Great vet for a good dog.

The Vet who had helped me, Ryan, was extremely kind and communicated the process that they took on my pet very well. This was a first time visit but I will definitely come back here if needed in the future. You guys are great, keep it up. TL:DR - Great employees, great cost, easy process.

worst vet experience i’ve ever had and i could go on with all the many times i felt wronged here but to save time—look into a different veterinary clinic to save yourself time money and heartache

Went to donate money for New Orleans evacuees. Front desk clerk took my $1,000 cashier check, stated she gave it to manager whom never came to front desk.I believe one of them kept my money for themselves because they also kept my receipt. I asked for receipt and was denied. I wish I had gotten the police involved!!!

I can’t stress enough how great we think everyone that works at this vet clinic is. We’re so thankful for their on-site and mobile team!

My dog is so sensitive to everything and they take great care of him. Dr. Cox and Ryan are awesome!! They are very reasonable with what they charge you unlike a lot of other places overcharging for miscellaneous things. Won’t take my dog anywhere else!

I have been there twice in a 2 week span (2 different furbabies) and they are incredible!!! Ryan was straightforward and explained exactly what the options were including cost. Very friendly staff and they are quick. Definitely bring my 3rd furbaby to see them.

Careful, was charged 2x what their website says, for services I did not need, after asking not once but 3 times for a total before my dogs were seen. Then asked again after the first dog was returned to my truck and asked I was asked for a card. Then was disrespectfully questioned when I asked for a receipt because the total was twice the amount displayed on their website. Finally after bringing me a receipt they admitted to charging me for their largest package without asking knowing my dogs (neither) needed the super package. After my total was doubled and my card ran, they return my card to me an tell me next time to use their trucks down the road to save $50. How about use honesty upfront with customers, give them a price before performing services and just charging assumed charges. Very unprofessional. Ask questions, get answers or they will assume and do as they please. Then charge you for whatever they deem worthy. Questionable practice at best. Certainly not ethical. Questions how things are done inside since they won’t let anyone close to the inside. Very questionable all the way around

I took my two labradoodles to get their 1 year boosters. Was not given prices and I didn’t think to ask, because boosters should be around $120 for the pair. They came back after completing the services with a 600$ bill. Needless to say, this place is a rip off. If you want way cheeper prices, check out Vetco at Petco.

The Shot Spot used to be a great place to take your animals for their veterinary needs. I would have given them five stars up until the last appointment that I had for my dog at the end of May 2021! As a matter of fact I am still waiting for the veterinarian to call me and discuss the assessment and findings that were made when examining my dog, it’s been over 1 month. Clearly the shot spot does not employ any sort of scientific reasoning in their ability to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic! I was not permitted to enter their facility despite wearing a mask and having had both vaccines! I was told by the tech who came to my vehicle and took my dog inside would relay my concerns to the veterinarian and When my dog was brought back to my vehicle I was told that I could expect a phone call from the veterinarian!! Such phone call has never come. As far as I am aware all that ever happened on the day of the appointment was my credit card being charged! I have no proof and or evidence that my dog was even seen by a licensed veterinarian (other than a statement that was printed and handed to me with the receipt that has no information other than the itemized line cost)! I am unsure if there was a licensed veterinarian even on the premises at the time of the appointment! I find the lack of follow up and communication reprehensible. Unfortunately now that I am still not convinced my dog does not have a health problem given she still has some of the same symptoms I was inquiring about or attempted to address on the day of her appointment I am going to be forced to take her to another veterinarian and incur additional financial burden! Without a prompt reply from The Shot Spot rectifying this situation in its entirety to my satisfaction I will be forced to find a new veterinarian that can responsibly communicate, demonstrate ability to follow the science and employ evidence based practice related to covid-19, and provide excellent care to my animal! The fundamental lack of regard for evidence-based practice related to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am afraid certainly correlates into the quality of veterinary care provided by this business. One cannot help but ask what evidence based veterinary care is being blatantly disregarded behind the doors I was forbidden to enter!?

Rather than go in to the pet hospital I used the mobile truck service because they happened to be closer to my home. The check-in process was simple, the vets were friendly and efficient, and price was very affordable. A great option for responsible but busy pet owners.

This place is amazing. Genuinely caring people and that is rare. Informative, helpful and they go out of their way to accommodate if possible. HIGHLY recommend.

In the past Shot Spot has been very reasonably priced and exercised common sense. However, that does not appear to be the case any more. A $1700 dental visit for a 14 year old dog has changed my opinion of Shot Spot.

I brought my 11wk old puppy to their mobile clinic for his 2nd round of shots after Vetco had canceled my appointment last second. Rushed over there and was greeted by the most friendly staff. They loved everyone's dogs and treated them like their own. When I handed over my pup the Dr took him with such care and handled him like a baby. After 5 min he brought him back and explained everything he did with great detail and even clipped his nails for me (something he really needed and I forgot to bring up) Long wait, but everyone else waiting in line had nothing but praise for The Shot Spot. I was very worried about finding a good vet for my pup, but I think I found it. Thank you! Jorian and Paxton

They were able to fit me in for a last minute appointment on a very busy weekend! I called about 10 other clinics prior to them that weren't able to get me in and the cost was ridiculous. The Shot Spot is very affordable! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I believed i spoke to Rebecca the receptionist and Dr. Farmers was the veterinarian. Both were wonderful! Huge thanks to everyone else there that helped us today, sorry if I forgot to mention anyone's name.

The visit was fine except that the person checking you in had something going on with his nose and it was really gross. Luckily people gave tissue and wipes to help out.

Wonderful staff! Quick and easy experience getting annual shots and heartworm tests for my 3 dogs.

Couldn't wait as I called 5 mins late and told me I would need to reschedule, mind you I called as well.

Parking is difficult. Vets are caring. Place looks a little dirty because of age, but I have observed vet techs/assistants doing appropriate cleaning. Last time I was there, I had a great experience. I was fostering two cats, and they made sure the little kitties were in great help. I have since heard they have trouble keeping vets, but that's just hearsay.
