Staff is great, they treat dogs like if it was their own. They kept me updated with my dogs progress twice a day which is something that brings comfort to any pet owner. My rascal was very well taken care 24 hrs by the awesome staff.

I would suggest this vet to anyone needing care. Such a good experience at a not good time for us. Thank you for listening to my concerns and caring about my cat.

This is a hard review to write, and I spent a lot of time considering if I should write it. But if this can help save your dog I figured it would be worth it. I brought my 5 year old dog in for some very serious symptoms on Christmas day. I was incredibly grateful for someone to be able to see her as I truly thought she was dying, unfortunately it turns out she was, and the hospital here missed it. I approved every test that Frisco Emergency Pet Care asked for, paid an astronomical amount for it. However they misdiagnosed my dying dog with allergies and gas and gave her pain killers to cover the symptoms. Due to this it took additional time to notice her worsening symptoms and get her to a facility which could correctly diagnose her, and she did not have that time. Even if Frisco Emergency Pet Care had recommended a follow-up or continued evaluation she would have survived. I would recommend you visit a facility that has the capabilities to correctly diagnose your dog. It could save their life, if I had of taken my dog to the correct facility I could have saved her life.

Frisco Emergency Pet Care was so wonderful when taking care of Neo and supporting him as he battled through Parvo. The staff is so incredibly caring, helpful and supportive! Highly recommend!

We were referred here on emergency by our regular vet. She said: It’s where Id take my own dog. So, we went. The vet and staff were very attentive and caring. We found out rather quickly that there was little to be done for our sweet old girl and had to make that hard decision to let her go. They performed the euthanasia for us and gave us all the time we needed before and after with our beloved dog all the way through to receiving her remains- which were beautifully presented. They handled everything with sensitivity and respect and clear communication throughout the process. The vet even called the next day to give her personal condolences because she was called to emergency surgery. Very kind caring people. I highly recommend them.

From advice on how to care for his wound before he arrived to clear communication during the visit & follow-up care after he left, everyone at Frisco Emergency Pet Care is top-notch. Thank you for taking care of my dog, Rachael post op. The technicians did a great job and everyone was really kind. I loved getting the pictures of Rachael sent to my phone as she improved. It was also very helpful to get an estimate emailed to me at the very beginning of the process. They even gave me a credit for part of my deposit when the cost was not as much as their estimate.

We are so grateful to have them here in Frisco knowing our pets will be taken care of in case of an emergency. Our little pom needed immediate care and our vet transferred us here. Luckily she was feeling much better within 24 hours and back with us. We received photos, regular updates and additional updates when I called during the evening. They provided us with an estimated price range and it was accurate to what we paid.

The Doctor, Vet Techs, assistants everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, patient. They really took great care of my dog . I truly appreciate their kindness, speed of response, knowledge of the Doctor. and the care they showed me and my pet.

Friendly staff. Professional and prompt. Glad the prices were not super expensive, given it's an emergency clinic. Everyone was very thorough answering my questions and explaining things.

We came here with a seemingly hopeless case. Despite that, I never felt like my girl was a lost cause to these folks. Docs, vet techs and front desk are all top notch. Our cat was here for 4 nights and we never felt like we were far from her. The sweet techs sent us pics at midnight if we inquired. Whatever the long term outcome of our girl's medical issue is, we are confident that we gave her the best care to ensure optimal recovery.

The doctor and staff were very friendly and happy. This was wonderful to see given the arrival time of my visit was 1AM. I was also taken care of very quickly but I was also the only patient there. LoL- Regardless, I was very happy with everything they did to help my fur baby. Do not hesitate to take your fur babies here for emergencies. They were great!

I cannot say enough about this place. Both vets, the techs, and everyone I spoke to were so kind and caring. My poor boy got into some chocolate and just had a really rough time. We came twice, and the second time we determined it would be best for him to stay for IV fluids, meds, and observation. I felt at ease knowing he was in capable hands and truly appreciated the updates. I received multiple pictures of my boy and updates/calls from the techs and vets. I called a couple of times to check on him, as well, and they were happy to talk. The check in and check out were super easy, even though they were busy. They got Ziggy back both times very quickly and called me back for the intake. I was relieved that they took him back immediately and did the formalities after. I’m just so thankful they’re in our neighborhood and know if I ever need them, they’ll be there. Thank you for caring for my Ziggy!

Took my dog here for emergency because he got bit in the dog park and keeps bleeding. They are not accepting my dog due to they don’t have spot even though this is an emergency animal hospital. I have to take him to another one instead after they refused to treat him.

Took my furbaby to determinewhat called the seaZures. The doctor and staff we so very sympathetic, caring our needs. The doctor came out honest and gave me the options. I vent with euthanize as Ethl was suffery. S baby. I was allowed to be at her side for the entire prossess. Wish I could give 100 stars to the hospital ER staff. Thank you.

NOT 24-HOUR EMERGENCY CENTER. Zero Stars. I drove to Frisco from Coppell based on the ratings; however, I should have taken time to actually read the reviews as well as the way they chose to respond to customers. Unprofessional, condescending, and sarcastic responses are not helpful when your baby needs help. Don't take your pet here expecting true emergency care They wouldn't see my 5lb morkie and wouldn't even allow me to come inside the building to talk to anyone, they just turned us away and told us we could come back after 8am. If you need TRUE emergency care for your fur-baby, please save yourself time and heartache and drive straight to the Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County West. They had us checked in and sitting in an exam room within 10 minutes. She needed immediate care and they have her sedated and she is on the mend. Very disappointed in Frisco Emergency Pet Care. I will never bring any pet to this place again...but I also know after actually reading reviews that they don't care about my business or my pet.

Tex was admitted after having found "the joy of flying fire raisins" - vet. The doctor and assistants were extremely helpful and nice. They helped the whole process go smoothly and my little boy got his swelling down and is feeling a lot better now. It was also relatively inexpensive for an emergency clinic. I was thinking it was going to be around $100 more than the final bill was. Overall helpful, caring, thorough, and efficient

I could not have had a better experience with this place. They were professional, kind, compassionate. I brought my 14 year old pug, Beau here for emergency gallstone removal and they were thorough to provide me scenarios A and B and how much they would cost. I gave them the go ahead to do anything necessary and within 10 minutes of hanging up, they called back to tell me my dog was able to pass urine on her own! They did run an X-ray to see where the gallstone moved to and sure enough, it was floating back in the bladder. The Dr just said this means Beau’s surgery went from emergent to not. It made me feel so settled to know Beau was going to be alright and that she could get the surgery scheduled with her usual provider at a much more reasonable price. This tells me the facility is honest and wants the best for your animal. Every person I spoke to was kind. Every tech was personable and caring. I’ve made phone calls at least 3 times since leaving their facility last night and each call has been received with warmth. I really appreciate the experience this place was able to provide. The staff made it a smooth, easier experience on us despite our stress and panic of a sick dog. They even sent us a text message update with pictures of our sweet Biscuit and an update. Thank you for caring for our girl!

Staff was super friendly and accommodating from beginning to end. I was unsure whether to bring my cat in or not and the technician was kind enough to advise me over the phone before being seen which helped me make my decision. I like that I didn't feel forced to do a bunch of tests and that Dr. Nelson only prescribed what my cat needed. During pickup, Cathy realized I may be confused with the medication so she offered to show me in person and demonstrated how to properly administer them to my cat. I really appreciated the patience and kindness shown to me and my cat!
