excellent, they have always taken good care of my cats. She's very professional and answered all my questions.

So I can only rate this from my one and only experience here with our puppy. So I can’t say they aren’t good but I didn’t have a good experience. They had shorted us 2 days on meds and it was a weekend so we were not able to have 2 days of meds for her. And he immediately said she had distemper we were seen outside on a busy street and he said she was doomed. Just know there is a cure it does need to be treated quickly and aggressively. Not many vets will treat it either and it is expensive. Our puppy didn’t make it in part I feel because of this vet.

Highly disappointed. :’( this was supposed to be an easy spay. Ive never seen or heard of anyone having complications like this. First photo was taken on the day of surgery and last photo 4 weeks later. She was sent home with her incision not closed and has been back here TWICE for staples and now looks like the last photo. We have to go to the emergency vet to get this corrected which is completely ridiculous. We were told it was an “on call” vet, not our usual vet, but we were not notified of this. Apparently spaying can be this tricky. We can’t believe how much time and money this has cost us and it’s sad that it was so poorly executed. After repetitive disagreements and requested refunds we were treated poorly after talking with the staff about our pups condition. :( breaks my heart that our baby has to go through this when it’s shouldnt be happening. look at the staples on what’s current. how the heck is this a good job?? i wouldn’t even leave 1 star but i gotta leave something for heads up!

Update: they treated me like a less than person recently. I was charged $60. FOR an appointment, came on the 19th at 7:15 am, was turned away. Came back on the 20th for a 1:30 pm vaccination and they spoke to me harshly, never came out to get said patient, and refused to give me a confirmation # when I asked for the refund. I had frequently used them, and never had this incompetent type of service. Thankfully, I found a good vet, with fix west texas and my kitty will be seen on Monday the 22nd. . My advice is to never take your fur babies to the money hungry no respect having individuals. The new staff is incompetent including the new vet.

called to get 2 of my cats fixed the lady over the phone told me it will be $110 + tax each cat or maybe a little more depending on how much medicine they will need as she was making my appointment and as we were getting to the end i mentioned that my cats already went to a different vet for the shots earlier this year i was put on hold,when she came back i was told i will have to pay extra $40 for examination because they never been there before. there was no $40 fee before i mentioned that i wont be needing the shots done through them and now its policy i asked if i would have never mentioned the shots if i would still have to pay the $40 i was told yes my older cat was spayed late last year and i didnt have to pay no $40 for examination. i feel like i was being forced to pay the "fixed" price even tho i already had the shots done.

I'd definitely recommend this place, setting up an appointment was a breeze. I was attended soon as it was time. They are very friendly, professional and handled my dog with extra care even though she is a hand full. They took care of her quickly and gave me all the information I could possibly need. I'm very happy with my experience here. They are also quite affordable. Five stars!:):):)

Took our dog in for her yearly exam and vaccinations. As we're new to the area we picked the vet with the highest reviews. They do not sell the flea and heartworm medicine we have been using for many years. When they told me they didn't have it I said I'd order it online and the tech said that was fine. Ordered it but they declined to ok it, said we needed to use their online pharmacy. So ordered it from there they once again declined it. I called was told someone would call me back, they didn't. Finally told me they would only approve the medicine they sell that even though it was showing on their pharmacy site they wouldn't ok it. One phone call was all they needed to do to tell me this instead of dragging this out while my pet went without her heartworm medicine. They simply do not care once they've gotten your money they are through. Makes me wonder how they are with my pet since I can't go in with her. They also did not answer my questions relating to a cough my dog has. Since we can't go in with our pets the vet should call or have someone call to answer your questions. Very poor pet care!

It's ok. Some employees are more helpful than others. It will be nice to be able to go inside with my pet someday. Usually when you are picking up meds they are pretty quick.
