I wasn't able to get an appointment because they are not taking any new patients. I think that speaks for it's self. They did not hesitate to refer me to another great Vet.

This is my go-to vet. I have used them for 25 years. They are awesome!

Spoke to somebody on the phone about my dog scheduled an appointment at 11 got there at 10 waited all the way to 11 for them to tell me they Put me down as a walk in and had me waiting for no reason please avoid this place call anyone but here

I am a long time Dr Airhart fan so when he passed away I was heartbroken. They went through several Drs while trying to fill this huge hole. I didn't warm up to any of them. I even contemplated finding a new vet.That all changed Wednesday, I'm excited to say, when I met Dr. Bain. He was so kind and gentle with my big boy Max. I got a very good vibe from him and how he handled my big baby. The other staff was wonderful as usual and I'm so glad they finally got someone that fits.

This is a great Veterinary Clinic. I have been going here for over 30 years and the service has always been exemplary

I actually saw Dr. Sack. My elderly chihuahua woke up that morning and I knew in my heart it wasn't good. I called my usual vet and the young lady treated me like it was any other day and told me I would have to wait until scheduled patients were seen. I called a similarly named vet clinic but accidentally went to Town East Animal Hospital. The were so compassionate and got to my sweet Gracie as soon as they could (within 30 min). Long story short, despite her best efforts, I had to make the decision to euthanize Gracie. She let me visit with Gracie after they stabilized her as well as let me hug her and boo hoo a little before she euthanasized her. Afterwards, they did not rush me out, they let me grieve as I needed. I was impressed from start to finish with each person I met at how compassionate and caring they were. The prices charged at TEAH were very reasonable too. No upsale of products, no inflated prices or pressure to do procedures or labs that most likely would not have been helpful in Gracie's situation. I'm now a fan of this vet practice and will be taking my animals there. Thanks, Dr Sacks and other wonderful staff.

Treats your animals very good and waiting time is good and they dont rush u because they care about your animal
