Stonebridge Family Vet McKinney, Texas

I love this vet so much, I can’t even tell you. Dr kitt, the staff are all incredibly compassionate, accommodating, nice… all of it, you name it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of pricing.. they are expensive and unfortunately due to hard times with money, we have had to switch. When we got our golden spayed, they gave an estimate of about $700- $350 of which was just for anesthesia.. the vet we got our girl spayed at did the entire thing for $350 and it’s a very reputable vet… the pricing is definitely disappointing. We definitely miss Dr Kitt. When our Australian shepherd passed after getting into moldy bread, Dr Kitt literally cried with me. She’s just incredible, and truly truly cares for her patients and their owners. I just wish they weren’t so expensive or else we would still be going there. If money is not a factor… you won’t be disappointed.

The best care you could ever ask for ,not only for my pet but also for me to reassure me that the very hard decision that had to be made was for the best interest for my pet. The entire staff are the most caring people you will ever meet.

I’m not one to leave reviews, especially not bad ones, but I’m extremely disappointed in this place. I took my cat here about 4 days ago because she couldn’t keep her food down. After our visit, My bill came out to over $700 and not only did they not give her an exact diagnoses, but I got zero medication for her. All they gave me was canned cat food. The next day, she completely stopped eating and drinking water altogether. I called today for help and they just directed me to the ER. It’s extremely disappointing when the care that she was given was so expensive and not helpful at all whatsoever. If anything, my cat’s condition is even worse now. Please take your pet somewhere else.

I called several vets in the area and this one was the only one who was willing to work in a new patient. They got me an appt and were helpful, nice vet also! Good experience all around.

Great vets and staff. Have gone above and beyond to help us with our 12 year old dog. After weeks of diet and meds she is back to her old self again. Can’t thank them enough!

The staff at Stonebridge family vet clinic in McKinney is Top-notch. I’ve never been to a vet clinic like this particular one they are very attentive, knowledgeable and professional.

I have to say everyone at Stonebridge gave by far the best experience I have ever witnessed at any vet. I brought my Golden Doodle "Daffy" there and they treated him like he was family which I adored.

This is a very professional clinic with a great staff! Everyone is so friendly and so caring! Dani has always treated my pets with such love! I highly recommend this clinic! Top notch in my book!

There aren’t enough words to describe what a great place Stonebridge Family Vet is. Every single person from the office manager to every single tech to Dr. Kitt… Nicest and most professional vet practice ever. They go above and beyond for my dog, Axle. It is definitely worth the 25 minute drive I take to get there. And Axle is never afraid to go there…great indication of how awesome they are!

You feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. The professional staff is so friendly and Dr Kit is amazing. I have been to many vets and this one beats them all hands down. I am so thankful I found them and my pets are too.

The team at SFV is always outstanding- Andre and Dr Vance, along with Christy are so helpful, and caring to Petunia.

Sophie & I had our first visit today. Dr. Studdard and Andre were both wonderful and sweet to Sophie. This is really a great place to take your pet. I highly recommend them.

The staff at this clinic is wonderful! Everyone is so friendly and caring including the front staff and vet techs. I always know my dog is going to be treated as if she was theirs. Dr. Vance is amazing! Since my dog is getting older, she has more and more medical issues and Dr. Vance is always on top of the best treatment plans to help her feel better and to be comfortable. She’s excited when she knows she gets to go see her favorite vet! I highly recommend Stonebridge Family Vet to everyone who cares about their pet!

We moved to McKinney and needed to find a new vet. Our 9 year old Golden was seen on Saturday and I’m so pleased with the caring service. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet tech to the vet were friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I’m so pleased to have found such a wonderful vet for my fur babies!

Relocating to Texas came with the stress of finding just the right vet for our fur kids (2 dogs & 2 cats) who are loved beyond measure. The first time I called Stonebridge, I was treated so nicely on the phone....I had a good feeling about them and I was right! Dr. Kitt is amazing and LOVES animals so clearly. She always takes time to answer questions and patiently explain everything that's going on. EVERY SINGLE Vet tech I have had the pleasure of interacting with is AWESOME!!! All of them are so kind and are so good with my fur kids. Kristi the office manager is FANTASTIC...(and that's not a word I use often) she is seriously the best. She is kind, helpful, patient and just a pleasure to interact with. EVERYONE here seems to LOVE animals and LOVE what they do. How fortunate we are to benefit from their care.

We absolutely love Stonebridge! They have taken care of our kitties health needs for over a year and have always cared for them like they were their own. All the staff is friendly and will help in any way that they can! Definitely a great place to take your fur babies!

My dog wasn’t feeling well and we couldn’t get in to our regular vet. Stonebridge was able to see us that afternoon which I was very grateful for. The woman who answered the phone and set the appointment was friendly and helpful and made me feel better about coming in to see a new vet. Our vet tech, Dani, was kind, empathetic, and took amazing notes on Peanut’s history. She was extremely detailed while also keeping a sense of compassion and humor to put me at ease. We meet with the relief doctor, Dr. Friend, who was a great listener and genuinely interested in helping Peanut feel better without simply avoiding a bunch of tests and procedures. She explained a couple simple tests that could be done on-site in minutes and then, with the results, prescribed a course of treatment that had Peanut feeling better the next day. After months of symptoms, you can imagine my joy at having my little dog feeling better already. I was sent home with a goodie bag that included his medication, info pamphlets, a sticker that reads, “I love my senior dog,” a magnet with their info and a magnet with the info for the nearest emergency vet, clip-on-leash poop bags, and tennis balls for our other dog at home! I am so thankful for the compassionate care and successful treatment we received . I whole heartedly recommend them.

The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful when I brought in my cat for a swollen eye! Dr. Vance was great with Enzo and prescribed an effective treatment that got rid of the swelling within a couple of days. Can't recommend this vet clinic enough!

I had a husky and would bring her to Stonebridge for her vaccinations. The staff was really friendly and Sadie loved Andrè. She was very hyper and they were still patient with her. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place! We have a new rescue pup who ended up with kennel cough. I was so worried and the staff was so wonderful! They did everything they could to get our furry friend in as soon as possible. Every person i spoke with was extremely helpful and kind. And my pup was happy and comfortable with everyone he met. We felt well taken care of through the whole process :) (Updated review-should have been 5 stars instead of 3 ;) The stars must have been swiped in all our excitement.) :)

I can't say enough GREAT things about Stonebridge Family Vet. I found them when my 14 year old chi was sick - I called many other vets who all told me it would be a week+ for them to see her, Stonebridge got her in the next day! They have helped me a couple of times now with an older dog, and they are AMAZING every time. You can tell the staff genuinely cares for your pet, they always call in to checkup on your pet and calls again later once results are in. I don't have one bad thing to say about anyone here - I'll definitely be a lifelong customer!

I have never met a more caring staff than the staff at Stonebridge Family Veterinary. When we lost our 13-year-old Welsh terrier in January everyone was extremely supportive as if Maddie was their dog. We continue to take our doubledoodle Bella to this wonderful place and will soon introduce them to out newest, Maggie. I would never think of taking them anywhere else.

Brought my dog Lucky in back in June and I have to say I was greeted professionally and the care that was placed on my pet was absolutely astounding! I will be coming for sure.

Dr Mueller is amazing! She genuinely cares about your pet and provides all your options. I love how she explains every detail and treats my pet like her very own. The staff is professional and very attentive to my pet and my schedule!

What a wonderful veterinary practice! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and so kind. I drive past numerous veterinary clinics on my way from Plano to McKinney so we can see Dr. Kitt Mueller. Dr. Kitt is incredible! She is an excellent diagnostician, provides quality care and always offers different treatment options. She delivers difficult news in the gentlest of ways, and helps you as the parent make informed decisions regarding your pet. In addition, she’s compassionate, caring and very communicative. She treats her patients like they are her own and my pups love her!
