My family has been very pleased with the Pet Hospital. They have been cordial, very helpful and Conscientious about our pet. Our dog has had numerous shots and surgery at the Pet Hospital performed by Dr Reno. The results speak for themselves. We have enjoyed a happy and healthy pet under the Pet Hospital’s care. They are a great service to our local community.

I love this vet Susan. She is amazing to have! I can ask her a question about my pet and she is so good that she can almost tell me exactly what is wrong! Without a picture. I asked her about a cat that was limping , I figure maybe a fracture she told me check her nails. I did and yes it was it! I am amazed at her expertise! She is awesome.

We were referred by Lonestar Dog Ranch. We had our first visit for our Oliver boy. All of our quesions were answered, felt confident about the care he got, and are so happy to be getting such quality care. We will be back with our Ruby girl in the weeks to come to get established. Update 6/2021 Our Ruby girl got established shortly after our Oliver boy. Still just as happy with the care they get at Virginia Parkway Hospital. We have seen three different vets and they have all answered our questions and been patient with us as we try to make sure we are navigating their care the best we possibly can. The front staff is great and is always so helpful. Can't recommend them enough.

Dr. Reno and her staff are so wonderful, patient and kind. They truly care about your fur-babies well being. The quality of care you get here is top notch. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Reno!

This place is a mess. There is no transparency when it comes to price. We have dropped off our dog multiple times to get shots and end up with a $100 bill due to a “puppy check up”. You can buy the shots anywhere for $20... they never tell you how much it will be until afterwards. Also, they are over priced, we got a quote to spay our dog for $500 from here. We got multiple prices elsewhere ranging from $50-200. Lastly, I leave a 1 star review due to lack of professionalism. It seems they are not organized here and therefore after 4 visits, we will not be going back. I am all about second chances but Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital has let us down now 4 times.

The whole staff was so kind to us last week when we lost our Scottie of 13 years. They were honest and genuine when they told us his condition. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Dr. Susan Reno and her staff at the Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital are second to none! They are great to talk to, responsive to inquiries, patient with my pet, and all around amazing professionals. I can't imagine taking my pet anywhere else in North Texas. Well worth the drive from anywhere. You won't find a better veterinarian in Texas.

Took my Beagle for her first visit. Waiting room wasn't packed. We were seen for our appointment on time. Staff, veterinarian and tech were very friendly and informative. Prices are less expensive than other veterinarians in the area for vaccinations. This will be our new veterinarian.

Went here for a job interview. It was very clean and the people were nice.

Dr. Doering and Dr. Turner are amazing veterinarians. You can tell they really care about animals and know what they are doing. All of the techs and receptionists are so kind and friendly as well. This is really a great hospital and I always trust them with my cats.

Good care for your dog or cat!

My sweet greyhound Cissy started going to Dr. Doering when she became the vet at Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital. When I rescued Cissyr from Greyhounds Unlimited, they informed me that greyhounds need special care due to their lean body fat. I never had to worry that Cissy was not get ting the best care. Dr. Deoring always took time to explain any procedures needed and I credit her with helping to extend my sweet dogs life. Greyhounds normally do not live longer than 11 years but with our love and a great vet she made it to 14. Although I will not be getting another furbaby for sometime, I know that I will always have a wonderful vet when I do. Thank you to everyone at Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital. Dr. Doering is a true professional. I have been to many clinics and this one by far is one of the best! ( I have been going here since 2005) The staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Doering always takes plenty of time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed. She treats my 3 furry "Kids" like her own. I am very happy with this clinic and would highly recommend them.

Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Everyone was polite and helpful. Dr. Doering took her time with each of my pets. She went above and beyond for not only my pets, but for myself as well. I have been several times as I have several animals...each visit has been very easy, comfortable and affordable. I have been using Dr. Doering now for over a year. I must say that I have had several pets in my life and have used several vets. She and her staff are by far the most loving and caring folks I have had the pleasure of doing business with. She loves my Gabby and Bart as if they were her own.
